Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Guayabal

This place was exactly as it looked in the photos and described as such. The area it is located in is very nice but it can be somewhat loud with the traffic outside. The host is very friendly & responsive. There is no microwave in the kitchen so please keep that in mind. There also is no traditional living room to just sit and spend time with others. There is more of like a nook just up the stairs and outside of the first bedroom. While I stayed, the bathroom upstairs would somewhat flood when taking a shower even if the shower doors were closed. I did make the host aware of this and although it was not resolved during my stay, it may have been resolved since. All televisions have a limit on how much you can raise the volume. I assume this is to keep the noise down after quiet hours. With quiet hours, please abide by this as the neighbors will call and complain if the television in the kitchen is on after quiet hours. Overall it was a great stay and I would stay again in the future.

I have visited Colombia plenty times, the place I normally stay was not available for my dates so I ended up picking this place. Great stay! Best place I’ve stayed out due to location and 24hr security. Nice employees nice host. Just an all around great time. If you’re traveling alone and are looking for a great location that is safe, look no further. Thanks so much I’ll be back in 30 days!

Great place, felt just like home. Spacious, clean, homely, had everything I needed. The neighbourhood is quiet and pretty, felt very safe walking around. Gabriel was always helpful when needed. Highly recommend it.

This is a very nice apartment which is very well located , it has a supermarket and a great coffee shop next door to the building , the view from the balcony is great and at night even better ! Very easy access and the hosts provide you with all the information you need and want regarding the local area . A very short walk to some great restaurants and bars in the area and lastly the security staff at the reception desk are very friendly and welcoming !

This apartment is amazing , it was big enough for me and my family , quiet and peaceful , pool was great, insight parking was algo great , easy to get around. Would stay here again when visiting Medellin.

This apartment located in Guayabal, a few minutes from Poblado, is a great place within a safe residential complex and with an excellent location, getting there is very easy, either by Uber, public transport or even metro. It has card entry to the apartment and access to the house with facial recognition, the place is spectacular: private jacuzzi, X-Box, Alexa, a huge TV and a fully equipped kitchen that invites you to stay. The gas grill is ideal for a barbecue night, but if you prefer to go out, nearby restaurants offer flavors that conquer. The best part? A catamaran-style mesh where you can lie back and watch the city light up at night, a magical experience! In addition, the complex has a banking correspondent who facilitates any diligence, and Juan, the host, was amazing: attentive, kind and always available, making everything flow, recommended by me 👌🏽

This is probably one of the best spots in Medellin, what an amazing stay and amazing host. A huge thank you to Andreas one of the most amazing, helpful, kind individual who helped us with everything we ever needed and felt extremely safe and right at home. The place is amazing, the views are breathtaking, awesome jacuzzi. The host, benjamin was a true gentleman and very kind to allow us to be free in his home. Worth every dollar, the best place in the city, amazing view points nearby as well. Will definitely visit again and if this place is ever available, i highly recommend to not miss out on this gem and amazing people! Thank you guys again for everything!

I had an amazing month long stay at Juan’s place in Medellín! Juan was a fantastic host—super friendly, welcoming, and full of great local recommendations that really made my trip special. The apartment itself was perfect for me: clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The view—absolutely unbelievable from both the bedroom and the rooftop terrace. This place was fine for me and my.friends to stay for our trip. They were redoing the sidewalk so I am sure that will be a plus when finished. If you do not mind using stairs, than it is fine.

The apartment was beautiful, and it is difficult to find one with both a washer and dryer in Medellín. It is a rare gem! The apartment offers a stunning view, allowing you to see the skyline from central Medellín to Estadio, spanning 180 degrees. The interior is beautifully designed and very clean. I appreciate that several fans were provided, as it gets hot for a few hours during the day but cools down at night. I recommend keeping a window open during the day to allow fresh air to circulate and keep the apartment cool. It is within walking distance of the Metro and the D1 grocery store. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

The apartment is well located to many activities and restaurants. Right across the street is a 24 hour restaurant. The apartment is well maintained the security is great and the host is quick to respond and very attentive. the only downside is construction outside the balcony. this, of course, is out of the hosts control. While it did not bother me because I was awake early -and-doing things, if you want to sleep late the noise may be inconvenient to you. I would stay here again.

The entire stay was formidable, Diana was always present, for all our questions and help, a very clean and tidy apartment, on foot you can reach supermarkets, bars and restaurants, a strategic point in every direction. We'll be back!!!

This place is even better than the photos! The cathedral ceiling gives the space a unique and spacious feel, and the architecture adds real character. While the apartment can feel a bit dark at times, it’s well designed and the bed is absolutely massive and very comfortable. The location is outstanding: you're right in the heart of Laureles, close to fantastic cafés, restaurants, and everything you might need, yet it still feels calm and safe. Cristian was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a stylish and well-located stay in Medellín!

The place was great and as advertised! Very clean and great location.

The location of this unit cannot be beat, and the terrace is delightful. A caution to anyone 6'3" or taller that the bed is a bit small for someone who is really tall.
