We were very warmly welcomed by Veronica. The large, well-equipped apartment is located above Bibbona, right next to a small park with a playground in a quiet residential area. The view from the terrace to the coast is a highlight at any time of the day. Bibbona is a perfect starting point for bike tours and excursions in the area. We felt very comfortable at Veronica's and had a relaxing vacation. We would be happy to come back for a vacation.

The apartment was beautiful and peaceful. The surroundings were stunning and the pool was a very welcome place to cool off. A great place to stay in Tuscany if you're hiring a car. Would highly recommend. Elisabetta was very helpful from start to finish.

we are a couple and we stayed for 4 nights; We were warmly welcomed from the start and they were helpful and welcoming throughout the holiday. The house has everything you could possibly need. the spaces are comfortable and fresh without even having had the constant need to turn on the air conditioner. highly recommended!!

Marco's apartment in Monsummano Terme was simply fantastic! Everything was very clean, well maintained and tastefully furnished. We felt right at home. The amenities leave nothing to be desired, and the location is ideal: quiet and charming, but at the same time a great starting point for excursions to Florence, Pisa, Lucca or even Rome. The host Marco is exceptionally helpful. His fast and friendly communication was very pleasant. Full recommendation!

We absolutely loved our stay and it exceeded our expectations. The staff were friendly and very helpful, the food was delicious and the apartment was a great size with all the amenities we needed. It was family friendly and our children loved the pool. It’s a beautiful location and very relaxing. We would love to come again. Thank you for making our holiday so lovely.

We enjoyed staying in this beautiful apartment very much. Very nicely furnished, clean and everything we needed was available (detergent, enough blankets, well-equipped kitchen). The AC worked great. Amazing location, right on the beach. Many beautiful beaches are within walking distance, as well as a large grocery store and many restaurants. We will gladly come back. 😃

We had a wonderful week. The view is breathtaking and a large private pool is the icing on the cake. Matteo is very eager to make your stay unforgettable and is helpful with everything. It respects your privacy and is practically "invisible". The apartment itself is spacious and modern with all the amenities. Air conditioning is great. For me as a woman, a large dressing room was also a big plus. Outside, we could help ourselves to the vegetable garden. Super practical and healthy. We cooked little, but visited many great restaurants in the nearby area. On the first evening, Matteo reserved a table for us in a restaurant of his friend and the food was incredibly delicious. Nearby, we would also recommend La Sosta di Pio VII and Ristorante Triocco. Visit Volterra, Siena, Monterrigioni, Panzano, Castellina and Radda in Chianti and enjoy the views and the food.

Giulia was really responsive and gave clear instructions. The Airbnb was lovely, very clean and we settled in very quickly! Would definitely stay here again if we return to Pisa!

great location on a quiet street. the flat was superb in every respect - one of the nicest we've ever stayed in. Gabrielle was super helpful arranging a taxi for us due to the transport strike. we had a really great time - can't praise it enough

A beautiful apartment with stunning views. Easy access to many beautiful places to visit such as San Gimignano, Florence and Sienna. The apartment was clean and comfortable with amenities as listed. The views from the communal terrace were stunning and there was plenty of space to sit without being on top of other guests. We would highly recommend.

Perfectly located vintage decorated home within walking distance of historic center of Siena. We spent a month here and used her place as a center base to discover Tuscany. Close to shopping and restaurants. WiFi is excellent as my husband worked remotely for a few days a week. Kitchenette and washing machine were a big help as we cooked a few nights staying in. Mattress is very comfy and the apartment is very quiet. Church bells rang daily and drummers in the contrade practice for parades and Palio. Experience Medieval Siena here. We were very comfortable in Grazia’s place. Nice to have a 1/2 bath on main level, as bedroom and bathroom with shower is on the upper level. Grazia provides everything you could possibly want and has excellent suggestions for places to eat and sights to visit. She was indispensable helping us always responding within minutes if we had a question or needed help. Perfect place for the Tuscan vacation! Grazia is a wonderful and caring host!

