Ray’s place was amazing! It had everything you could want for a delightful weekend. The apartment was elegantly decorated, providing a cozy atmosphere, ideal for a romantic getaway. There were many charming restaurants and bars in the area, such as Maiden Lane Wine & Cocktail Bar. Parking was convenient as well. I'm really happy we chose Ray’s place!

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The host was so responsive and helpful, the apartment was spotless and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect. I absolutely recommend this place!

Monica is an exceptional host – she left very thorough instructions, followed up with us consistently, and had a magical space that made us feel right at home. The bathroom and bath tub were incredible! The neighborhood is unique with lots of DIY parks and urban agriculture – lots of friendly neighbors who were open and welcoming to sharing the history of the area and their dedication to maintaining it. We loved our stay here and would definitely come back again! Detroit is an awesome city, and this is a great location to experience the best it has to offer!

This was a fantastic place. It was better than the pictures. The space was very clean and had many personal touches to make you feel at home. Michael was very responsive. This is a space I would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

I stayed at Toufic’s 2 bedroom condo for 10 days last month! Photos are accurate and it felt so lovely to come “home” to condo after activities or having space to cook/entertain with guests! Fantastic location that was quiet (both location and building), with clear, welcoming, quick communication by Aya/Toufic. They are lovely hosts that made sure to check in to meet all my needs! I come to Windsor often so will be reserving this condo each time! Highly recommend!! Great to have fully stocked kitchen to cook, ensuite laundry, sufficient chairs/furniture to entertain and have guests and to have a scent/pet/smoke free accomodation to meet my personal needs!! ♥️ Sandra from Nanaimo BC Canada

We had a great stay at Casey's apartment. It was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Casey was quick and easy to communicate with. The home is centrally located in Detroit, very close to the Motown Museum and to the best pizza in Detroit at Michigan and Trumbull. We hope to stay here again!

Megan provided clear and detailed instructions about checking in/out, and even allowed us to drop off our luggage earlier than scheduled check-in time. The place was clean and comfortable, walking distance to lots of cool places, at a good price. No complaints whatsoever!

Great experience. The apartment was exactly as described and shown in the photos and was very clean. It is in a very convenient location with a walkable "village" just around the corner with several restaurants, cafes and shops. The only issue I had at all was with parking. There was no designated parking place available and had to rely on street parking. Sometimes I was able to find a spot closely, other times I had to park a block-plus away. Other than that, it was great. Excellent host.

The stay was comfortable and exactly as described. The space was clean, well-kept, and in a convenient location. Communication with the host was smooth and timely, making check-in and check-out easy. I would stay here again.

Our stay was very peaceful! The area is perfect if that’s what you’re looking for. It was very clean and welcoming. We had to drive a little more than wheat we expected but we were ok with that. The hosts were very responsive and polite. I definitely would stay again!

We really enjoyed our 4 days at Dana’s. Birmingham is a beautiful neighborhood, very sweet neighbors. Dana’s place was very comfortable, shower was hot, small kitchen was perfect to prepare breakfast. We would definitely feel lucky to stay here again.

Very responsive when I had questions. Place was perfect for what we needed for the nights stay. Living room area had a very nice couch & tv was huge!

Kendra is very nice. My family stayed here for ten days. The room was as described in the photo. It was well furnished with a beautiful garden to sit in and watch the squirrels run around. The location is close a lake and there is a Kroger in five minutes drive.Kendra was very helpful with our living needs. We enjoyed our stay, I would definitely recommend her house and would choose this house again next time.

Stayed for a night and caught a show at royal oaks theater. I couldn’t not recommend this spot more. A few bucks more than a hotel room but so worth it. Insanely close to so many things, great spots to eat and drink, a market next door, quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable and private inside, cool basement vibes.

Ian and Paul were both amazing host. for the apartment, it's very nice and cozy, especially the bathroom toilet, owww I freaking loved it. The location is quite and the area is close to Ferndale local restaurants. How nice are the host? : By the day I lost my luggage and I thought I lost it when I was there. Ian and Paul were very nice people that they helped me change security door camera footage. Even tho we didnt find it, the effort they put for me meant a lot to me. A week later, a local restaurant found my contact through airline and contacted me said they had my luggage. It was my fault for not remembering it. But I just wanna say a big thank you for these amazing host. total 5 stars 🌟
