This property is amazing in every way. There’s a view from the ocean from almost every room, beautiful tile work and gorgeous, well appointed bathrooms. A sauna and extra hot hot tub. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need. The house itself is beautiful with private spaces, but also a large living room where everyone can gather around a beautiful tiled potbelly fireplace. It’s a short walk to the beach through a charming neighborhood. The host Rebekah was very communicative and generous, allowed us flexible, check-in and check out. I will 100% be staying here again.

An amazing home with all needed to just relax and enjoy!!

Lisa is an absolute five star host. She was kind in proactively sending us the instructions to her property, house rules and checkout instructions (all were very simple!). The property is a true gem. On the cliff, with a fabulous view and so private and relaxing. There is a market that is small but full of necessities near by that sell tasty sandwiches as well, which was a plus (we forgot to bring a few things!). Not too far from SF. I would love to return.

Anu’s house in the Sea Ranch was perfect for our group. So easy to walk to the bluff trail, well equipped kitchen and gorgeous views of the stars from the hot tub and decks at night. We also really enjoyed the ocean view from the master bedroom and sitting in the sun on the front deck.

The home was beautiful, we truly enjoyed our time there. They say that pictures are worth a thousand words but pictures of the views from the multiple balconies are unable to capture how stunning they really are. The home was just as listed, clean and was the most stocked home we have visited. We enjoyed exploring the surrounding areas and made unforgettable memories.

Absolutely wonderful place, the photos don't do it justice. You can tell that this is not just a vacation rental as a lot of love and care has gone into the home and it has everything you could need to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. Communication was always quick, friendly and proactive. Would love to visit again one day!

Our stay was lovely! The beds and linens were comfortable and the rooms were quiet. The entire home was well stocked and it felt like a second personal home in terms of the quality of items - sharp knives, well stocked pantry for cooking basics, foil, etc. We brought two dogs and it was a paradise for them. The outdoor area is truly magical. The fire pit is great, the downstairs dog shower is handy, and the landscaping is sublime.

Jen's place was absolutely wonderful. We've stayed in many airbnb's & this is our favorite. The views are literally jaw dropping. The listing pictures are beautiful but don't even do justice to the views. Her home was very comfortable with great linen blend comforters, soft cotton/flannel sheets. The hot tub heats up well to a perfect temperature with an exterior door right beside to the shower. The master bath had wonderful rose scented lotion that I already found online & had some sent to myself! We enjoyed open windows listening to the waves crash below. The full kitchen was well appointed with everything including a hand written pancake recipe on the inside pantry wall & waffle iron as nice touches. Did I mention the views of the ocean from the kitchen too while cooking?! So quiet, peaceful and lots of natural light with all the winows. We enjoyed the wood stove as well. We hope to be back ! Debbie and Aaron are wonderful hosts. I have only positive experiences with them both. The venue is wonderful and welcoming, and they are prompt in their responses to any issues that arise. It is always a peaceful and pleasant experience when we visit the Zendo. We’ll be back.

We had such a lovely time at Paulette’s. Her house was incredibly clean and so stylish. We wanted a private, quiet and serene getaway and this place was perfect! The views from the back decks are outstanding and pics don’t do it justice! Paulette was super communicative and a wonderful host!

Such a wonderful hidden gem! My husband and I went here on a quick honeymoon, so we only stayed one night, but it was incredibly comfortable and homey. Mark is a baker and provided us with the most delicious baked goods I've ever eaten and home roasted coffee during our stay. The creek is next to the property and relatively easy to find, beautiful! Since there is little to no service in the area, I had a bit of a hard time connecting with Mark on the day of check in, but his previous instructions were clear enough for us to find the cottage. We would certainly stay again and hopefully be able to attend the Friday Pizza Community nights they hold. Thanks for the great stay, Mark!

The property is beautiful. My two kids (2 and 4) loved wandering the grounds, saying hi to the goats, chickens, and dogs. The guesthouse is very well kept and kitchen had everything we needed. My husband and I agreed it's one of the nicer Airbnbs we have stayed at. We will definitely be back!

Sue was great and proactive in her communication which made our stay very easy. We were able to find the place easy thanks to her instructions and she showed flexibility throughout as well.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Happy House! The pool was large and fantastic, perfect for relaxing. The kitchen was beautiful and very well stocked with everything we needed. The house was spotless, and the neighborhood felt quiet and safe. Both the garden and front yard were lovely, and the pool area was especially private thanks to the high fence. Brook was incredibly friendly, always checked in to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay, and promptly answered all our questions. She was very helpful throughout our visit. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! Beautiful ocean views from the living room and sunroom. The garden with Jacuzzi is lovely. Beds were very comfortable and art decor was interesting and cool. Robert was quick to answer any questions we had. We absolutely loved the house and would definitely stay again.

If you're looking for a quiet place to unwind and relax, we HIGHLY recommend Barrel Lounge. Whether you want to chill in the hot tub, lay in the pool, or lounge on the deck while grillin' out, this place has it all. Beyond the amenities, the hosts, Kathy and Jim are incredible. They were very accommodating, providing everything we could have needed. They are two of the most kind-hearted people. Every interaction with them was a delight. Top notch experience: 1000/100 as our son would say. Many thanks to Kathy and Jim for making our honeymoon one that we'll never forget.

Eliza's place was wonderful for us (two parents and a 4 month old baby) for a weekend - we had everything we needed and it was incredibly easy to check in and out. Eliza and her family were there and great to spend time with, but we also felt we had space to ourselves to rest and relax. We will hopefully be back!

We came a second time to Fred’s river home oasis. Our kids love the grounds and the stream is so peaceful. Pool is delightfully warm and with a Forest view. Come here for a nature escape. We will be back!

I loved this place. It was beautifully decorated and had amazing views. The pool was an added benefit on hot days! It’s somewhat small for a group because it only has one bedroom but still worth the experience.

I’ve been eyeing Cena and Roger’s place for well over a year and had tried to book another time when it wasn’t available. This year I finally was able to stay and I honestly didn’t want to leave. What a special, unbelievably delightful stay it was. I’m a huge nature nerd and the amount of flowers and greenery made it feel like Hawaii. Tropical paradise. Complete with birds and lizards flirting about. This trip I was in town mostly for Bottlerock but I ended up just lounging around most of my mornings, reading and slowly getting ready for the day. It was hard to leave to go out every day because the property is that peaceful and beautiful. I am so thankful I got to enjoy this stunning space and cannot wait to hopefully stay there again. Roger and Cena are lovely, sweet people. They’ve made this their own little slice of heaven, which they so graciously share with others. Fabulous experience. Thank you!

Hosts were extremely accommodating and easy to communicate with. The guest house and grounds are exceptional. One could spend hours appreciating the art work and creative endeavors. The surrounding property is beautiful and peaceful. Extremely comfortable beds and as quiet as anyone could hope for.

We loved staying at the Masia. It is a completely relaxing setting in Cazadero, perfect for a family vacation. We especially enjoyed the sounds of the creek, swimming in the pool, playing foosball and watching movies together in the living room. The kitchen was well stocked and thoughtfully provisioned. Sam was above and beyond helpful and responsive.
