Holiday rentals with lake access in Guarapiranga Reservoir

The space is like the photos. It accommodates guests very well. The pool is great, and there's a small market inside the condominium. You can park your car in front of the house, and the self-check-in makes it much easier. Access to accommodation is very easy. Overall 8/10. There are some kitchen utensils, an air fryer, a microwave, a stove and an oven.

The stay with André and Vera was amazing. We had privacy in the space, flexibility in the arrival time and the place was simply beautiful and very well cared for. My recommendation is to access the property during the day or use the road at night only if it is really necessary. I would recommend the house to anyone who wants a pleasant place to relax in summer and winter, as it is fully equipped with everything! Our dog really enjoyed the space, which is completely fenced in, and even made friends with Vera's dogs. I was able to play cards, watch a movie, cook, paint a coloring book and even relax. Thank you and I will return in the future :)

Alexandre and his son Renato were extremely helpful and kind to me and the rest of the guests. The house is very large and has accommodated 3 couples with great tranquility, well-equipped kitchen and very comfortable rooms. One of my surprises was that, despite being a well wooded place and with a nearby lake, it did not have so many insects and pernilongs (only a few spiders, but on the outside, where hahahaha is to be expected). I would definitely stay in this house again, since it was perfect to get away a little from the rush of the city.

I was looking for a house near where my grandparents live in Ibiúna, Rafaela's house not only is almost next door, but we feel very much at home too! The house is wonderful, spacious, super comfortable, it was in high temperature for the weekend that we stayed there but the house is super cool. Rafaela is a great host, very attentive and helpful. I highly recommend the stay!

Our stay at Cris's place was wonderful for our whole family! We were 15 people, including grandchildren, grandparents, sons-in-law, daughter-in-law and children, and the space accommodated everyone with great comfort. Would love to come back and stay at Leornardo’s place. He was a great host and the communication was smooth and felt right at home. Register with the administration to have biometrics done and you’ll be at home coming in and out with facial recognition as you will need this to use the amenities . Two big TVs one in the living room and the other in the master bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook. Also the view from the window is perfect. Very quiet and comfortable stay. Recommend

We had a great experience during our stay! The condominium is super complete, with everything we needed for everyday life: a grocery store, swimming pool, gym and a great structure. The room was comfortable, brand new and well equipped, with excellent quality linens, which made all the difference in comfort. The location is also very good, with easy access to everything. everything that was in the power of Marta and Fabio was perfect. Beautiful, very tastefull decorated apartment where you can sense their love foe the place. it has everything you can need, and the kitchen has all you can inagine that you need and a big buy silent firdge. They don't leave any personal belongings around so you don't feel like a visitor. Really comfortable bed, shower. I came for work for a few months and the place worked so well! super well connected to public transport, loads of good places for food and drinks nearby, and a safe area. The distance to the park is 8 running minutes and absolutely gorgeous. less far than it seems from areas popular with tourists as the metro connection is excellent. I wished I could have stayed forever. I would definitely want to come back. Gym and pool and outdoor space exvellent, well maintained. Marta and Fabio are the best host ever, always quick to respond. 0I felt home!

The stay at Paulo's cottage was sensational. The structure of the house is excellent, all the environments extremely cozy, we find everything very clean and organized. The kitchen is fully equipped, we do not miss anything, organized bedrooms and bathrooms, cozy living and dining rooms, in addition to the barbecue area that served us very well. For hot days the pool is wonderful. For those who have a small baby, Paulo provides a crib and bathtub to meet this need. Paulo is extremely cordial, attentive and responded to my messages with great agility, on the day of the check in he was present and showed us all the environments with a lot of patience. We will definitely return with family to enjoy this beautiful space. I highly recommend staying at this location. I thank Paulo for all the attention and cordiality with me and my family.
