Wow! What an incredible property. We loved our time staying at ‘the tower’. It is a beautiful setting among the olives and vines on a hilltop. The surrounding area is beautiful and it’s an easy walk to local vineyards and restaurants. Only one caveat: the WiFi is very weak and not suitable for video calls.

This place is amazing! It was a competely unique experience staying in Anna's place. The private garden up the hill afforded gorgeous views of the historic tower and town that turned magical at night when everything was lit up. When we explored the town at night, we felt like we had gone back in time. There were motion sensor lights on the stairs to and from the garden so that we could easily and safely see our way. We had the historic part of the nicely lit up town at night to ourselves, adding to the atmosphere. Civitella D'agliano was our favourite of the many towns that we explored in the area. It is a genuine and evocative beauty, not marred by masses of tourists or souvenir shops. Anna and her English speaking friend, met our car to show us where to park, and showed us everything in the apartment and garden in detail. Anna gave us many delicious snacks and an apple cake. She also arranged a reservation at a local restaurant that was memorable. Stay here. You will never forget it!

What a breath of fresh air. We loved Rome but everyone should take a break on their journey and come stay a few days to unwind, drink wine and smell the Jasmin in this beautiful place. Stefania’s place is much better than the photos because the love and care Stefania puts into every detail only comes across in person. Great for a group if you are lucky enough to snag a couple units.

Pictures don’t do the property and spectacular view justice. We had an amazing family holiday, our host couldn’t have been more accommodating, even leaving us kind gifts. Location was perfect (close enough to town and the airport but feeling secluded), having a bathroom each was great, and again that view was stunning. It all made for a perfect family trip :)

My son and I had a great stay in Federica’s house. It’s very spacious with great facilities including a balcony from the main bedroom and a very large garden which was great to sit out in. The bedrooms were large and comfortable, there was a large kitchen which all the necessary facilities and a few extra ones. We thoroughly recommend Federica’s home.

This space is an absolute GEM. A beautiful home with all amenities you’d need to feel taken care of an at peace. I don’t have words for how kind, helpful and accommodating Vittoria was before and during our stay. She is the perfect host. The space is very aesthetically pleasing, full of history and character. Huge spotless bathroom made me feel like a queen. Kitchen, living room and terrace all gorgeous and allowing for quiet, healing time at home in between day trips to all the amazing Umbrian towns and countryside. Vittoria gave us a tour/taste testing of her olive oil making. It was incredibly delicious, interesting, educational and beautiful. We bought a bunch of oil and homemade noodles to fly back with us for family and friends. Thank you so much for this beautiful property to rest at during our travels in Italy. The trails in and out of the olive groves, the grapevines covering the terrace out our back door and your wonderful caring heart, Vittoria, made our stay unforgettable:)

Simply amazing farmhouse, even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. Orietta is very kind and available in all our requests,she did everything to make us find the pool active, despite the uncertain weather, we used it throughout the stay! Very well-kept outdoor spaces, comfortable and spacious rooms, if I may give a tip I would suggest changing really uncomfortable pillows and mattresses and pay more attention to the cleanliness of really inaccurate rooms and bathrooms. Cmq highly recommend!!!

This is a beautiful place with a view that looks like you’re watching it on an IMAX screen. I wish we booked for longer to just relax on the property because it is so peaceful. Easy access to plenty of wineries and to Castiglione del Lago and Lake Trasimeno. Highly recommend staying here

Beautiful property. Staff were amazing, responsive and friendly. Location ideal for visiting other cities by car. Exactly as pictured. Breakfast which was added on a day to day basis was spectacular. Very relaxing sitting on patio and by the pool.

