Holiday rentals with a patio in Guadalupe

Perfect stay! Ana was an excellent host, very kind and attentive from the start. He greeted us with a nice welcome message that made us feel at home from the start. The house is beautiful, very well decorated, clean and tidy, with everything you need. In addition, access is very easy, which made everything even more convenient. I would definitely recommend this experience and would return without hesitation. Thank you, Ana!

Fully in line with the description in the ad. The apartment has an excellent view, it is very quiet and the area is very nice, well worth the price paid. Victor was always attentive to our requirements and usually answered quickly, there was very good interaction.

This was our second stay at this house and, like the first time, it was excellent. Everything was very comfortable, the house is perfectly equipped with everything we need to feel at home. It is definitely a place we would like to return to on our next trip to Monterrey. Highly recommended!!!

Very pleasant stay, easy to access and very close to the rayados stadium to which we attend a concert, the stay is very clean, it is as shown in the photos, it is very comfortable.

We stayed here due to a loss of a family member and in all the chaos we ended up losing the house key. When we contacted the host they immediately responded and let us in. I’m so grateful to Luis for allowing us to stay & pass this hard time with our family members. Thank you.

Had everything we needed and we loved the “Things to eat/do” book, we ate at a few places and went to a few places that were recommended and they were great/fun.

This place was perfect for our stay. It was cozy and clean. The ac worked great. And this place has an amazing view of the city. Great location and Walking distance from a convention store for snacks. The host were also very responsive and great with check in process.

I chose the accommodation because of the proximity of the Monterrey Arena and it was amazing, we were treated well at reception, a very safe place, the accommodation was very comfortable, pleasant and faithful to the publication, too bad it was only one night, but I will consider this accommodation again.

The place is super nice, very clean, well located, the host's service was also very good, the guard who greeted us at the entrance was also always super friendly. I loved the stay, I would definitely choose it again.

The place is even more impressive than the photos, it is huge, very spacious and super nice. We had no complications, all the details of the two parties were discussed perfectly beforehand. The truth is that they were very understanding since we needed a space for something very particular, they understood perfectly and everything was discussed and agreed well. I would definitely wash it again.
