We had the pleasure of staying here for the Aurora Music Festival, and it was the perfect choice. The location was incredibly convenient, just a few minutes away from Clark Global City, making it easy to get to and from the event. The place looked exactly like the photos - clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable short stay. On top of that, the host was exceptionally responsive and accommodating, ensuring a convenient stay from start to finish. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

Frederick’s La Francesca Residence is an absolute gem. Nestled in a subdivision, don’t be dissuaded by older properties in the area. Frederick’s place has a modern design with beautiful features and cozy furniture. Quiet and quaint comes to mind. The residence is well thought out. Staff were responsive and friendly. Simple touches throughout the property made it feel like home. No need to cook though because the property is right behind SM where you’ll have access to a variety of cafes/restaurants. La Francesca is definitely worth a stay and a return. Thank you Frederick and team!

Great place to stay! The place was clean and looks as advertised. The managers of the place give clear instructions and communicate well, making the check in and check out go smoothly.

The place was very clean, also the pool. The house is very spacious and included everything we needed for our stay. It’s centrally located for quick access to the expressway or Clark.

Villa Amuntai is a beautifully designed villa. While there were a few things that needed maintenance, these didn’t affect our overall experience. The place itself is just great and we felt very safe. The hosts were respectful, responsive, and patient in answering our questions. We were pleasantly surprised to see that the entire villa is well-netted, especially since we had been told in advance about the possibility of insects. That’s to be expected in a tropical setting, especially near fruit-bearing trees. Just bring insect repellent and you’ll be fine. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place.

We had a great experience at Arriane’s place! It’s nice, cozy, and well-maintained — perfect for intimate gatherings or small events. The host was very responsive and accommodating, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommended!

Our stay was nice and pleasant, but some improvements could enhance the overall experience. The mattresses in both rooms were low quality and flattened quickly, making them uncomfortable even after a short time. The cooling system wasn’t effective due to the ranch-style sliding doors, which had gaps that let cool air escape, making it hard to maintain a comfortable temperature. The bidet setup was inconvenient, as it required turning on the faucet to use it—having a separate water line would be more user-friendly. Lastly, the shower head sprayed water in multiple directions, which could be improved for a better experience. With a few upgrades, this place has great potential.

First off, Sherwin, the host was a joy to deal with. He is very accommodating even beyond the scope of normal hosting duties. He had helpful recommendations. The house is impeccable and the backyard being the best feature. Very enjoyable stay, we felt right at home. Highly recommended!

Love the honesty store! Really helped out when we didn’t feel like going out but wanted sodas and snacks. It’s a great place for long term stay that is cozy and chill. I appreciate the aesthetics of the place and the access to streaming services. It’s defo one of the nicest designs in the subdivision. Devine was very accommodating too! Just to set your expectations if you have a car, parking is a hassle for everyone in that neighborhood. Devine’s place is conveniently located near the basketball court where there’s more parking space but when it’s rainy, that’s another thing to deal with. No problem if you have a motorcycle though. Will definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay in Bacolor! The place was super spacious and clean—just like the photos. It had a nice, comfy vibe and everything we needed. The host was also friendly and responsive.

Ming’s place was perfect for our barkada reunion. Amenities for table tennis, karaoke and billiards are available. The front is also spacey and good for midnight kwentuhan. The host also responds promptly whenever you have concerns. Will definitely come back to this place again.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was absolutely spotless and well-designed – very aesthetic and cozy, making us feel right at home. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the ambiance was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The utensils were also top-tier — clean, and well-maintained, which made cooking and dining feel a little more special. Just a small suggestion: it would be great if they could add a bedside lamp or some soft lighting aside from the main light in the other bedroom for better convenience at night. Also, it would be helpful to mention in the listing that the main gate closes at 9 PM, as guests will need to take an alternate route to access the property after that time. It’s a minor thing, but good to know ahead of time. Parking was easy and secure – one car can fit in the driveway and there's space for another one on the street. No issues at all with safety in the area. Overall, a beautiful and peaceful place to stay. Highly recommended!

Highly recommended! The house location is very accessible and walkable from the commercial establishments. Jen’s Tiny House provides all the amenities needed for the guests to feel home away from home. Very convinient house if you want to cook home cooked meals while on holiday as Jenna provided all the things needed for cooking and dining. The living room has a very good aircon and big TV to entertain guests. The bedrooms are so comfortable and we had a good night sleep after a long day outside. Also there are toiletries and drinkable mineral water provided which are very important and useful. Jenna is a very responsive and approachable host. Thank you Jenna for giving us a fabolous experience in you tiny home :)

Loved the place. AC worked great and the kitchen fan was perfect. beds were comfy enough for some solid sleep and we had a great couple of days there. would love to co.e back.

My main issue of the overall condition of Unit and of Kandi Condos. Near the end of stay there were issues with the AC and the Roof leaking in two areas. Jay responded quickly and the AC issue was resolved but the unit is definitely showing its age and so was the gym on the roof. Most if the equipment was quite old

Next time my family goes on vacation to Philippines,still look if the this place is available to stay in. I highly recommend this Airbnb. Minor thing is mosquitoes and crawling insects get in to the room due to a gap in between doors and short curtain’s,so we have to used our luggage bag to blocked the bottom of the glass door. For sure that can be done in the future. The rest perfect. Thank you

Ms. Ness was super easy to talk to — booking was really smooth. She replies quickly and everything was straightforward. When we arrived, she just told us where to get the key and that was it. I loved how hassle-free it was, it felt like we were just at home. We arrived late because we came from a concert, but we had no trouble finding the place. There was parking too, which was super convenient. When we got inside, the place was clean, cozy, and quiet — perfect for resting after a long day. Even though it was just a short stay, it was so worth it. The area was peaceful, the bed was comfy — we really got to recharge. Bitin nga! (We wanted more time!) I’ll definitely book here again for the next SB19 concert. Highly recommended, though part of me wants to gatekeep it haha!

Overall, a great stay ⭐️ The place is located in a gated village, so we felt safe even though the house itself doesnt have its own gate or fences. Just make sure all the doors are locked. There are other residents nearby but the area is quiet. The village is less 10 minutes by car away from the downtown/area of establishments like restaurants, groceries, etc. The place is clean & well-kept. Some bathroom and kitchen fixtures are old, but still functional. The kitchen is equipped with cooking & dining utensils. Bath towels are provided, though a bit small and thin. The bedrooms are spacious, with beds that are big and comfortable for 2 pax. One bedroom has its own T&B, and it is isolated and located on the first floor. The other two bedrooms have their shared T&B, located on the second floor, as well as the living room, dining area and kitchen. They have driver’s/maid’s quarters too, with a mattress provided. It can only be accessed from outside. Sunridge A is highly recommended
