This house is amazing, the architecture is so well made it is a modern home with the decor so beautiful. The rooms have everything you need for a good stay for a family trip or friends trip. The location is just in the heart of the city, Alberto and Patty were really good hosts who were available at the time we needed them. The jacuzzi is a big extra to enjoy, the house is well safe with codes to enter and it is just as described. I give it a 10/10

The apartment is very nice, bright, well maintained, clean and with a very good layout with the inner courtyard that gives light to the whole apartment. The area where it is located is perfect, with many options for restaurants, cafes and a quiet and safe atmosphere. Gaal is very attentive and cares that you feel at home, he is also a very polite and pleasant person. He provides you with useful information about the area. In short, a very complete place at all levels.

We stayed in this house rental for 3 Weeks Carlos was the perfect host, very communicative helpful. The house is a comfortable, quirky traditional Mexican style urban house with an open roof (with a metal grate for security). The bathroom is small but perfectly functional. The kitchen is equipped to make meals (but if you're in Guadalajara for a week or less, why not just go out and enjoy). If you want an antiseptic, new, sparkling airbnb, look in Colonia Americana and pay double. The location of the house is like the center of a wheel with all directions a 20 minute walk, west to Cental Historico and downtown, north to Santa Teresita, and east to the Colonia Americana neighborhood. Walking at night is safe. Must go places to eat and drink walking distance from the house: La Fonda de la Noche, 251 calle jesus , a legend of deliciousness. El Habanero Negro for cocktails and innovative eats (10 minute walk) De la O Cantina, for innovative drinks and food, where all the hipsters go.

We enjoyed our stay at casa Azul! Our rooms were spacious and comfortable and the home had all amenities we could want and then some. Our hosts were super responsive. We had several moments when something didn't go as planned for us and our hosts were quick to help us resolve it. They were so responsive and attentive to our needs as guests. We will definitely look to book again on our next trip to Guadalajara!

Checking in was easy and flexible. Apartment looked just like the photos. It was clean. The sofa was already made when I arrived, which I really appreciated. I also took advantage of the outdoor terrace. It was nice to sit outside for some fresh air. The shower pressure was a little weak, but it's not a deal breaker — it’s also understandable. I'll likely check here first for any future visits. It's in a nice location.

I spent one night at Edgardo's place and it was fantastic. There was a lot of security in the place, which makes you feel safe. The beds are very comfortable, and the air conditioning makes it have that extra something. The only observation I would make is that the main bathroom had a fault and did not fill. The area is very cool, very well located and in the surroundings there are many options for restaurants and cafes. I would definitely stay here again.

I had 3 Airbnbs this stay in Guadalajara as I hopped around and adventured about this time I was in town and this was by far my favorite. It is close to a lot of great places to eat within 5-10 minutes walking distance. The room is gorgeous, quiet and safe. Kitchen well stocked. They even had prestocked a few goodies.Wonderful stay.

We spent a very comfortable weekend in the apartment, we had to call Isidro to ask him a few things about the stay, he was always very attentive and gave a solution to everything that came up

Absolutely the best place to stay at while visiting Guadalajara.

Sergio and his team are very nice, kind, cordial and attentive people. We have had the opportunity to stay with them in different accommodations and it is always a very pleasant experience. For us, it is guaranteed quality. The places are very complete and clean, among other things. If you have the opportunity to stay with them, do not hesitate.

Great area, a bit noisy, but that’s the issue in every big city. Other than that it was safe an clean.

Ana Cristina was super kind and quick to answer any questions, we loved the apartment, super central and very new, the guards were very kind 24/7, we would return. Thank you for everything!!!!!
