Kitchen with 50' TV, barbecue, electric oven, microwave, beer maker, freezer, 5-burner stove. Internal and external bathroom with shower. Cozy house on the edge of the reservoir, a great distinguishing characteristic in the region. Pool overlooking the reservoir and kiosk. Floating platform with table and benches for resting or fishing. Ample parking.
