House holiday rentals in Central Luzon

We had a great stay! The place is so cozy and nice. It is also not too far from Subic Yacht Club, restaurants, and Dutyfree (~8-12min ride). Host is very responsive and friendly. We would love to come back here!

The place is very private, we have 2 pools to ourselves. We have the freedom to do what we want to do, no restrictions. Ms. Catherine is very responsive and she is like a genie, she grants all our requests from bingo cards to fresh coconut juice. All in all, Ms. Catherine is a wonderful host. Highly recommended.

We had a spontaneous trip with old colleagues who have become friends and family. We enjoyed our stay at Grace’s place. My friends arrived an hour earlier than the check-in time, but the caretaker still allowed them in. The caretaker was friendly and we had no issues with the check-in. The rooms and beds were clean. The kitchen had all the basic essentials and drinking water was also provided. Four cars fit in the parking area and we even enjoyed the pool at 3 AM. It was nice that the kitchen was adjacent to or near the pool because that’s where we hung out to chill. The only problem we encountered was the road going to the place but it was mentioned in the listing that it’s better suited for SUVs. Still, we had one sedan and it managed just fine. Also, we were given extra hour to stay after check out time for free. But sadly I didn't notice the message sooner. But overall, we had fun :)

We had a great experience at Arriane’s place! It’s nice, cozy, and well-maintained — perfect for intimate gatherings or small events. The host was very responsive and accommodating, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommended!

We were a group of 6 friends, and we absolutely loved white’s place! Unfortunately it was raining so we couldn’t go out much, but the pool and the house itself was enough for us. Aside from some minor hiccups (leaks in the kitchen, lost electricity twice), our stay was perfect. Everything was clean and had what we needed, especially for cooking. Both white and the caretaker were very responsive too. It was just a bummer that we weren’t allowed to see the beach through the neighbor’s private access even if we were willing to pay. Overall, we’ll definitely come back again, especially once the weather brightens up! Thanks white family!

Heidi was very responsive and friendly to meet us upon check in. The house is spacious and perfect for my family and siblings. The view on the 3rd floor is amazing and a cool spot to play pool table, cook, dine and just hang out. The swimming pool is clean and refreshing. We all loved the house in Subic!

Aya’s place looks exactly like the photos—what you see is what you get. Our family had a great time! The space is so big that everyone found their own cozy spot to relax and unwind. The AC is cold, check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the people on-site were kind and courteous, which made our stay even more comfortable. Aya was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions and setting clear expectations about potential downsides like flies and occasional brownouts. But none of that stopped us from enjoying our stay. Everything we needed was provided, and she was even kind enough to set up the room just the way we liked. Overall, we had a blast—her place is definitely one of our favorite summer getaways!

We stayed for a few days and this was literally a home away from home. It was clean and it has everything we needed from kitchen essentials to even toiletries.

Villa Amuntai is a beautifully designed villa. While there were a few things that needed maintenance, these didn’t affect our overall experience. The place itself is just great and we felt very safe. The hosts were respectful, responsive, and patient in answering our questions. We were pleasantly surprised to see that the entire villa is well-netted, especially since we had been told in advance about the possibility of insects. That’s to be expected in a tropical setting, especially near fruit-bearing trees. Just bring insect repellent and you’ll be fine. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place.

We had such a lovely time staying here. It’s a great spot with very good Wi-Fi. There a an outstanding individual beach right next door where you can walk out across a coral reef with trees growing out of it at low tide. Make sure you check that out but wear wet shoes or crocs!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Garner House Baguio. The place looked exactly like it did in the photos. Every corner was thoughtfully designed, modern, and very clean. It’s clear a lot of care was put into the interiors, and it made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The space was cozy yet stylish, with all the comforts we needed. The hosts were also incredibly accommodating and flexible with our requests, which made our stay even smoother and more enjoyable. The only downside was the ongoing construction around the area, but that seems to be common across many parts of Baguio these days so it’s understandable and didn’t take away from our overall experience. All in all, our stay was excellent. We’d definitely recommend Garner House to anyone looking for a clean, well-designed, and relaxing place to stay in Baguio. We’d love to return!

