The house was beautiful, comfortable, secure, and felt right at home. Loved that it had a game room and pool. If only one thing I wish it had at least a washer and a line to hang the clothes cuz in PR a dryer is not necessary. But overall the place was beautiful, I loved it and I hope to be able to go back again.

The place is amazing, peaceful and beautiful. My family and I had a great time there. Elliot was always responsive, the only thing that I would like to point out, is that when we asked him something he would have a short answer rather than an explanatory one. Other than that, he was great and his place was worth the money. Looking forward to come back.

Melvin’s home is a gem and his communication and responsiveness are fantastic. The house is super clean, bright, spacious, and beyond equipped for anything you might want or need during your stay. Melvin has taken the time to incorporate homey aspects and it really elevates the vibe! This isn’t just a space with the basics, this is a home away from home.

Quiet and peaceful near the airport in a residential community. Not far from major tourist areas and the main road with a lot of good restaurants. Despite it being next to the airport the area is real quiet. The home was beautiful and very clean. Super comfortable and tastefully decorated. Luis was proactive and very helpful. I would love to stay here again and recommend it.

Alvin's property was squeaky clean and comfortable. The surrounding views are breathtaking! I was worried about lack of AC on an island, but there was no need for it. The mountain breeze comes in through the windows if opened. So does the sound of the birds which is spectacular and so calming. I loved this place and would recommend it 100%.

Joel, your home was more than perfect. My 2 toddlers saw lizards for the first time and heard coquis for the first time on your property. Your home will be a core memory of ours forever. We will make this a yearly trip and would love to stay at your place again. This place truly has more than you could imagine!

This place was pure heaven. Watching the sky change throughout the day from the pool or the porch was just spectacular. From storms and sunsets to morning cloud it was just amazing. We loved the wrap around porch so much and really appreciated how quiet and relaxing this location was. Will absolutely come back.

Mi estadía en esta hermosa villa en Cabo Rojo fue simplemente perfecta: despertar con la brisa marina, disfrutar cada rincón rodeada de naturaleza y terminar el día con atardeceres de postal. Absolutely Wonderful Stay – Exceeded All Expectations! Our stay in Cabo Rojo (Boquerón) was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how peaceful, safe, and immaculately clean the place was. It truly felt like a home away from home – only better! The neighborhood is incredibly tranquil, which allowed us to fully relax and unwind. We felt completely safe at all hours, and it was clear that the area is well cared for. It’s the perfect spot for couples, families, or even solo travelers looking for a serene getaway with easy access to Boquerón’s charm. The home itself was spotless – cleaner than any hotel we’ve stayed in. Every room smelled fresh, the linens were crisp, and all surfaces were sparkling. Our stay at Casa Roark was everything we hoped for and more. The house was comfortable, clean, and in a great location—just minutes away from Puerto Nuevo Beach, which was hands down our favorite beach in Puerto Rico. The water was crystal clear, the sand was soft, and the beach was clean and peaceful—truly a hidden gem. Richard, the host, was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. His communication was quick and clear, and we really appreciated his local recommendations—they made our trip even better. If you're looking for a relaxing escape with access to one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, this is it. Highly recommend and would definitely return!

Love our stay with Soraya! The place was very comfortable, had pretty much everything needed to be comfortable. The host was very responsive and kind, helping us with our needs. Definitely gonna come back in the future!

tl/dr: Would I stay here again? Yes. Even with all the noise (read below), the cleanliness, location (less than 5 minutes away from freeway), and hosts make it worth while. Fantastic view and excellent accommodations inside. NOTE: This is above a bar, which is open from Wednesday's through Saturday night's until past midnight. You will have noise and music that can be disruptive if you are trying to sleep, but otherwise it is very peaceful and quiet. The host is very good, and apologized before a birthday party, letting us know that it might get loud. - Kitchen/dining area - very spacious. Pictures are accurate. - Bedroom - 3 bedrooms (1 master, 2 smaller (1 with bunkbeds)). Bedrooms have AC's built in. Beds are good, though some might think they're a little hard. You might want to bring an extra pillow if you like to read in bed or watch tv. - Bathroom - Clean and neat. Enough room to move around. Also used as storage for cleaning supplies. Towels and supplies are plentiful.
