The apartment is great and is located in front of the dam in the lake of furnas. Cleanliness and details make all the difference and make for a great new experience! Since the reception we have felt welcomed. The apartment is complete! The flat is wonderful, just the same and even better than in the pictures. We will definitely refer you and come back.

Great accommodation, everything new and the flat is well organized. We have an easy contact with the host, who was helpful and responds very quickly. Clean space, the bed linen are of quality, has appliances and basic utensils in the kitchen, all in good condition. It still has a balcony overlooking the lake.

I recommend, great location, very clean and well tidy, loved my stay, breakfast at will, amazing house, if they are distracted as I talk to the owner, just enter the market lol, when I return I will stay there again.

The stay was great, the apartment is spacious and complete. Both the Hugo and the owners were super gentle, quickly responding and were proactive. The region is beautiful, with a lot to do and we still receive indications of tours and fairs. We asked to enter a little early and they were very flexible in terms of schedules, demonstrating a lot of goodwill. I recommend and would be back for sure!

The property is within a condominium, all very quiet. The location is good for the tranquility and view of the property that is beautiful! But to perform the passis it is a little further away. The building is the same as in the pictures, it served us perfectly. O Hugo responds fast.

My stay in Capitol was great! The house is super spacious, very well organized and the atmosphere is clean and quiet, perfect for rest and leisure. I really enjoyed the pool and the barbecue area, which are great for relaxing and spending time with the crowd. Everything was in order and the place exceeded my expectations in this regard. The only thing he left wanting was the air conditioning, which didn't work on one of the four days I stayed there. But apart from that detail, it was an excellent experience. I recommend and would definitely return!

My stay was great, the house has a beautiful view and a great party area, with large rooms, it is worth mentioning that there is no available in the house towels and face, washing machine and others this has been very missed! and there is no air conditioning, more as I was in April I did not miss it. Very polite and attentive hostess.

I was in the condominium with my family on New Year's Eve in 2023, where I would like to thank the accommodation and reception by the owners Wallace and Ricardo, and also thank you for welcoming Lucas (Caretaker) and Débora, who were wonderful people. The common area, with game tables, with many well maintained kitchen utensils and comfortable accommodation, airy and well located environment, all well cared for and clean. With the lake of Furnas right in front of the condominium, we had an excellent experience with amenity in the sightseeing by speedboat.

quiet and very cozy place, we were served c speed always needed, super indication, for who wants to stay for a rest or for business, I will come back more often for sure.
