Gustavo is an exceptional and very attentive host! As we were traveling with a baby, he was willing to buy a crib and mattress to accommodate our baby, which totally changed our experience. Throughout the stay, he consulted us about any needs or doubts and everything went very well. The apartment is very complete and comfortable and has a differential when it comes to Rio de Janeiro: all the environments (living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and balcony) are spacious and comfortable, nothing is cramped. The location is perfect, in the heart of Leblon. We'll definitely host you there again.

Amazing place! WHAT TO EXPECT? A comfortable house, for 6 people easily. Comfortable bedrooms. The apartment is close to beautiful waterfalls, and inside the condominium there is a private waterfall, a restaurant, swimming pools, and saunas. Quiet place. I'll definitely be back.

I had the most incredible experience staying at this apartment in Ipanema. From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the panoramic ocean views — it truly felt like waking up in a postcard every day. The apartment was spotless, tastefully decorated, and had everything I needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to fast Wi-Fi and comfy bedding. The location couldn't be better. Just steps from the sand and close to amazing restaurants, bars, and shops. I always felt safe walking around, even at night. Watching the sunset from the balcony was a highlight of every evening — absolutely magical. The host was warm, responsive, and gave great local recommendations. Check-in was smooth, and they made sure I felt at home from day one. If you're thinking about staying in Rio, don’t hesitate — this place is a gem. I can’t wait to come back!

Apartment remodeled to new, with complete equipment (for example, with towels, chairs, umbrella and beach refrigerator), everything impeccable, functional, unbeatable view, perfect condominium and location (right in front there is a supermarket and just below, a restaurant of first class international cuisine, two blocks away: pharmacies, service station, bakery, etc.), the beach in posto 7 is one of the best and quietest in Barra. The apartment is amazing, better than the pictures. Very large and spacious, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We like to cook and we loved doing it at this place because of the convenience and the variety of utensils available, from wine glasses to lots of pans and cutlery. The view is unparalleled, with the beach and the sea in every room. Dora was an excellent host, attentive, friendly and respectful. The apartment is full of practical and tasteful details. We strongly recommend.

We had a great stay! The host was very attentive and detailed in the information, as well as very flexible with the check-in and check-out times, which was essential since we were coming straight from abroad to visit our relatives. The apartment is small but cozy, ideal for a comfortable stay. All necessary utensils were available, although some dishes and pots already show signs of prolonged use and could be replaced. Communication with Luiz was always quick and clear. We already knew the condominium from other visits to Brazil and we will certainly stay here again. We recommend it!

I had an excellent stay! The location is great, with easy access to various points of the city and very close to Maracanãzinho — which was a differential for me. The condominium is very safe, well maintained and has super attentive doormen and an efficient administration. The apartment is extremely comfortable, with cozy beds and all rooms air-conditioned, which made all the difference. A very positive point is also the shower, which works well even in the event of a power outage. The host was always very helpful and attentive throughout the stay, showing true care to ensure that everything was in order. This brought a lot of peace of mind and confidence. We stayed at Letícia's house for 3 nights and the experience was excellent! The house is about 7 km from Lumiar, on top of a hill with a simply breathtaking view. In person, she is even more beautiful than in the photos. The space is super spacious and we really enjoyed the sauna, the fireplace and the barbecue. The internet worked perfectly in all rooms, which was a positive surprise. Even in the colder weather, the house remained comfortable without the need for a heater, thanks to the electric shower and the warm duvets. Communication with Letícia was impeccable. She gave us all the information in advance, as well as indicating contacts for delivery and shopping, which made the stay much easier. In the end, we loved the experience and we are already looking forward to returning. Thank you very much, Letícia, for having us!

The weekend to celebrate my birthday was incredible, the house was super comfortable and clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed, the host was always very attentive and kind, solving whatever was necessary immediately, the assistant Silvinha was great, made delicious food and was always very sweet! I can't wait to return for more incredible moments!

The cottage is wonderful, even better than in the photos. The view is beautiful, lush nature, quiet, fresh air. The cottage is equipped with everything of quality, nothing was missing. The stay was perfect and the host gave us all the attention we needed and was always ready to help us. We love and will come back for sure!

The house is beautiful. Very well built, with integrated internal and external spaces. The view is breathtakingly beautiful (but get ready to climb a hill by car). infinity pool, sauna, a large Jacuzzi that fits the whole family... Adriana, the employee, was also great. The stay was wonderful. The only issue is that the shower water is difficult to regulate and keeps heating and cooling, but nothing that significantly affects the experience. We plan to come back!

Márcia's house is great, it perfectly serves 4 adults. We went in 2 couples and we had privacy and tranquility, as there is a suite on the upper floor and a bedroom with a bathroom on the ground floor. The rooms are spacious and the house is very cool, even with the pleasant temperature the rooms have a ceiling fan and the suite has air conditioning. The landscaping is very beautiful and the photo books that decorate the furniture are very interesting, pity that I did not have time to look calmly. We rented the house to sleep, have coffee and shower because we went to the condominium to attend a meeting with friends in another house so the accommodation fulfilled the purpose. The condominium is great, very quiet, beautiful and pleasant. I recommend and intend to return. Márcia served us promptly, received us and guided, was a great host! Even left us a cuddly cake, I loved it!
