The house is delicious, better than in the photos. There is a lot of tranquility, comfort and peace in the residence. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the bed and bath linens are fragrant. We had a wonderful weekend. The hosts were receptive and helped us with local recommendations. We love it! I hope to come back again and again.

Grace is an excellent host. From the beginning, with great communication, he sent us explanatory videos of the way, how to enter the place, tips on what we could do. When we arrived at the place, she was pestering us not to receive her in person. As we got on the bus, there was a delicious smell. Everything is arranged and cared for in the smallest details. I stayed with 2 other friends and we liked Flávia's place, a polite and very kind host. He showed a lot of goodwill in meeting our requests. The place is very peaceful, quiet and safe. There is a supermarket very close by and the CENESP Business Center with some restaurants and shops also nearby. You can walk. The stay was quiet and everything went well.

Sensational location, totally faithful to the photos. I spent a week's stay, I was able to use the kitchen with all its utensils, very well planned and organized. The location is also great, very close to the Giovani Gronchi subway station and bus stops. Adriana was very kind and helpful, both in relation to schedules and entry/exit instructions, as well as local recommendations. Excellent hosting, I recommend it to everyone.

What a fabulous week long stay we had in Felipe’s beautiful condo in São Paulo! Safe, secure and excellent location. The unit was immaculate with great attention to detail. Very spacious, quiet and comfortable. Two bathrooms and W/D are such a bonus. We loved the neighborhood with many restaurants to choose from and a grocery store a block away with more nearby. Felipe was very attentive and responsive. He had many suggestions for restaurants and things to do during our stay. We highly recommend Felipe’s place for your stay in São Paulo!

I really enjoyed the stay. Very well located for corporate travel, close to Shopping Morumbi. The commercial area below has everything: coffee, pizzeria, hairdresser, market, etc. Very convenient. The apartment is cozy, with a wonderful view. The academy is very practical