I enjoyed my stay at Dan's apartment. It was large (even more so when you factor in the adjacent terrace), beautifully furnished and well stocked. Appreciated the dishwasher and clothes washer. Having a second bathroom was an extra perk. Only slight downside was the walk into the center of town (25 min to the Ufizzi) as it rained nearly every day during my weeklong stay -- I imagine on dry/temperate days it's a pleasant walk along the river. Overall I would gladly stay again.

A super nice place to stay. The way there is a bit adventurous and not recommended for low-riding vehicles, but otherwise quite doable if you drive slowly. But it is also totally quiet there. The cottage is nicely furnished. Everything important was available and Alessandro even greeted us with a bottle of wine. The bed and pillows are extremely comfortable. Somewhat annoying is the squeaky gas heater and the fact that the water temperature in the shower fluctuated quite a bit. Maybe it can still be repaired. But that's already whining at a high level. All in all, a great place to stay with a very nice and accommodating host.

Wonderful Air Bnb inside central San Gimignano. Everything you need is a short walk away. Beautiful surroundings. Very clean Air Bnb. Air conditioning in the bedroom was very appreciated!! The hosts went above and beyond with immediate response time and providing assistance. I highly recommend!!

Downstairs bedroom can be damp, dehumidifier must be used and reservoir emptied often (make sure drain plug is secure on back of unit). Had issues with hot water, which impacted the showers/sinks, radiators, and towel warmers. Once reported, Dennis was on top of the problem to get it resolved. He offered compensation or the ability to find another place. The problem was fixed for our stay. We would definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The place was exactly as shown in the photos – spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable few days. I especially appreciated the peaceful location. Communication with the host was smooth, friendly, and quick. Check-in and check-out were easy and hassle-free. Thoughtful touches like coffee, tea, and fresh towels made the stay even more enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend this apartment and would love to stay here again. We stayed in Monica’s home for five nights and four days, and it was incredible. The second we checked in Monica sent me an extensive list of instructions and places to visit during our stay. My favorite list was restaurants and local food shops in the area she recommends as a local. The house had all the amenities you could need/want, comfortable beds, and a really nice patio area. We are a few meals outside and enjoyed the stunning view. We saw some of the most beautiful sunsets as well. The pool was really well kept. There were many wineries the were nearby. The location was also great for taking day trips to Florence and Siena. The nearest town was so cute and had a lot of nice shops and restaurants. We are so appreciative of Monica’s food recommendations and suggestions of things to do. Overall we had an amazing time, and we highly recommend staying here!!

Benedetta is an amazing and gracious host, the property was easy to locate and the room was beautiful, absolutely amazing Tuscan style with beautiful views and a private pool. She also recommended us a restaurant for dinner and that was one of the beat meals we had in Italy! 100% recommend

Rafaella's place was nothing short of amazing! We had such a great time her place had everything you could need and more. She and her husband were super responsive. My only wish is that I wish it was warmer so that we could have enjoyed their beautiful outdoor space more. They even gave our girls sweet easter eggs. The perfect stay for holiday. Can't ask for more. Its massive place with lot of greenery around. Feels like you are living in nature in a vintage house. Swimming pool is the value addition. We really had nice family time without rushing for anything. Hosts are so nice and welcoming. They two are very friendly and are available whenever we need them. Cheery on cake is, their restaurant. We had the best pizza in entire italy. They arranged a nice candle light dinner right next to pool. In short, its the perfect choice if you want to enjoy a country side and nice family time.

lovely, peaceful place about 15 minutes walk from the small and beautiful town of Montieri. great shared pool. Would recommend a car. great for a relaxing stay in Tuscany.

Absolutely stunning accommodation and views! Very spacious apartment and the pool was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay visiting local restaurants and wine tasting. The accommodation had a lot of amenities and although the hosts were away during our stay, their family looked after us and made us feel welcome. We are already planning to return! Thank you 😀
