Herzlich willkommen bei unserem Inserat. Auf unserem ehemaligen Milchhof zwischen Hamburg und Lübeck bieten wir diese eigenständige 2-Zimmer Ferienwohnung als Ausgangspunkt für Deine/Eure Abenteuer in Norddeutschland an. Die ehemalige "Alte Milchkammer" war Teil der seit vielen Generationen hier auf unserem Hof betriebenen Land- und Viehwirtschaft. Nun ist sie als Ferienwohnung umgestaltet. Direkt vor der Wohnung kann man parken und die Bushaltestelle befindet sich circa 20 Meter entfernt.

You have a bedroom with a large double bed, a dressing room for your clothes, a small kitchen, a large living room with a large pull-out couch for 2 people as well as a bathroom with shower and bathtub

Guest apartment on the Wakenitz

We have converted a part of our house, where we live as a family, into a guest apartment. This non-smoking apartment is a separate part of our house. It is located on the edge of the Wakenitzniederung Nature and Landscape Protection Area, ideal for 2 to 3 people. The large living room is equipped with a sofa bed for 2 people and another, separate single bed. The kitchen with dining area is located in a second room, in front of the private entrance there is a small sunny terrace.

House by the pond

In your apartment (2nd floor, not barrier-free!) you can enjoy a perfect view of a large garden with pond. The apartment has a large balcony, a large living room, a small bedroom as well as a larger dining area with kitchen, where the sleeping berth is. Located in a quiet village, it is only 30 minutes (by car) to Hamburg city center or Lübeck. Right nearby are recreational areas and beautiful forests. In the village there is a large horse farm and there are two good restaurants.

Ruhige Wohung direkt am See-Rundweg Da dies mein reguläres Zuhause ist, bitte ich euch respektvoll damit umzugehen. Euch steht ein Schlafzimmer mit einer Kommode, einem Sofa und einem kleinen Tisch, Bad mit Badewanne und Küche mit Herd, Kühl/Gefrierschrank und Mikrowelle zur Verfügung. Das 2. Zimmer und die Kammer habe ich verschlossen, um meine privaten Sachen zu lagern. Der Ofen und Trockner sind leider defekt. Wichtig: absolute Nachtruhe von 22-6 Uhr, nur Nichtraucher

The guest house is very cozy and stylish with many details, such as furniture, windows, etc., which have been designed and built in individual production and with a lot of love for detail. The room is approx. 35m² in size, has its own kitchen and bathroom and offers space for 2 adults and up to 2 children with a double bed and a sofa bed. The accommodation is in the basement and has a ceiling height of 2.09 m. Supermarkets and restaurants (5-10min) and public transport (bus 2min) are in the immediate vicinity. Public parking is usually available.

Guest room with private entrance

We offer our guest room with separate entrance to nice people for overnight stays and to linger. The room and bathroom are available for the guests' exclusive use. To relax outdoors, there is a lawn and seating right in front of the entrance. Hoisdorf offers many opportunities for recreation and at the same time good connections by bus/train or car/highway to Hamburg. We are also happy to provide our guests with a bike during their stay.

The apartment is located in the attic (sloping ceilings) of a detached house in a quiet location with very good connections to the A1 and A24 highways. The U-Bahn station "Steinfurther Allee" is also within walking distance (10-12 min. walk, please read the "Arrival Guide" in the listing carefully beforehand), then another 17 min. with the "U2" to Hamburg main station. Private, lockable parking is available.
