Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Grubine

Marija is a wonderful host. She was quick to respond to all our messages and very accommodating. The villa is very comfortable and well-equipped and exactly how it looks in the photos. It was clean and tidy and we had everything we needed during our stay. The pool was big enough for our group, which was important for us, and lounging around the pool in the evenings was heavenly. We didn't use the jacuzzi but appreciated having it as an option. We were happy to discover that Sinj (a 5-min. drive from the villa) had lots of historical sights for us to visit, too, on top of the restaurants/cafes and shops. On our way back, we also stopped in Split (a 30-min drive from the villa), and also visited some of its beaches. Very beautiful. Overall, I highly recommend the villa, and Marija as a host. Hvala!

The best house for a secluded and very comfortable vacation! An amazing location, a small historical village under the protection of UNESCO, surrounded by lavender and olive trees. House with a view of both the sea and the mountains, with a private territory, an excellent grill, a jacuzzi and a recreation area The interior is tastefully furnished, there are beautiful and comfortable dishes, all the appliances for cooking. The design of the bedroom and kitchen is wonderful and made with great love! The location is very convenient, literally 15 minutes to any Hvar, Old Town, ferry, supermarket, beach, lavender fields.

We came to stay at Franos place for a week as we were getting married nearby. He was a great host and made the week great for us! Would recommend staying here :)

The house was great in a lovely little village near Omiš. Very peaceful, the outside area with hot tub was a great place to relax and unwind. Car definitely needed to get around, it was a great base for exploring the local area. Marko was a friendly and responsive host.

We had an amazing time staying at this villa. It manage to rise above our expectations. The place was really clean upon arrival, and everything was thoughtfully prepared to make our stay as comfortable as possible - from kitchen essentials and cleaning supplies to easy-to-use amenities that made relaxing effortless. Ante was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. He answered all our questions and provided clear, straightforward instructions on how everything worked. The location is remote, quiet, and very private, which is something we didn’t mind. While there aren’t any shops within walking distance, having a car makes everything easier. We’d recommend this villa and would love to stay here again.

We had a great stay here! Everything matched the pictures exactly. Ria was super accessible, we immediately felt welcome and we got great tips. The area is beautiful, you can easily free your head from everyday life. Beautiful excursion destinations are also easy to find and if you have any questions you can also contact Ria at any time, who has great recommendations!

Vila Lipa , what a Dream get away , car essential , wonderful hosts and we wanted for nothing. the accomodation is perfect for relaxing in the warm summer heat of Dalmatia. An abundance of great places to eat and plenty of activities near by makes for a great holiday location. Asjas property is a wonderful example of the local architecture and made for a great place to to stay relax and play. 5 stars throughout for our wonderful host and their property .

We had a great stay! The host welcomed us very kindly and made us feel at home right away. Communication was excellent — we could message her anytime if we needed anything, and she always responded very quickly. The Airbnb itself was beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures. Overall, it was a top experience and we would definitely recommend it!

My friend, our dog and I enjoyed our stay at Dragica's very much. The house was beautiful, clean. We also made full use of the pool and hot tub, which was an excellent refreshment on hot days. Dragica was a great host, upon arrival we were greeted with delicious food, excellent pancakes and alcohol. During the stay, she took care of us, cleaned the grill in the morning after grilling and left us homemade eggs and cake. We highly recommend 🙂

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The hosts are so friendly and super quick to respond to any questions - Ivan couldn’t have been more helpful. The views from the rooftop are absolutely breathtaking. The villa has everything you could possibly need, the pool area is amazing, all the rooms are huge with lovely en-suites and balconies, we would definitely book to stay here again. Lovely place with an amazing terrace and garden with a sea view. Tastefully furnished and a short walk to the beach and town center. Highly recommend!

What a fantastic stay, the villa is better than the photos it’s a beautiful place, modern with an old Croatian feel. The outdoor oven being a real highlight of the trip, the pool area and the hottub all great. Bozo was unbelievable as a host, we say it’s the little touches make the difference and when I messaged asking if there was any coal anywhere win the villa for the fire, I received two bags at our door within minutes from his place next door, we also got extra check out time on our leaving days as there was a gap between the next guest. To say he went over and above is an understatement. Location is brilliant for Split, and Podstrana has been built up since our last visit to the area, both are within minutes and Ubers are affordable if you’re not driving or drinking. Split stole our hearts again and we would not hesitate the revisit Bozos place.

We have just returned from a 10 day stay at Ivan’s villa. From the moment I enquired about the villa Ivan couldn’t have been more helpful! He replied to all of my questions super quick & full of information!! When we arrived we were welcomed by Ivan’s parents who were just so lovely & helpful, during the holiday they would check in & even brought us fresh cherries! It was nice having them close by. The villa itself is beautiful, modern, clean, homely.. everything is so well thought out. We were a group of 15, 8 adults & 7 kids, there was plenty of room for everyone, dining tables big enough, enough sun loungers etc. Hot tub, gym & 2 large bedrooms are in a separate building but all lovely (exactly the same as the main villa!) The location is stunning, the scenery is beautiful!! There’s a small shop 500m away has all the essentials then a slightly larger shop about 10-15min walk but a lovely little walk :)

We had a wonderful vacation at Zeljka. The entire family was extremely friendly and helpful. Refrigerator was already stocked with drinks upon arrival. The whole facility was super clean, first-class stylishly furnished and plenty of space. Both the heated pool and the jacuzzi were very inviting and great for the 4 of us. The property is super secluded and you can relax and enjoy great privacy. Starry sky guaranteed and lots of butterflies, lizards as well as birds of the local nature. Bicycles as well as the table tennis table invite you to play games and sports. The balcony is perfect, but the best thing for us was the barbecue area. Super inviting for great evenings. Even in the heat, the houses are great to live in, as there is air conditioning in every room. Shopping facilities are available in 3 and 5 minutes. The two kitchens are super equipped. Thank you Zeljka, we will definitely come back! :)

2 families, with 4 adults and 4 children were able to stay here very comfortably. The view was amazing, it was fabulous to have a bathroom in every bedroom. The soccer pitch and mini golf were great for the kids when they took a break from swimming. Only about a 35 minute drive into split. We had a great stay!

We were a group of ten people on vacation, including 5 adults and 5 children. The apartment was clean and had enough space for all of us. The large terrace area, swimming pool and hot tub were in heavy use. The apartment is located on a slope, but it was a suitable 15-minute walk down to the village. A warm recommendation for the place if you are going to Makarska!
