Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Guarne

I loved the location because it was away from all the noise and craziness of Provenza, yet you are within walking distance of a mall with plenty of restaurants, banks, supermarkets, and pharmacies. The building itself has a nice family-friendly pool and a jacuzzi. Additionally, there is an in-house restaurant and Spa. The building staff is friendly and helpful, ready to solve any issue that you may have. The best thing about this location was that there is an outstanding restaurant (probably the best in Medellin), only a 4-minute Uber ride ($1.5 US). The restaurant name is Runico, you must have reservations to get in, the experience is outstanding in all senses. The only thing that was a problem for me was the hot water in the shower. Sometimes, it worked, and sometimes, it didn't. They don't use water heaters like in the US, and I was not able to figure it out. One of the best experiences on my travels to Medellin.

Great 2 bedroom apartment that was well appointed. The view from the balcony was amazing and the jacuzzi was a hit. The master bedroom is a nice size and the bed is huge. The lighting in the apartment is nice and unique. The washer/dryer was nice to have. I would definitely stay again.

I have stayed here before and enjoy the apartment and building. Susana and her assistant were very responsive to my request (change giant pillows to normal pillows) within an hour it was done. I will stay in the same apartment in the future if it is not rented.

This unit is perfect. The balcony has great views and everything is functional. The AC is perfect as Medellin is getting warmer. Also, having a washer and dryer cuts down on my excess packing. The building is quiet but to get to the action is a three minute Uber or 14 minute walk(I timed it). Catalina and team have excellent communication. I recommend this unit.

I've been using Airbnb for 13 years and this stands out as one of the nicest apartments I've experienced. It's perfectly styled and convenient with a full-sized washer and dryer, great shower, automatic shades, and all the kitchen amenities you need. We also loved the porch hammock! The location is perfectly situated: walkable to nightlife with an amazing bakery across the street and a great grocery store a couple blocks away. Note that as of 6/1/25 there is construction happening on a building nearby so I recommend bringing earplugs for the morning, but this didn't detract from our experience.

If you are interested in visiting this area, this is likely the most beautiful house around! From the landscape, to the incredible detail of the decorations and you don’t need a car to go anywhere. You can hear the river from the many terraces, and the public, paved trail is just behind the property. Highly recommend this location and the service from start to finish was impeccable.

Great place to stay in laureles close to great restaurants but tucked away for privacy!

I’ve been three times to Medellin, all in the last three months and this is by far the best place and area to stay in. It was very peaceful if that’s what you want but steps away from all the fun! It’s about a five minute walk to CR 70 which is where all the restaurants, bar and nightclubs are at. The place seemed very safe as well. We walked home every night at all times of the night and had no issues or encounters. Xiomara, the host, is very responsive and overall a great host! I would stay here time and time again!!!

A perfect waterside escape! Daily paddleboarding and kayaking were effortlessly accessible thanks to the convenient waterside launch on the property. And being able to arrange a boat pickup at the dock was a fun bonus. The fully stocked kitchen and great grill made enjoying at-home meals a breeze, and the large dishwasher ensured quick clean-up. Our hosts were exceptionally helpful and kind, especially when our travel plans hit a hiccup. Best of all, our pets felt completely at home, and cozying up by the outdoor fireplace with them and Mona, the sweetest neighborhood dog, each night was a highlight. We absolutely recommend this wonderful place for a relaxing waterside getaway!

This is probably one of the best spots in Medellin, what an amazing stay and amazing host. A huge thank you to Andreas one of the most amazing, helpful, kind individual who helped us with everything we ever needed and felt extremely safe and right at home. The place is amazing, the views are breathtaking, awesome jacuzzi. The host, benjamin was a true gentleman and very kind to allow us to be free in his home. Worth every dollar, the best place in the city, amazing view points nearby as well. Will definitely visit again and if this place is ever available, i highly recommend to not miss out on this gem and amazing people! Thank you guys again for everything!

I and my 80 yr old group of friends stayed here and thoroughly enjoyed it. Had everything you need, great location and the neighborhood had a great vibe. It IS on the 2nd level and you have 27 stairs to get there. Also below the apt there are businesses & it is usually busy/noisy. But if you have no problem with the stairs or the noise then you abso-lutely should stay there. We chose to stay there in spite of those things & enjoyed our whole visit. Santiago is very good about communication. I would go back.

We loved the location. Hosts were very good communicators and responsive to all of our questions. The apartment was perfectly situated in Laureles to walk to coffee, shops, and restaurants. This place is ideal for a visit to Medellín!

Urban Studios is my favorite place to stay in Medellin! Restaurant, Gym, Pool, and Jacuzzi. All in your building! Jessica’s place was on the 17th floor and had a great view. The blinds are controlled with a remote. It has 2 big TVs. All the amenities that you need. The building security are also very friendly and kind. Will be back soon!

Good spot, lots of places very close. Nightlife just a 5 min drive away!
