Old town romance in front of Usedom

Our small apartment (44 m²) in the old town of Wolgast is looking forward to your visit :-) The apartment is centrally located between the harbor and the market. Restaurants, cafes and shopping are within walking distance. Free parking for smaller cars (quite narrow, up to size VW Golf) is right outside the front door. Larger cars can park for free in some parking lots in the old town. The Bäderbahn train runs not far from the apartment to Usedom Island, as well as bus connections.

The apartment (since mid-July 2020) is small, lovingly and specially furnished with clay-plastered walls, hand-painted bricks on the floor, favorite pictures and furniture. It borders the house that we live in as a family with children on an old three-sided farm. There are no direct neighbors, lots of nature and you can make beautiful excursions in all directions by bike or car: Baltic Sea, islands, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburg Lake District, Peene, Tollense...

Spacious house on the edge of the village.

The house on the outskirts of the village is wonderfully quiet on the outskirts of the village of Diedrichshagen, surrounded by wide fields, forest and nature. The beaches of Usedom, Lubmin and also Rügen are easily accessible by car. Enjoy the vastness of nature, socializing in the spacious house and on the property or the cultural offerings of the nearby town of Greifswald. The house half offers 120 square meters of living space on two full floors.

Cozy bungalow with garden by the Baltic Sea

Bungalow surrounded by a large garden in a very quiet location and 10 minutes by car to the beach (e.g. Lubmin) and to Greifswald. The bungalow consists of a living and sleeping room with double bed and sofa bed, a kitchen and a bathroom as well as a large terrace. The large garden has space for the little ones to play and the adults to rest. It is possible to take art classes for a fee during the stay. A studio is located on the premises.

The house N°12 is located near the Hanseatic city of Greifswald. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the seaside resort of Lubmin with its white sandy beach. House N°12 has 3 bedrooms (2x double bed 180x200/1x double bed 140x200), 1 bathroom with shower/toilet and bathtub, a kitchen with dining area, 1 living room and a small bathroom with toilet. A terrace with barbecue facilities, free Wi-Fi, washer and dryer are also available.

Great recreational paradise near Usedom

In 2016, the farm was completely refurbished and modernized. A mix of modern and country house charm make this a great vacation experience. All around is a nature reserve of European rank: the Peenetal - with a fascinating flora and fauna. Fireplace evenings, bike rides or boat tours on the nearby Peene provide plenty of variety. And the best part: Usedom Island is about 30 minutes by car. Summer, sun and beach :)

The holiday apartment is located in an extended barn from 1896, not far from the Baltic Sea beach and Greifswald Bodden. Throughout the listing, the exposed old beams and rustic décor recall the history of the building. The train station for the direct route to the island of Usedom, to Greifswald or Stralsund is a 10-minute walk away. You can also get to the desired places quickly by car.
