Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Guarapiranga Reservoir

Delicious, pleasant, comfortable, technological apartment, magnificent sunset view, quiet, high floor, free parking available, coffee maker, barbecue, all imaginable utensils available on site, restaurants and cafeteria within the condominium complex itself. We rented to go to the American consulate, which is only 4 minutes away on foot. The stay was excellent, too bad it only lasted 1 day.

The apartment is beautiful, just like the photos. It was clean, well cared for, impeccable. Excellent bedding, bathroom with a very good shower. I loved the place, I found it easy to locate and parking was very close. Not to mention the wonderful sunset that you can admire from the apartment, a beautiful view. I intend to return more often. A thousand stars.

Very good apartment with a very good location too! Easy check-in and a very welcoming and attentive hostess. Just one important observation is that depending on the route you are going to take, the GPS may indicate that you pass through the favela.

The apartment is really beautiful, and the view is not even mentioned… These days there reminded me of how poor I am, and why I have to double my work this year to conquer my own apartment with high ceilings. 😅🤣 I recommend it ✅

The house is impeccable ! I forgot I was in São Paulo, very tasteful and complete! Nothing is missing, extremely elegant, and comfortable!

This stay surprised me in every way. The house is even more beautiful and contains amenities and special things that don't appear in the photos. Well-equipped house, it had blankets and towels at ease, all of the best quality. It was impeccably clean. We didn't have time to enjoy the barbecue area because we went to work, but it's extremely well equipped, pool was crystal clear. In short, I missed the house later and I intend to return! in addition to everything, it is cozy and a positive family aura is perceived, one feels a lot of happiness in the environment. Jefferson was extremely careful and attentive at all times. Note mil!

The house is delicious, better than in the photos. There is a lot of tranquility, comfort and peace in the residence. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the bed and bath linens are fragrant. We had a wonderful weekend. The hosts were receptive and helped us with local recommendations. We love it! I hope to come back again and again.

This is the second time I've booked the space, and just like the first time, I loved it. The place is impeccable, very beautiful, I felt at home. Great cost benefit! Caroline was super helpful with my check-in and checkout, always proactive in responding! I loved the location of the loft, it accommodates no more than two people. Extremely comfortable bed, duvet and bed linen too, especially for the São Paulo winter. Bathroom with shower enclosure, very hot shower but I recommend a larger mirror and a shelf as well (Because we women use shampoo, conditioner, etc... Basic hygiene items). As for the rest of the room, television, coffee maker, sink, everything works normally and still has a small space for clothes. I recommend it to everyone and I intend to return!

The apartment's location is great, close to the Brooklyn subway. Renatta is super attentive and the apartment met our expectations. I've stayed there before when I go to São Paulo for work. Oh, the hair dryer is great and saves space in the woman's suitcase. I highly recommend it!

The stay was great. The photos match the location, everything is properly cleaned and very organized, clearly with the feeling of being at home. I'll definitely come back more often. Ivan and Michele respond quickly, I caught a few intense cold days in São Paulo, and they promptly texted me asking if I needed anything. I thank you in advance for the partnership.

Great location for those going to the Albert Einstein stadium or hospital. Clean, organized and very complete apartment, especially in kitchen utensils. Fantastic leisure area. The only observation is that the apartment faces the street, so it is natural that there is noise from cars and buses.

Spacious apartment and, although integrated, it has well-separated environments, kitchen, living room/TV, large bed and a balcony that has a small table for up to 4 people and a desk with a comfortable work chair. The hosts left some treats that, in addition to showing attention and care for the guest, make all the difference for those who arrive tired and with a busy routine. The apartment has a 25-meter heated pool on the ground floor, with a gym and sauna, and another smaller pool on the rooftop with an excellent view. The highlight of the location is the proximity (5 min walk) to the Morumbi and Market Place malls.

Great location, with easy access to the subway, restaurant and all the necessary conveniences to stay for a season. It has a daily cleaning service, making your stay much easier. Paulo was an excellent host, quick and clear in his responses. I will definitely be back.

We stayed only one night. The stay was quiet. The condominium is quite large and therefore a little noisy, but nothing excessive. The location is excellent, access to the apartment by electronic lock. Complete house with everything you need. We miss a gallon of water or a water filter. The entrance to the block is made by facial recognition, but we chose not to use it and we dialed the concierge to open it. The market in front (Public) is well worth a visit.
