We loved Patrizia's place. It's in a beautiful location in a nature reserve, with a lovely terrace with a beautiful view looking out towards the sea - and a short walk from the beach. It's comfortable, spacious, airy, and well equipped. We were sorry not to have the opportunity in the end to use the bikes she offered us to explore the area. We were able to park in the private drive just next to the apartment, which we appreciated. Patrizia and her husband were delightful hosts, who gave us a warm welcome and shared local information with us.

One of my best AirBNB experiences, I slept really well in this lovely apartment. The exterior of the building was quaint and had character but the insides were modern, recently renovated and tastefully decorated. Fontecchio is a small but really charming little village and a great base to explore this corner of Abruzzo. The only thing is that public transport is extremely limited in this kind of rural area so you will have to rent a car if you are thinking of staying in Fontecchio. But otherwise, I rarely give out such great reviews on AirBNB - this is definitely an excellent choice, I truly recommend this place based on my great experience. Every time we encountered a minor issue, Fabrizio and Todd looked into it and took care of it at once, you can't ask for more. Thanks so much for a great holiday.

Very pleasant stay! We stayed 4 days in Fossacesia with our children aged 1 and 4, and we had a really good time at Simona's house. The house is equipped with everything and Simona was very kind to provide us with the high chair and a very appreciated welcome with breakfast basket upon request. The location in front of the sea is really priceless, both for the possibility of using the terrace for meals and for the convenience of crossing the street and being on the beach. Also very convenient is the presence of the garage with a direct entrance to the condominium.

Really impeccable apartment. Very well stocked and beautifully maintained. Equipped with everything and very clean. Gabriele and his wife are two very kind and wonderful people for their availability and attention. Highly recommended for a stay in the mountains thanks to the wonderful opportunities offered by Majella and for the really comfortable accommodation. Very pleasant stay! The host was very kind and helpful from the first contact. The apartment was very clean, surrounded by greenery, quiet and super-equipped: nothing was really missing. Great for a romantic weekend or for those who want to relax a few days at the beach. The location is convenient: supermarkets are just a few minutes away by car, and the center of Ortona is also easily accessible. Highly recommended!

It was an extremely pleasant stay. Atessa is a gem and the apartment is centrally located but sheltered, and is soundproofed from the lively Piazza Garibaldi next door. The supermarket is just a stone's throw away, and for us, who were visiting relatives, getting around was a breeze. Anna Pia welcomed us with great care and kindness, making us feel at home. The recently renovated apartment is very nice and tastefully furnished, it has all the comforts combined with the memory of its ancient structure. Particularly appreciated are the shutters that offer complete darkness at night, the independent heating/air conditioning that was precious to ensure a comfortable environment for my elderly father; the towel warmers in the bathroom and the terrace that is a gem overlooking the church of San Rocco and the square. We have found the perfect base for our next trips to Atessa.

Barbara and her husband welcomed us with kindness and cordiality, they showed the place in detail and its features. They made themselves very helpful by giving us tips and useful information. The apartment was very clean and well equipped for families, including children's amenities. We had a really great time. We recommend it.

I highly recommend staying in this place, Selene was very nice, helpful, quickly replied to messages, gave many local recommendations and welcomed us nicely! :) from the accommodation everything was close, to the beach and to the city center! :) the bus from the airport stops right at the accommodation :) I was in Pescarra for the weekend and this accommodation was perfect! ☺️☺️

Great house even in winter: we were warm and there were several blankets available both for the beds and to watch TV on the sofa. We recommend it to everyone!

Great location in a beautiful resort area. Very nice, clean, comfortable apartment for a couple. We really liked that pets are allowed. There is a terrace with a view of the sea, which is always nice for spending evenings and watching the sun set. It is valuable that the apartment has air conditioning. The beach is within walking distance, and there are at least 3 shopping centers just a few minutes away from the apartment. If you want a clean, cozy apartment with comfortable beds, I highly recommend it. I would gladly visit again myself.

Wonderful place in the San Grasso region.

Well-maintained and very cozy house. We had a very good time with the owner of the accommodation, very helpful and kind. I highly recommend if you want to live a relaxing and peaceful experience surrounded by greenery and excellent location as it is just a few minutes from the ski resorts.

We were able to spend a wonderful and relaxing time at the La Chiocciola Resort. The rooms were not only cozy, but also always clean, which made our stay all around pleasant. Particularly noteworthy is the warm hospitality of the landlords, who take care of the well-being of their guests in a wonderful way. The furnishings of the living spaces, especially the kitchen, were excellent and left nothing to be desired. We were able to prepare delicious meals and enjoy the time together. Another highlight was the extensive and well-kept garden, which invited you to linger. It was the perfect place to sit back and enjoy nature. A special experience for us was the whirlpool, which offered a welcome relaxation after a long day of exploration. We look back with joy and fond memories on our stay and can fully recommend the La Chiocciola Resort. We will be happy to come back!!!

We stayed in the accommodation located in Teramo outside the historic center, but close to the highway exit. Really easy to reach. In addition, the house is renovated inside, very spacious, comfortable and equipped with all the essentials. We had a great time!

From the beginning, everything was perfect: the communication with Sabrina was warm, reliable and uncomplicated. She is an incredibly lovely hostess, very attentive and absolutely accommodating. You can tell right away that she really cares about the well-being of her guests. The apartment itself is a small luxury paradise. Everything is high-quality, tastefully furnished and equipped with great attention to detail. We were particularly enthusiastic about the whirlpool - simply fantastic to relax after a long day and to end the evening. Another highlight was the modern smart home system. Everything can be controlled via a central tablet - from lighting to music - totally intuitively and comfortably. We had a lot of fun and felt like we were in a small high-tech hotel. Very happy to come back 🤗
