Accommodation completely in line with the description. Ultra quiet cottage located at the end of a cul-de-sac. The rooms are large and the bedding is perfect The kitchen is well equipped. Everything is planned, even the board games... And Brice is very easy to reach so everything is perfect for a good stay.

Babeth is a lovely host, always ready to be of service, very accommodating and very discreet. Even living above, she was able to make us feel comfortable and respect our privacy. His kindness exceeded our expectations. The house is very quiet, not very large but comfortable and very well-equipped. Very pleasant to live in for a short stay. The highlight of the house is undoubtedly the large pool, its surroundings and shaded terraces. A delight! We would highly recommend!

An excellent weekend in this very pleasant accommodation thanks to the spaces, and its large garage that allows you to bring the car in. The huge library and children's games served us well in the evening. The accommodation is very well located (14 minutes from the Sigean reserve and the very pretty village of Peyrac). The rooms are pleasant with wardrobes and air conditioning. The living room is spacious and remains cool in the heat. The Japanese staircase is surprising at first, but you quickly get used to it. Pierre is very friendly, pleasant and has good restaurant recommendations. He is very responsive and attentive. We will gladly stay at this accommodation again if we have to go back to this region.

Such a charming historical apartment and close to everything….bakeres, butcher, cheese shop, pharmacy and loads of restaurants. Comfortable beds in both bedrooms, cooling units, beautiful.fully stocked kitchen. I even got a color and cut from a beautician 20’ from the apartment and much cheaper than home. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. Wonder market on Saturday. Easy to walk around town with limited car traffic. The upstairs patio has a cute kitchen with the washer and clothes line. We absolutely loved our stay!

The terrace is unfortunately not up to the rest of the service, no maintenance carried out (curled slats, outdated garden furniture). That didn't stop us from having a great stay. It is a shame that there are no independent toilets and it would be good to warn that one of the bedrooms is at the garage level (which must be crossed to turn it off), without a window (with one then light). It is still very well furnished and very functional with a large bathroom and its toilets. It would also be nice to be clear about the end-of-stay cleaning. The house has 3 levels, each bedroom and the living room are equipped with air conditioning and that's totally awesome and completely essential! The house is modern, well decorated, very pleasant to live in.

Very pleasant house to live in, very nice view of the river and the village. Very beautiful area, full of hikes to do in the area. The description of the top floor is not accurate enough, we don't understand that the 2 bedrooms are in a row. Luckily that didn't bother us. We had a lovely stay with friends.

We will keep a fond memory of our stay at Véronique's. Lovers of old stones will be delighted in this beautiful village built around its castle. Old stones, we visit ( Minerve, the abbey of Fontfroide, Carcassonne ...) and we live there! But Véronique's stone house is perfectly renovated and comfortable! It has everything you need from the laundry dryer coffee machine, impeccable bedding, space, harmonious colors. Several small car parks are available nearby . We would definitely recommend this listing.

We stayed at Stéphanie's house for a week and loved it. The house is clean and functional, everything is there, it is on a very quiet street and close to everything. The plus is the beautiful quiet garden with the pool. Stéphanie is an available and very attentive host. Our kids also felt very good there. We will keep this address for a future stay with joy.

Marie P's house is beautiful, large, comfortable and perfectly located since in the center, everything is accessible on foot. The street is pretty, the neighborhood super warm. Marie Pierre had left us muscat, apple juice and coffee for our arrival, cold water. And she was kind enough to let us have more time than the scheduled times so that we could enjoy our weekend as much as possible. Address to remember!

We booked a night for a girls' weekend, 12 in total. 😅 It was a lot of people, but the accommodation is perfectly suitable. Welcoming, full of life, ultra functional! Cohabitation with the hosts is very simple, the exchanges were very pleasant 😊

Tastefully decorated house ideally located in the heart of the beautiful village of Gruissan, very well equipped and very clean with a patio not overlooked with shade. We enjoyed the calm. Carole and Jean Christophe were available throughout the stay. The only downside is that the stay went too quickly! We'll be happy to go back!

Well located in the center of village. Good communication as there was a bit of a mix up with entry on the first day. There is not a lot of natural light in the main living area, but this would be an advantage in the summer months. Linen is not normally provided. The house was well equipped. I would stay there again.

Amazing stay!!! Mathieu Could not have been more helpful and friendly and responsive. The flat was beautiful and impeccably maintained. It is just a stones throw from the charming old town of Pezanas and in an excellent location. Our boys thoroughly loved the indoor pool and ping-pong table that were in the backyard and the environment was just lovely. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to return someday.
