Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Guapimirim

Márcia's house is great, it perfectly serves 4 adults. We went in 2 couples and we had privacy and tranquility, as there is a suite on the upper floor and a bedroom with a bathroom on the ground floor. The rooms are spacious and the house is very cool, even with the pleasant temperature the rooms have a ceiling fan and the suite has air conditioning. The landscaping is very beautiful and the photo books that decorate the furniture are very interesting, pity that I did not have time to look calmly. We rented the house to sleep, have coffee and shower because we went to the condominium to attend a meeting with friends in another house so the accommodation fulfilled the purpose. The condominium is great, very quiet, beautiful and pleasant. I recommend and intend to return. Márcia served us promptly, received us and guided, was a great host! Even left us a cuddly cake, I loved it!

We spent perfect days in the Neuzete house. The house has a very good energy, extremely clean and all the utensils necessary to spend the days. The swimming pool and the gourmet area perfectly served our family. We'll be back for sure!

The house is wonderful and already conveys a peace from the entrance! From to see beauty in every corner and in every space there. The utensils in the house saved us because of schemes to take some things but there was a super kit with everything we could need right there. Mega comfortable and warm bedding. Easy access location even for me who had never even climbed the mountain! Beto has been helpful since before our arrival without any doubt. Nota mil! We leave with the desire to return. If you want to relax this is the place!!

Property exactly the same as the listing. Very quiet and peaceful place, ideal for socializing. Very receptive host, provided forms and firewood to make wood-fired pizza, as well as all the barbecue equipment.

We love our stay in Guapi! The location is perfect for those looking for a quiet place and surrounded by nature. We were very close to the Garrafão waterfall, and the ease of access to this and other waterfalls has given us an incredible experience. The environment is calm, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the quiet of the mountain region. The accommodation was excellent and super cosy. The house is a charm. Exactly as in the pictures. The sauna and the fireplace space are great. The outdoor bathtub was perfect, surrounded by nature. Everything was clean. We were greeted with treats, a wonderful cake and aimpim. Clalziane's husband showed us all the details of the house and we had no difficulty. Very close to the center of Lumiar and it was easy to go out for a walk and dinner.

All other evaluations are 100% true. The place is amazing, it has a breathtaking view and is super private, the environment is decorated with very good taste and furniture and materials of high quality, everything seems very new and working 100%. Michael is always very helpful and trying to resolve any issue, even a portable barbecue he got me. Super experience.

We loved the many trees and other vegetation surrounding our guest house. We had the chance to observe many bird species (although they moved quickly) as well as marmosets. It was almost like being in a treehouse in a jungle. We also appreciated being able to order groceries for our arrival. The personal attention we received was appreciated. For nature lovers this is an ideal AirBnB.

The apartment is a charm, we feel at a beach house at all times, has a lot of stuff and everything was clean and organized. It is close to the beach, with an amazing view of sunset! Although we did not use the facilities of the condominium, which has a lot of things, it drew our attention to having a restaurant at the disposal of the condominium guests. The communal spaces were well maintained and the staff served us well. In addition to being near the beach, which is 5 minutes walking, it also has restaurants, kiosks, malls and nearby galleries, so there is a schedule for all tastes, as well as the availability of cars and deliveries by app. Finally, Fabiana helped us by taking doubt and enabling self check-in since we would arrive late, gave several tips about the place and served us well! We leave there already wanting to return. We highly recommend!

We stayed only one night in Ninha's apartment, but it was enough to have a great experience! The place is well taken care of and exactly as described in the ad. The location was also perfect for what we needed. Ninha was a great host: attentive, kind and always available to help. I recommend for sure and hope to return soon!

The apartment is amazing, better than the pictures. Very large and spacious, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We like to cook and we loved doing it at this place because of the convenience and the variety of utensils available, from wine glasses to lots of pans and cutlery. The view is unparalleled, with the beach and the sea in every room. Dora was an excellent host, attentive, friendly and respectful. The apartment is full of practical and tasteful details. We strongly recommend.

An amazing place to stay with beautiful 360 view of the entire city, you can even see the redeemer statue from the apartment. Very close to everything and Gilles is exceptionally helpful and communicative. I look forward to coming back!

Leandro is the nicest kindest host and the apartment is huge and spotless, in an amazing location with amazing views of the beach, steps from restaurants and a great supermarket, and really safe. the apt has every amenity you could think of, and has hundreds of interesting books and great pieces of art. in short, this is one of THE best apartments I have ever stayed at and if you book anywhere else in Rio you are missing out. did I mention that Leandro answered all of my questions right away and was incredibly helpful. a dream host. I know I might sound like a paid PR but I am just an incredibly happy grateful guest.

Great location very close to the beach and lagoon, short drive to Rio’s main attractions. So nice to have the place clean and breakfast made by wonderful and friendly maids. Cesar is responsive and accommodating. Our family of 4 had a wonderful time in Rio for our first time coming from USA on our way to visit my side of the family in RS. Amazing flat with one of the best views of Ipanema! it looks just like the pictures if not better. super close to the beach and the location in general is great with loads of botecos, stores, etc. Julie as a host was amazing, always super responsive and gave us loads of tips. Will definitely try staying here the next time I'm in Rio!

We went to my daughter's wedding in Rio, and it was the best place we could have found... Adriana, the owner, is very friendly and welcoming... made us feel at ease. And the apartment was ideal, it was perfect, the location wonderful, the neighborhood, a beautiful view of the Sugarloaf, in front, close, and a good space for our dog, who by the way loved it... and when opening the door a delicious smell of everything tidy and clean, in the details. Super cozy apartment exactly as described on the site. Super clean. Condominium with excellent infrastructure and great leisure options. 24-hour security. As for the location, perfect for exploring the Industry Union on foot . The Good restaurant options are just a stone's throw away. Ana is an excellent host. I recommend it !

Alexandre is simply the perfect host, always helpful before, during and even after check-outs. The apartment itself was impeccable. Everything was perfect, from cleaning to check-in and check-out. It is basically down to the beach so the location could not be better. I enjoyed my 14 days there and will most likely come back

The apartment is great for short stays and for those who have no intention of spending the day inside the apartment, as it has no kitchen. The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is spacious and the shower is great. Elcio was very kind and always responded quickly. The apartment is on the back side, the view is great and extremely quiet. Check-in was easy, the building's security is great. It has a restaurant and a cafe for meals. RioCentro is 1.5 km away, you can easily walk there, and if you pick up the pace, you can easily walk back at night as well. A tip for future guests: do not enter the address when requesting an Uber, enter the name of the building. I believe that Waze or the Uber app has a certain difficulty with the address, it sends you to a place about 1km away from the building itself.

We loved everything, I went with my family, it was wonderful, we will certainly return, everything was as described, the location was easy to access, wonderful environment.
