Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Guayama

Maricelis' place is breathtaking. Her check-in/out instructions and house manual were extremely detailed. Maricelis was also responsive and helpful. The guests before must have smoked in one of the rooms although there were no smoking signs, I was able to address it with Maricelis and she was happy I let her know. She continuously checked in on me to make sure all my needs were met. I posted the house on my social media and got so many inquiries about the home! I would recommend this house a million times. Thank you Maricelis for your beautiful home and hospitality!

Una hermosa cabaña con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de la naturaleza y compartir en familia. Un espacio sumamente privado, con una hermosa decoración, limpio y con una vista espectacular. La casa cuenta con todo lo necesario para cocinar y muchos extras para divertirse: billar, TV en todas las áreas, mesa de dominos, juegos de mesa, ir de pesca, caminar, relajarse en el jacuzzi con agua caliente y escuchar música. Agradecemos el vino, los pasteles y las frituras. Gracias Efrain por siempre estar atento y responder con prontitud.

I don't use the term "breathtaking" as a rule, but I literally gasped when I saw (and heard) the pounding surf at the edge of the property. The view of the coastline, including the lighthouse, was glorious. The house was everything you could ask for and more, including a well-furnished kitchen. The only glitch was that the Google map pin didn't work, and we drove right by the house. But we texted the caretaker who responded immediately and drove to meet us and led us right to the spot. She could NOT have been more helpful, gracious, and accommodating. We walked to a nearby restaurant for dinner and made friends with the local cats, dogs, and chickens. We had a memorable 2 nights. Wish it could have more.

What an amazing stay! I brought my son for his birthday with a family members and we had a blast. The home is amazing and has everything you need! Pros: Remarkable home (pool and rooftop were amazing) The view is breathtaking So much space and has everything you need and then some Amazing responsiveness and hospitality! Quick drive to beach and bars, restaurants and shops! (Recommend renting a car if leaving the property) The home has a grill and fire pit. Cons: Master room gets really hot The rooftop lights didn’t work but wasn’t a big deal - had I asked her I’m sure she’d have got them on for me. So that’s on me. No delivery available (but a common problem outside of big cities since Covid) Power outages (but that’s been a problem in PR and the power in their house came back fast! Overall this is one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in across over 30 countries! I will 300% stay there again when I’m back! Tip: Rent a car San Juan is 30-50 min depending on traffic or where

Communication was outstanding! I will say for anyone in the future to be aware this location has winding roads with many blind spots also, being that it is in the mountains that presents bugs and while I thought I prepared, we were out $120 in groceries because of them. The bugs made their way into everything, including the microwave but there are some drivable locations for food… it’s just a hassle being so far up the winding roads. Regardless, Roberto took the time to come spray, he was VERY friendly and his son as well was very accommodating. I would definitely book again, perfect spot for couples wanting a peaceful get away. Beautiful place. My family truly enjoyed the home. Felt right at he. Close to my surrounding family which allowed us time to spend together. Place is exactly as listed. Comfortable and had everything and more. I will sury be looking to book again.

We love staying in the Loiza area because of its proximity to the beaches as well as Piñones’ local restaurants and Carolina’s shopping malls. Host was very responsive and welcomed us with open arms even though we arrived in the early morning light. Apartment was as described-air conditioning in every room but the cross ventilation in the living room was great that we barely used that unit. The place was clean and fully stocked.

We stayed at this Airbnb for just two nights and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The host was very communicative and welcoming, which made everything smooth and easy. The place looked exactly like the pictures—clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a dining table, cookware, coffee, and paper towels. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with fresh towels and hand soap, which was a nice touch. The bedroom was spacious and very comfortable, with clean bedding, an iron, and a blow dryer provided. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the entire place nice and cool. Another huge plus was the private parking space and the relaxing patio area—perfect for winding down in the evening. The neighborhood felt safe and was close to everything we needed during our stay. We genuinely enjoyed our time here and will definitely keep this Airbnb at the top of our list whenever we come back to Ponce, PR. Highly recommend it to anyone l

Laura’s place is a gem . Beautiful surrounded by nature , quiet , peaceful and Laura makes you feel like family. She’s awesome , so attentive and friendly . We felt as we were visiting family . The rental has all the needed amenities. It’s a unique experience and we are so glad we were able to enjoy as much as we did .

Wow!!!! What a beautiful place! The view is just stunning. The sound of nature is incredible. The house is so cute, clean and very cozy. Easy check in and check out. To get there it is a little bumpy but it is worth it! Beautiful bathroom, shower and the A/C super nice! We only stayed one night but when we come back will stay longer! Recommend 100%.

Wow! This place was unbelievable and even better than we expected. I loved it so much! You can see the ocean from the balcony and it's such a beautiful view. We went golfing at Bahia and it was pretty close. This was an amazing experience. Jose was super nice and Miguel picked us up from the airport at midnight and he took us to Old San Juan. His driving skills were very impressive. We drove a scooter while we were there and it was fun but I do recommend a car. This was the perfect place to stay and it was so relaxing. Plus, there is a mini jungle on the property. You can walk around the yard and pick fruits if you want. This place also has constant hot water in the shower. We really enjoyed everything about it! Great experience beautiful clean Carlos was very attentive answered all my questions and his instructions were very clear . It’s located not too far from places and was close to my family I will definitely rent again and I definitely recommend his place .

Riverside Dream is dream come true. Watching the ducks 🦆 playing in the water on the river while enjoying the beautiful fauna and garden they’ve cultivated in this quaint riverside home is just as described. What a serene place to enjoy a weekend with nearby towns to explore, waterfalls to play in and air so clean you feel like you’re in paradise. And you are! Best place to stay Melanie and her family make us welcome all the times even the cats especially pancho. I like animals and when I saw her chickens I was so excited because bring me to my childhood. This place is so peaceful and quiet. Place was clean and cozy . Me and my husband are in love with the cabin. We pass 2 beautiful weeks in this cabin. Next time I come back to my island I will stay again here .
