Nice functional and peaceful apartment in the center of Meyrueis. Enjoy this apartment with an unobstructed view on the river side. The sound of water can be pleasant at night with the window open but cannot be heard with the double glazing closed. For sleeping, the apartment has a separate bedroom with a double bed as well as a single bed in the living room. Kitchen equipped with all the essentials for cooking. Shower room & separate WC. Self check-in is possible and simple.

First of all, thank you to Thierry for his warm welcome and responsiveness! The place was sublime, faithful to the photos, with a panoramic terrace that offers a beautiful view of the mountain to the south, to the benefit of the birdsongs. The bedding is on the floor raised by a tatami, and when I compare it to other unfavorable comments I find it comfortable. You also have a reversible air conditioning (hot/cold) to suit you according to the seasons, and a blanket if needed in addition. Cooking is essential, perhaps plan for fat if you cook with it. Nothing to say except maybe the light in the kitchen was faulty when we came. I hope the next ones have good weather, because if not, it will be very funny for you (I personally suffered the costs of Mother Nature🤣). Again, thank you for this experience!

Wonderful stay at Carl's place! The house is very good, functional, well-equipped, friendly. The village is extraordinarily beautiful and quiet, with several hiking trails starting directly from the village and the possibility to walk to the Tarn. The only flaws are that the space is a little dark and the operation of the stove is not instinctive.
