i liked the accommodation enough. i hope to return soon was my first time to Monterrey and the place was really quite central there was Oxxo and seven fences and equal food and the truth is pretty good

A great experience! A nice apartment is the perfect place to feel at home. Gustavo has thought of every detail and the care and dedication he puts into the space is noticeable. The apartment is impeccable and equipped with everything you might need, from basic items to amenities that make your stay even more comfortable. Ideal for relaxing and enjoying the city. Loft is very clean and pretty. The parking space inside the building was awesome, walking distance from all the restaurants at barrio antiguo. Erika was very helpful when we got there. Overall great.

The community is gated so it feels very safe. Neighbors are really friendly. Raul was very friendly and very helpful with the checking in and checking out process. The reason I was looking forward to the stay was the patio and it did not disappoint. The patio has a beautiful view. Also has a very spacious patio area, including a grill. The interior of the home was very clean and beautiful . Overall had a very good time me and my friend. Thank you Raul for the hospitality!

It was really our first time in MTY and Gustavo was super nice. The first day we ran out of internet due to company issues and he was always on the lookout and calling to get the service restored. He recommended places, the apartment was super clean. The only thing is that if you are a light sleeper, the train passes by (although my husband and I were not bothered). She left us pet diapers, oil, salt, soap, shampoo, teas♥️. I loved it and the location is super close to everything. If I go back, I'm sure I'd go back there.

The truth is very pleasant, I felt at home. Maybe many are bothered by the noise of the train, which is not my case since I slept very quietly. They also leave you some earplugs in the loft, which I did not need. The very friendly guards always answered my questions in the best way, the oxxo next door gives the place a plus and the incredible view. I hope when I return, your loft will be available again.

Since my arrival, Mrs. Carmen made me feel welcome, with a lot of availability for whatever was needed. I never wanted for anything. She was always attentive to make sure I didn't need anything. Excellent loft, comfortable and accessible, very close to squares and important places in Monterrey.

The place is just as it is shown, it has everything you need to be comfortable for several days. The location may seem a little far but we stayed very well, in addition to the fact that the area is very nice and safe, we felt very good when we went for a walk and we did not have problems for ubereats to arrive etc. Only the water from the shower struggled to adjust but as for us it was not something important we did not comment on them, and they are definitely very good hosts, they always answered any of our questions quickly. Upon arrival there was a little confusion for access and they immediately resolved it very kindly, and they gave us the opportunity to arrive a little early, which I really appreciate! We had a great time, I highly recommend it:)