Overall, a great stay ⭐️ The place is located in a gated village, so we felt safe even though the house itself doesnt have its own gate or fences. Just make sure all the doors are locked. There are other residents nearby but the area is quiet. The village is less 10 minutes by car away from the downtown/area of establishments like restaurants, groceries, etc. The place is clean & well-kept. Some bathroom and kitchen fixtures are old, but still functional. The kitchen is equipped with cooking & dining utensils. Bath towels are provided, though a bit small and thin. The bedrooms are spacious, with beds that are big and comfortable for 2 pax. One bedroom has its own T&B, and it is isolated and located on the first floor. The other two bedrooms have their shared T&B, located on the second floor, as well as the living room, dining area and kitchen. They have driver’s/maid’s quarters too, with a mattress provided. It can only be accessed from outside. Sunridge A is highly recommended

Kandi posh was a great place to stay and I would highly recommend it to my freinds and my family, our host was very accommodating and friendly and the unit it self was as is in the pictures no gimmicks. plus I loved how the kitchen cabinets were all labeled so is not searching things. great place to stay

We had a wonderful stay! Everybody in the family absolutely loved the place. It’s just the right size for a small to medium-sized group, and the layout of the house is thoughtfully designed so that everyone feels connected while still having enough space to relax. The house was very clean and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. The host was responsive and helpful, even in the middle of the night, and never once made us feel like we were a bother. That said, I’d still suggest not disturbing them unless necessary — but if you ever need help, you can count on them. They even went the extra mile by recommending a home service massage, which was exactly what we needed to unwind. From booking to check-in and check-out, the whole process was seamless. Highly recommend this place for families looking for a smooth, stress-free getaway!

Definitely worth the price! Divina's place was very aesthetic and feels right at home. Communication and check in were spotless. You'll never get bothered as the amenities are top-notch. This is the perfect place for a family gatherings or if you just want to have a get together with friends.

We enjoyed staying at Ani’s place. It was easy to find, the road going there is good, too. There’s a market on the way (Morong Public Market) for those who may want to buy stuff before heading to the house. The house felt really homey and it has everything that we need. It may not be beach front, but we actually enjoyed the peacefulness of the house, away from the noise of the neighboring resorts. It was just a short walk to the beach after all. It’s also private and safe, with enough space in front of the house. There’s also a covered parking space which can fit 2 cars. I highly recommend this place to those who want to try the beach in Bataan. It’s perfect for families and friends who want to have a cozy staycation.

We had a comfortable and pleasant stay at Jez and Rheden’s place! The space was clean, clutter-free, and had everything we needed. Rheden gave us a quick tour and walked us through how to use the equipment, which was super helpful. They were also very responsive and thoughtful, bringing us extra water and the sheets we requested. Just a tip: if you’re used to sleeping in a colder room, you might want to bring your own comforter for added warmth. Overall, a great experience, highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Ming’s place was perfect for our barkada reunion. Amenities for table tennis, karaoke and billiards are available. The front is also spacey and good for midnight kwentuhan. The host also responds promptly whenever you have concerns. Will definitely come back to this place again.

The place was super spacious. Perfect for parties and hanging out with family and friends! 😊 We had a blast with the karaoke too. The rooms were clean and cozy. The only thing was a few ‘unwanted guests’ flying around outside at night lol, but overall, everything was awesome. Thanks Sir Mark!

Renzo and Robert were wonderful hosts. The house that my family stayed at was immaculate and smelled great. The rooms were brightly lit, wonderfully clean, and with cold a/c. The bathrooms were modern in design, well maintained, and the showers had hot water. The wifi was fast and strong to my kids' delight. My father-in-law liked that there was Netflix on the tvs. He liked to wind down and relax in the living room. The dirty kitchen in the back was pretty convenient. I wouldn't even call it "dirty" - it was spotless and comfortable to be in. It felt like we were staying in a model home. We felt safe and secure staying in this gated subdivision with guards. My family absolutely enjoyed our stay at the House of David and would recommend it to others if they were looking for a place in the Angeles area. We'll probably stay here again.
