Apartment holiday rentals in Guayama

We had a wonderful stay at Jose and Omayra’s Airbnb in Punta Santiago. The space is a private sublet apartment located at the rear of their main home, and it was incredibly clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was much appreciated after hot days of exploring. Jose and Omayra were warm and welcoming hosts who took the time to clearly explain the house rules and how everything worked, which made settling in easy. They also provided a helpful guidebook full of local tourist attractions and were full of great recommendations for things to see and do. The property features several shared spaces like a cozy front patio and a charming coffee bar—perfect for relaxing in the morning. The location is peaceful and set in the countryside, yet conveniently located near several key attractions like El Yunque National Forest, El Río Hippie, and the Humacao Nature Reserve. My stay was what I was looking for. Peace and tranquility. Accessible to the activity areas I had planned. I love sunrises and sunsets and from bed you could appreciate a spectacular moon. The experience was excellent

Very nice place, quiet and private. I recommend it if you want to clear your mind. Close to many food places and easy to access.

Three of us visited from Texas. We wanted something away from San Juan and closer to our family in Guayama. Be aware if you are not used to driving in PR, this place may not be for you. You must drive over windy roads in the mountains. As far as the condo, my only complaint is having to wait on the gentlemen at the gate to be present to open it. Thankfully, it only happened once, and just for a few minutes. Otherwise, it is a beautiful place and location if you like peace and quiet. It is located high on a hill so the view is impressive. We took advantage of the elevation to walk up and down the hills. The beach is not suitable for swimming as it is very rough water but the nature reserve is a nice place to walk. The condo does have a great pool. The nearby restaurants are great. The grocery store, Mi Gente, is close by if you are note wanting to eat out every day. The condo was very clean, beautiful, and spacious. I would highly recommend. It is a perfect place to relax.

Definitely a superhost - so accommodating !!! Had a great time and will be back - 30 min easy drive to old San Juan where we mostly went for dinners - around 30 min drive to the rainforest and to luquillo beach we loved loved it

Laura’s place is a gem . Beautiful surrounded by nature , quiet , peaceful and Laura makes you feel like family. She’s awesome , so attentive and friendly . We felt as we were visiting family . The rental has all the needed amenities. It’s a unique experience and we are so glad we were able to enjoy as much as we did .

Beautiful place to stay down there at Palmas.

Everything was excellent

I would 100% recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a relaxed getaway. The shops @ Plazanova were all very nice, but hrs were limited throughout the week. The beaches within Palmas are non- swimmable. There is a beach club that is $25 for a day pass only available Monday through Friday. I went with three teens and there was not much for them to do. There were some outside sport activities, that we did not do due to the heat. I stayed here from May 20 to May 26 and there was lots of seaweed on the beach and with that a smell that you can only imagine. Going to eat at the Pescaderia was NOT an option. The smell was unbearable. Despite all that the Airbnb itself was beautiful. We had more than enough beds seven to be exact, Two full bathrooms one that is shared, and one in the master bedroom.

The apartment was amazing and location was awesome! Andy was super attentive! The apartment was great for our annual family vacation and for my mother in law 70th birthday! Will definitely stay here again!

This place was perfect for us! It was very private, beautiful views of the city and ocean below, without the craziness of the city. My only suggestion would be to get softer pillows. The bed was very comfortable, but the pillows were very hard. Other than that, we will definitely be back🥰 Thank you, Carmen, for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Sonia & Myrna were AMAZING hosts, anything we needed they were very attentive. Although the place was very small, it was kept very well maintained and felt just like home which was perfect for a couples getaway. Me & my husband both enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend. 10/10!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Would stay at her place again. Comfy bed and pillows. Has all you need. Left one of my bags behind after check out and she made it easy for me to go back and pick it up. Great host.

The studio apartment is beautiful. The decoration creates a delicate environment It is at walking distance from the hotel.

The space was larger than expected and conveniently located right by the pool, literally steps to the pool. Communication with the host was on point. She responded within minutes. I recommend renting a golf cart to get around, as the property is massive, pristine and extremely safe. So many dining and activity options onsite, there’s no reason to leave the property. Overall great experience. I highly recommend this place!
