Constantly attentive Raymond, valuing the great quality of the stay. It responds quickly with clear and precise guidelines, always available. The house is amazing, right on the lakefront, with a wonderful, quiet view. The rooms are great, the location is perfect, easy to reach and with a restaurant, bakery and market close by. The stay was wonderful, super indico, you can close quietly.

We had a Problem!!! It's over too fast!! The starting point was to stay in capitol until we found this accommodation, which provided all our expectations. Rancho is very far from everything, great for those who want to disconnect from the hectic life. There was everything we needed there, bedding, household items, barbecue, a good hammock, nature everywhere, birds of all kinds singing. Without counting the fishery, the dam with varieties of fish, MANDI, TUCUNARÉ, PIAU, TILAPIA and a great fishing teacher instructing us Mr. JAPONES, a great friend we know. He and Mr.Edinilson welcomed us very well!!! We very much want to come back soon and bring other family members to meet!!!

The house is wonderful, the view from the lake of dazzling furnas, only the city of Guapé is not prepared for tourism, needs to invest more in communication and welcoming the tourist.

A little piece of heaven on earth. Literally this is the perfect description for this place. A place of tranquility, cozy, surrounded by a lot of green...an indescribable peace, great for those looking for tranquility and reconnecting. The site is close to the center of the city, about 5 min by car and there are other legal points there: the latícinio chagas, the quiet cachaçaria and the best a waterfall that has not been known for about 5 minutes walking from the site. The house is large and airy, and has accommodated our family well. San was super helpful, responded to messages quickly and recommended to us several local points and trades for us to enjoy. Renewed Energias! Super recommend and we intend to return!

We spent wonderful days in the house! The place is beautiful! The house is very comfortable and well equipped. There are waterfalls 60 meters from the house, access to them is difficult for those who have difficulty in locomotion. It is well worth knowing this place, it is a paradise!

Arnaldo was very friendly and attentive in the whole process, from before our arrival, until our departure! Completely, extremely clean and organized apartment! Perfect garage, perfect lighting, flawless air conditioning, one of the best locations we've ever made, and we've been on the site from the beginning!

The space met expectations, flexible check-in and check-out! The location is a little confusing to get to by GPS, with a dirt road... but we managed to contact the host and it was easy to find. It faces the Furnas Dam. It has a nearby market and also a restaurant. Thanks for the stay!

Great accommodation, everything new and the flat is well organized. We have an easy contact with the host, who was helpful and responds very quickly. Clean space, the bed linen are of quality, has appliances and basic utensils in the kitchen, all in good condition. It still has a balcony overlooking the lake.

I recommend, great location, very clean and well tidy, loved my stay, breakfast at will, amazing house, if they are distracted as I talk to the owner, just enter the market lol, when I return I will stay there again.

A beautiful accommodation, with a wonderful sunset view and access to the lake. The outdoor space of the inn is very pleasant to stay in. Cafe Breakfast well served. Cris and Fernando's service was great. I stayed in apartment 4, where you can hear the noise of the pool engine room, but we went to the outside and enjoyed the place, without problems.

The flats are located in a place of not so easy access and I indicate to arrive by day, but it still pays too much, the rooms are facing the lake and seeing the sunrise and sunset of the place is very worth it! In addition Bárbara is an amazing hostess, always at the disposal, extremely dear, offered us breakfast in her inn that is a little further and is available for what we need. We spent the two days in Capitol, but we were able to enjoy the sunrise on the deck on the lake and it was very beautiful!

We went on this trip my husband and our two children pets stayed 3 days more amazing, no doubt the house of julinho was one of the best (if not the best), that we have already stayed. Easy and privileged location in the morning with the corner of countless passaries ,a sunrise and incredible sunset, the condominium has a garden and a perfect swimming pool, we do not use it but we enjoyed sunset we lay on the chairs and it was incredible. The house is exepcional , new and without useless things. Everything we really needed to make the meals had and even barbecue and backyard that was great , as we enjoyed a lot with pets. I just have to thank you for the amazing hospitality and for the wonderful days we have had, we will soon be back for more days. Super recommend the stay, the house besides the incredible look is comfortable, well airy, great for those who want contact with nature because it is always visited by birds of different species, monkeys, a beautiful experience. I spent almost 2 weeks with my family and we love, Maria Inês super attentive and kind, we will certainly return in a new opportunity

The place is well taken care, cozy, nature, flowers, bedding hammocks, delight of place for those who like simple things, me and my family love hosting. It was only difficult to find the address GPS took us to the other side of the highway. But we contacted the host and then resolved the issue of the address. It is essential that the landmarks are placed to reach the site.

Our stay was excellent. Elizângela and her family are very helpful and the house is very well-equipped, with everything. The road is dirt (as is common in places) but the access was great, even though it rained a lot when we went. The place is very peaceful and the view is beautiful! My family and I loved it, including our puppy who was very entertained watching the hahaha horses and cows. We want to return! Many thanks for everything!

My stay in Guapé with my wife and two kids was just perfect. The city has spectacular waterfalls that owe nothing to the most trendy destinations, but still preserves the typical friendliness of a small town in the interior of Minas Gerais. The house is great with a spectacular view of the dam and our hosts were very considerate giving valuable tips on tours and restaurants. I will spend the week dreaming of the small mineira. Thanks a lot!

Super cozy house, the view is more beautiful in person than in the pictures. The property has an orchard, which allowed us to see several birds, monkeys, and even a kitten. My dog loved the place, played a lot. The Hosts were super attentive, helped me with the tours and gave recommendations about the location. Hotel Highlights: Flexible check in, close to the speedboat site, which makes it much easier as you don't have to go to the marina to get the speedboat. Also, the accommodation has access to the lake for those who like to fish. It is close to the city center, close to the hill of the hat (which is sensational!). Cozy and clean house. And we still earn cheese at check in <3 Points of improvement: they could put an indication of hot and cold in the shower, even with the instructions we get quite confused at bath time. The kitchenware were a little old, it would be nice to exchange for those that do not have plastic/wood "handle" as they are more hygienic

We had the opportunity to spend the holiday in an amazing house located in the middle of a preserved forest. The atmosphere was extremely quiet and welcoming, with a breathtaking view of the surrounding nature. The house has everything needed for a comfortable stay, is surrounded by a creek, which has brought an even more sense of peace and connection to nature. Lucia was extremely attentive throughout our stay. He ensured that our access to the house was very quiet on our arrival.

Great accommodation and great Host. We feel very comfortable in the house and very well watched by Mr. Ivan. Totally recommended!
