I stayed from Saturday to Sunday for my nephew's birthday. The space is very cozy and has everything you need. Very warm shower. Flexible check-in. I liked it a lot. 🫶🏻🫶🏻

Very complete apartment, with several kitchen utensils and a unique location. You stay where people stop to take pictures, it is very different to go down to the lobby and already be in a tourist spot with several attractions. The pool was deactivated and appears to have been for a long time, which was not necessary in the cold of Petrópolis, but it is a point to be in the advertisement.

It's always good to be in Itaipava. Our stay was super peaceful, bed and bath linens very well cared for, I as a person allergic to smells, felt good! All well cared for! View with lots of greenery, showers providing wonderful baths. Very good beds! Celso is a super host! We'll be back for sure.

Everything as described, quick communication and location of the apartment is very convenient near resources, Parque Nacional Sera dos orgaos, feira do Alto and many other great attractions. I recommend it.

Teresa's apartment is very spacious, nice and spotless. It has everything you need to have a nice vacation, it is perfectly equipped to cook. The location is ideal, not only for being close to the beach but because it is the nicest neighborhood in Rio de Janeiro. Teresa was very kind to us always, attentive to what we needed for our stay.

Location is amazing, the best option for those who want to stay close to March 16 and walk around the city. We managed to walk to the museum, crystal palace, Tereza street, bars and restaurants, being the ideal stay for those who want to have access to everything without needing an app car. The flat is a grace, all organized, clean and has what you need. The shower could be better, for those who like hot water have to open little, but nothing that negatively influences my experience. I would definitely go back there again, super recommend for a two-person stay!

Super cozy apartment exactly as described on the site. Super clean. Condominium with excellent infrastructure and great leisure options. 24-hour security. As for the location, perfect for exploring the Industry Union on foot . The Good restaurant options are just a stone's throw away. Ana is an excellent host. I recommend it !

Compliments only The apartment is Divine, Clean, Smell, Exactly as in your photos👏 In the condominium, there is Restaurant, with breakfast buffet and on weekends, there is also buffet for lunch, very good food🙌 The town is "foot in the sand" yesmm, perfect. There is an exit through its own direct condominium in Praia 🏖️😎 Various kiosks, has the Rico Sucos (best açaí from RJ) Anyway, it's worth staying with Mr. Luiz. Perfect 👏

My stay was wonderful, a pity that was short-lived. The location is perfect. The amazing view and the super cozy and spacious apartment. I felt at home! In addition, the condominium is super family, with clear information and good communication between the employees. The apartment is exactly as in the pictures and larger than expected. It is very close to Olegario, which has exactly the best bars, restaurants and everything you need like: market, bakery, gym… I liked a lot and didn't want to leave kkk for sure I will be back. I am grateful to Ana for all information and availability.

Our stay was excellent, exactly as we expected, tranquility, comfort, practicality, we were able to combine the useful with the pleasant, we wanted to stay away from the big city, in contact with nature, without traveling by car, the condominium offers everything we need during our 1 week stay. As nothing is perfect, only the sauna was under construction during this period, unfortunately we could not enjoy it, the score is not 10 for this inconvenience, so I give a 9.5, but unfortunately it did not depend on the hosts, I realized their concern for our well-being throughout our stay. We will soon be back. We fell in love with this little piece of paradise.

The first impression I got of the place was tranquility and beauty at the same time, something I was looking for to relax, and when it came to the apartment I had a welcoming feeling, because it is a very well decorated space, impeccable organization, in addition to a surreal cleaning... everything was in great condition. Finally, about the location is very privileged, easy access to all the city's tourist points, outside Quitandinha itself that offers several activities to do while staying in it, super recommended with eyes closed. Ah! I loved the buttery biscuiters and the banana lycor, welcoming.

Do not think twice. If you're lucky enough and the place has availability just book it. We've stayed at 10+ airbnbs and multiple 4 & 5 star hotels in Rio this year and this one is the rare gem that: 1. Lives up to the photos 2. Is worth what you pay 3. Is squeaky clean (I have terrible mold and dust allergies and was fine here) 4. Treats you like a guest (not an ATM). The team was responsive, gracious, and accommodating. It was concierge-level service and better than what we've experienced at hotels in Rio. The security is excellent - facial recognition. I'm a mom traveling with my 7yr old and we felt safe - just follow the rules like any city. And they've made everything incredibly easy - e g. QR code for getting onto the wifi.
