The house was beautiful, comfortable, secure, and felt right at home. Loved that it had a game room and pool. If only one thing I wish it had at least a washer and a line to hang the clothes cuz in PR a dryer is not necessary. But overall the place was beautiful, I loved it and I hope to be able to go back again.

The place is amazing, peaceful and beautiful. My family and I had a great time there. Elliot was always responsive, the only thing that I would like to point out, is that when we asked him something he would have a short answer rather than an explanatory one. Other than that, he was great and his place was worth the money. Looking forward to come back.

Melvin’s home is a gem and his communication and responsiveness are fantastic. The house is super clean, bright, spacious, and beyond equipped for anything you might want or need during your stay. Melvin has taken the time to incorporate homey aspects and it really elevates the vibe! This isn’t just a space with the basics, this is a home away from home.

everything was great. i love this place. would definitely stay again. everything is just like the photos and Carlos is a great host. its like being in the country but a couple minutes from town. i fell in love with the place, and will be coming back. 1000% recommended.

Alvin's property was squeaky clean and comfortable. The surrounding views are breathtaking! I was worried about lack of AC on an island, but there was no need for it. The mountain breeze comes in through the windows if opened. So does the sound of the birds which is spectacular and so calming. I loved this place and would recommend it 100%.

Manual was an amazing host from having extra beach towels and chairs to leaving snacks and drinks for when you first arrive after your flight. The whole property was clean and well thought out, hot water, cold ac, beautiful pool overlooking the farm life, couldnt have imagined staying anywhere but here!

A simply dream accommodation totally exceeded our expectations. A place to stay in El to connect with your partner and nature. The sound of the river and the coquí was the most relaxing. The photos don't do justice to how beautiful the property is. We're definitely going back. The best weekend for couples

This place was pure heaven. Watching the sky change throughout the day from the pool or the porch was just spectacular. From storms and sunsets to morning cloud it was just amazing. We loved the wrap around porch so much and really appreciated how quiet and relaxing this location was. Will absolutely come back.

Loved our stay! So close to a quiet beach and walkable to Eileen’s bakery which had amazing sandwiches.

Excellent ease and location (near the beach, places to go for brunch or other activities). Good treatment from the hosts (they always respond quickly to what you need). Comfortable facilities with everything you need. I loved the ocean view. And on the rooftop, it's excellent for watching the sunset, taking photos, and also spending a pleasant time in the jacuzzi.

A spectacular experience, as always. This place is clean, cozy and with a beautiful view. Everything is carefully prepared and feels like a luxurious space to rest and enjoy. We have already been three times and each visit has been excellent. Highly recommended!

Absolutely Wonderful Stay – Exceeded All Expectations! Our stay in Cabo Rojo (Boquerón) was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how peaceful, safe, and immaculately clean the place was. It truly felt like a home away from home – only better! The neighborhood is incredibly tranquil, which allowed us to fully relax and unwind. We felt completely safe at all hours, and it was clear that the area is well cared for. It’s the perfect spot for couples, families, or even solo travelers looking for a serene getaway with easy access to Boquerón’s charm. The home itself was spotless – cleaner than any hotel we’ve stayed in. Every room smelled fresh, the linens were crisp, and all surfaces were sparkling. You can tell the hosts take pride in the space and go above and beyond to keep everything in top condition. What really blew us away was how much was provided. We came prepared with our own essentials, but we honestly didn’t need to use most of the

great place to get disconnected from the usual day to day scenario. endless mountains view into a very rural secluded place were the surroundings are peaceful and calm. will surely be back to this magical place.

tl/dr: Would I stay here again? Yes. Even with all the noise (read below), the cleanliness, location (less than 5 minutes away from freeway), and hosts make it worth while. Fantastic view and excellent accommodations inside. NOTE: This is above a bar, which is open from Wednesday's through Saturday night's until past midnight. You will have noise and music that can be disruptive if you are trying to sleep, but otherwise it is very peaceful and quiet. The host is very good, and apologized before a birthday party, letting us know that it might get loud. - Kitchen/dining area - very spacious. Pictures are accurate. - Bedroom - 3 bedrooms (1 master, 2 smaller (1 with bunkbeds)). Bedrooms have AC's built in. Beds are good, though some might think they're a little hard. You might want to bring an extra pillow if you like to read in bed or watch tv. - Bathroom - Clean and neat. Enough room to move around. Also used as storage for cleaning supplies. Towels and supplies are plentiful.