A Perfect Holiday – Like Heaven on Earth! This place exceeded all our expectations. A stunning and peaceful location with breathtaking views over the valley, lake, and mountains. The house and garden were beautifully maintained, and the accommodation was very clean and comfortable. A special thank you to Mrs. Lesley, who was an invaluable help throughout our stay. She provided us with plenty of useful tips and advice on various matters, such as train tickets and local attractions. Thanks to her, we were also able to arrange a wonderful dinner at the villa – truly an unforgettable experience. We wholeheartedly recommend this place – if we could give it 150%, we absolutely would!

We were warmly welcomed by Maria and our host, Luca. Set in a stunning garden surrounded by olive groves, with beautiful views of the Umbrian countryside, Assisi and Spello can be seen off in the distance. The house is bright, clean, and comfortable, with plenty of space for our multi-generational family (from 2½ to 85 years old). We enjoyed time together around the large tables, yet there was enough space for quiet moments. The location is perfect—just a 5-minute drive to Bevagna and other charming towns. Luca made our experience unforgettable. He was thoughtful and helpful from the start, arranging car rentals, truffle hunts, and reservations. Locals spoke highly of him, saying, “He’s a good man.” On our last day, he even brought a four-wheeler so our mother could join the truffle hunt. It was an unforgettable trip, and we’re deeply grateful for Luca’s hospitality.

We had the absolute pleasure of spending three unforgettable days at Paolo and Monica’s 800-year-old farmhouse — and it was hands down the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. The home itself is stunning: full of history, character, and comfort, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. Each morning, Paolo and Monica prepared a beautiful, fresh breakfast spread complete with homemade cakes and warm, delicious options that started our days off with so much care and joy. The hospitality was truly beyond compare — Paolo and Monica are salt-of-the-earth people with hearts of gold. One of the highlights of our stay was visiting with the many animals they lovingly care for. From eagles and owls to donkeys, horses, peacocks, ducks, and sheep — it felt like something out of a storybook. Monica’s passion for rescuing and training animals is inspiring, and added such a special, personal touch to the experience. Thier home is filled with beauty, warmth, and heart. My husband and I just spent a wonderful week at Claudia’s place in Spello. The apartment is beautiful, just as shown in the pictures, with everything you could need and a very comfy bed and an excellent shower. Situated on one of Spello’s ubiquitous picture perfect alleyways near the bottom of town, a convenient, short walk to the station and the supermarket. Anya was amazing; a lovely, friendly lady who is super quick to respond to any queries. She organised a taxi from and to Perugia airport for us (a great help as taxis are sparse in Spello!) and recommended the beautiful hike along the Roman aqueduct to the delightful hamlet of Collepino; a highlight of our trip! I would thoroughly recommend Claudia’s place and very much hope to make a return visit myself!

Mario's welcome with a good bottle of red wine and local cookies was a great start for a long peaceful week. The house is located in one of the nicest spots in Umbria. We could have stayed there much longer in order to experience all the finest places Umbria has to offer. Tsvi

To assess this property, we must start with the HOST, a professional in every sense. From the minute 0 of the reservation, until the departure; always attentive, very kind and very professional. It is a pleasure to meet serious people and this gives value to the application. The beach house is a paradise in Italy. Easy access, attention to detail, peace, nature, comfort. Our trip was as a family with our two poodles and I think they were the ones who enjoyed the property the most, seeing them run and jump through the green areas of the property and live with many birds, rabbits is priceless. Our daughter enjoyed her stay studying and with the peace and tranquility of the place, it was not difficult for her to concentrate. We, on the other hand, did some sightseeing in the area, all very close and well connected by road. It is a very well-kept, safe property and above all, enjoying its sunset, sitting on a lounger, enjoying a good wine (from the area) is a unique experience. Thank you Maurizio.

We loved our stay at this apartment! It is walkable to the local historic downtown area and just a quick drive to Assisi. Maria Francesca is such a warm and welcoming host and she was very responsive as well. We would love to return one day!

Our stay at the Limonaia exceeded all expectations!!! It is an incredibly beautiful home with a gorgeous view and in a great location. There are tons of amenities and the house is very comfortable.
