Beachfront holiday rentals in Guardia Sanframondi

Very lovely apartment, close to town square with lots of restaurants and shops. I highly recommend this place to stay. Train access into Napoli is only a 15 minute walk away. Very easy!

The accommodation is really very comfortable, characteristic and fully met our expectations. The terrace overlooking the marina of Chiaiolella is truly wonderful. The location is excellent with all services at your fingertips (beach, bus stop, restaurants, bars and supermarkets). Andrea, the host, proved to be a truly exquisite person, always ready to respond to our needs and give us useful advice for our stay. We had a really great time.

Safe area, clean, walkable. quick walk from train/metro. nightlife just beow the apartment was vibrant and fun. Easy check in and out. He helped us with a taxi reservation for 5am to the airport and dining suggestions were yummy..

Gabrielle's apartment is spacious, ideal for a family of 4 or 5 people, very close to a beautiful black sand beach. The courtyard allows you to enjoy the sun and have breakfast outside a treat! It's a great base on the island of Procida. Gabrielle was very responsive and had good tips for visiting the island.

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay! The apartment was beautiful, very well-equipped with everything we needed — even drinks and a welcome Prosecco in the fridge. It’s in a great location and the rooftop terrace is stunning. The best part was the warm welcome and amazing communication. Mattia was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always ready with great tips and explanations. We felt truly well taken care of. Highly recommended!

I can only agree with the previous, positive reviews. The apartment is super nice and well located, with two metro stations and bus stops nearby. The best part is that you can walk to Mappatella Beach in just a few minutes. I felt very comfortable in this accommodation because you could clearly feel that Vincenzo puts a lot of effort into it. The apartment isn't a bare hotel room, but is beautifully and practically furnished. Vincenzo is an excellent host, and I highly recommend being his guest. This also applies to his excellent restaurant Cap'alice, where I had the best meal of my stay. Grazie mille per la tua ospitalità, Vincenzo! A tip for women traveling alone: ​​I especially recommend this accommodation. The area is much safer than accommodations in the city center (I had that too, which is why I made the comparison). And it's very nice to know that you have a host who cares about your safety and your comfort.

Absolutely perfect apartment for a trip to Napoli - great location right next to the waterfront, spotlessly clean, great AC, and everything you need is there in the nicely furnished apartment (including complimentary coffee and some breakfast items). Restaurants and sights are very close and/or in walking distance. Lorenzo is a very kind and attentive host and even connected me to a driver to take me from the airport to the apartment. Strong recommendation, would love to return to this apartment!

We had a great time at Mario's! We felt right at home, and he and his staff welcomed us with open arms. Mario made such an effort with us and communicated well. He is very friendly and even came to pick us up at the train station. The restaurant is fantastic with great food and the breakfast included is lovely. The swimmingpool was a highlight and worth to take a dip in. The view is great. The room was lovely and neat with a nice aircon and fridge stocked with water and drinks. We had a lovely time!!

Great value for this place! Clean, tidy and well furnished! It is a perfect spot for the night, although we suggest spending your day somewhere else as we found the surroundings dangerous and the beach is where the water depuration system dumps its waste.

We had a wonderful stay at Alessio’s place in the Mergellina district of Naples. It was a last-minute reservation, but Alessio was very quick to respond and made the experience fun and enjoyable. Alessio’s place was clean and comfortable, and located in a safe and picturesque area near the waterfront. Alessio himself was friendly and personable, and offered lots of helpful suggestions for restaurants and insights into life in Naples. It’s an amazing city! If you have the chance to go, we highly recommend that you book with Alessio. It’s well worth it.

I had a truly wonderful stay! The apartment was cozy, clean, and well-equipped—perfect for a relaxing visit. The location was ideal, just a short walk from charming cafés, great restaurants, and everything I needed. Super apartment for the 2 of us. Had everything you needed and a few extra supplies to get you going. Close to nice supermarket and metro to Naples. Great quiet area to stay with easy access to all the sites via the metro.

Great apartment with a lot of space and numerous very good restaurants within a few blocks. Stop for bus 151 cut down on a lot of walking for our group, inlc 2 seniors. The apartment was just as described and the host was very responsive.

This is a truly amazing find. Prochida is lovely and unhurried and this is a particularly lovely corner of it. Perfect for couple, incredible sea views out the bedroom window and the porch. Easy steps to the beach, cozy and clean house at the back of a wonderful garden. This was the most relaxing part of our Italy trip. Prochida is hilly but only 10-15 min walk to restaurants, also bus. Hope to return .

My daughter and me had a super time! The apartment is very special, super nice and comfortable. The communication with Sara's father was extraordinary easy, he had very good advices from him and felt immediately like at home. I can highly recomment it - the train station is close, the boats for the tours to Capri, Positano and Amalfi right across the street and the beach only a footwalk away - there are also some good restaurants nearby.

Spent a week at this amazing apartment, Alessandra was an amazing host. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay, apartment also has an beautiful balcony overlooking the bay of Naples, great to sit out on in the evening sunshine after a day sightseeing. It is a short walk into the town and approx 15 minute walk to the supermarket. We loved the small beach which is 10 metres away, there is a very large beach about 25 minutes walk away which was beautiful. Apartment has private parking which was a big plus. Fantastic experience. Galdino was very flexible with our check in and he met us when we arrived from the airport. He was very informative and explained everything to us. A great place to stay near the Naples port area. Very comfortable accommodations and a beautiful property.
