Mi experiencia fue excelente, el apartamento cumple con todo lo descrito, es un espacio muy bello y acogedor, además con excelente iluminación natural. La zona es muy bonita y con acceso a múltiples restaurantes, pero lo mejor es que así esté en zona cerca a bares y restaurantes se puede descansar muy bien ya que no se siente ruido. La comunicación fue excelente, Nancy nos ayudó a resolver varias cosas de manera rápida. No dudaría en volver a quedarme allí cuando regrese a Medellín

El apartamento me gustò mucho, còmodo, limpio y silencioso. Todo muy bien, a partir de la comunicaciòn y disponibilidad de Patricia. Absolutamente lo aconsejo.

Nuestra estado en Medellín fue espectacular desde el apartamento y su vista hermosa a la ciudad. Fue muy fácil moverse en Uber, hay un supermercado cerca para lo básico que necesites. Apartamento comodo y con lo que necesitas. Definitivamente volvería nuevamente. 😊

This is one of the best managed and best maintained apartments in Medellin. This apartment is beautiful and eye-popping. David and staff are friendly and professional. Love the pool table and the daily cleaning! Only watch out is it’s on the 5th floor and no elevator. Not a problem if you are fit.

I stayed here for a week and loved it. It was private and safe, loved the hot water in the bathroom and also the very fast WiFi. It was only a 15 minute walk to the metro where I visited almost every day. Friendly neighborhood in a good location. If I’m ever in the area I’ll gladly book this place again ❤️

This is a great location in Medellin. There is a bunch of places to eat within 5 minute walk as well as a supermarket. You can see the turbo stadium from the window and fireworks. The loft also has a pretty decent diner adjacent to the building. The loft itself is quiet, nice, and beautiful all wrapped in to one nice cozy place. If you’re choosing between this place and another, choose this place!

This was one of my greatest days in Medine. The service was impeccable and they were super communicative and helped me with any questions. I had 10 out of 10 would stay again.

This is maybe my 4th or 5th stay here. Very reasonable. Small and perfect for short stays. If you don't require a lot of space this is perfect. Very quiet place. The neighborhood is very safe! The neighbors in the building are very friendly and welcoming. There's also lots of nice restaurants and coffee shops nearby if you like to walk or you can catch an Uber which is very inexpensive. Enjoy my stays here.

Everything was as described and looks like the photos. It is really close to a metro station. There is free gym equipment at the park 1 block away where I was able to do pull ups and bench presses. There is everything from a pharmacy, bank, casino and plenty of places to eat, all within walking distance. In my opinion, this is a good studio for 1 person staying for a short amount of time and plans to not be in the room all day. I would stay there again.

Ik zocht tijdelijk even iets anders om te verblijven, ik kon snel terecht bij Julian. Ik kon ook eerder inchecken, het is prettig communiceren, hij heeft mij ook geholpen met het tillen van mijn koffer naar de 5e verdieping mee de trap. Ook bij het uitchecken netjes geholpen. Het appartement is prima uitgerust, met een groot balkon. De matrassen zijn wel een beetje te zacht voor mij. Verder alles prima!

Everything is great, price is great, amenities are great… only single complaint is that the workers make too much noise from 6am to 8am. I understand we all have to make a living but the last thing people want on vacation is to wake up at 6am. Besides that, I loved the space and I am beyond grateful for $25-$30 USD per night. Will be returning :)

La estadía me gustó, el lugar es muy central por lo que trasladarse era sencillo y eficaz, de igual forma, el anfitrión siempre estuvo atento a cualquier pregunta y solicitud realizada. El lugar es amplio por lo que uno se siente cómodo.

I felt very safe during my stay, which is especially important in Colombia. The surrounding area was calm and peaceful—it wasn’t the Medellín I had imagined. There’s also a supermarket nearby, which was very convenient. I highly recommend this place.

Es un lugar cómodo y céntrico, muy bien ubicado. Un poco de ruido, pero tolerable. Estás a minutos en carro de poblado. Vecindario seguro.
