Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Groléjac

Logement propre, bien aménagé. Fidèle au descriptif, dommage pour le problème du jaccuzi cependant bonne communication avec Céline qui a permis de résoudre ce désagrément.

La réalité correspond aux photos sur le site . Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans une maison ancienne typique de la région périgourdine . Très bien située , elle permet de nombreuses visites .La vue sur la vallée est superbe avec le soleil couchant ou la mer de brouillard .

Des hôtes très accueillants dans un logement au top : très propre, très bien équipé et proche de nombreux points touristiques. Seul bémol : un peu bruyant avec la route mais je conseille vivement

Une très belle maison decoree avec beaucoup de goût, dans un superbe cadre. Nous avons pu apprécier le confort de la maison lors de quelques journées pluvieuses mais également du magnifique jardin et de la terrasse par temps ensoleillé. De nombreuses visites sont accessibles à proximité. Les hôtes sont acceuilants et réactifs.

Our stay was great. Alex and his family were very responsive. The pool is shared but we had it to ourselves. It was very nice and has ample space with loungers on the terrace to chill out. I imagine this is ideal for families with children. It is also very safe without feeling claustrophobic. Very peaceful setting. Lovely little deck off the house. Plenty of room to park. Great place for a family. The bathroom is exclusively accessed through one bedroom and the toilet exclusively accessed through the other. This was not a problem for us but worth bearing in mind. The internet connection did not work for us so guests should bear that in mind if they require data. I would book again

Logement très bien placé dans St-Cirq, très fonctionnel et très joliment décoré! On s'y sent vraiment très bien, et la petite terrasse est un vrai plus! La proximité de la route qui passe au-dessus du logement ne nuit pas à la tranquillité des lieux, c'est à noter. Thierry et Maryse sont très réactifs et amicaux, c'est un vrai plaisir d'échanger avec eux. Nous recommandons sans réserve ce logement... :-)

Our family spent a wonderful four days in Jean-Christophe's place, and we were very sad to leave. The garden and the view of the chateau are gorgeous, and we took good advantage of the walking trails through the woods. The house had everything we needed and we were very comfortable, especially with the wood fire. The village is very small, but it is an easy drive to Sarlat and some of the most beautiful towns in Dordogne, as well as the many painted caves in the Vézère Valley. Highly recommended as a quiet retreat and as a home-base to explore the region.

Lovely place to spend a couple of nights on our trip round the region. Quiet, relaxing surroundings and the gîte had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay, thank you.

Un logement parfait situé dans la vieille ville pour faire de belles balades avec un glacier à deux pas que nous avons apprécié. Adrien est très attentionné et disponible pour ses voyageurs Encore merci pour le petit cadeau pour nous même mais aussi pour notre chat. Le logement est très calme et paisible. Tout équipé pour passer un séjour parfait nous avons également profité du jardin. Nous recommandons le logement les yeux fermés et nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed the apartment and its terraced garden. The view from the terrace is a pleasant one overlooking rooftops and towards a hill. It was nice to meet Ralf on arrival who showed us around, explained how the apartment worked and had time to have a chat - so much nicer than arriving to a lockbox. This is a new listing so I think almost everything is brand new - which was a plus. The beds were firm and to our liking. The kitchen is well stocked with crockery and cooking utensils - which is great as I like to cook. There is a nice dining table and chairs on the terrace as well as other outdoor furniture. The apartment is really close to the historic centre of Sarlat - probably a five minute walk. Also close by is a bakery and it is only a few minutes walk to the supermarket if you don’t want to drive to the bigger supermarkets on the outskirts of the town. The property has a locked gated entry with parking just to the side of the apartment.

appartement spacieux' et agréable' bien équipé et tout est fonctionnel. Dany et Monique se sont montrés sympathiques et nous ont bien renseigné sur les différentes activités possible sur le lieu. nous recommandons fortement. Merci à Dany et Monique.

l'appartement est magnifique, le bâtiment de style médiéval m'a enchanté, proche de tout, de merveilleux restaurants aux alentours, la cathédrale en face est tout simplement magnifique. Je le recommande vraiment et je reviendrai un jour

We just spent a few days at this amazing apartment in La Roque-Gageac. The place is in a building several hundreds of years old, renovated with lots of taste, beautiful and modern bathrooms, a lovely courtyard with tables and chairs to relax in, comfortable beds. Adrien and Marion are a wonderful couple that welcomed us warmly. Our children loved their gentle dog, Indi - we loved the restaurant next door. The perfect place for a glass of wine and a taste of their remarkable food! Right in the center of la Roque-Gageac, loads of things to do such as hikes, castle visits, going to markets, cooking class, biking and canoeing (what we couldn’t do due to poor weather conditions). I highly recommend staying here! All the best to Adrien and Marion!

Excellent séjour à La grenouille qui siffle, logement propre, bien équipé, literie confortable, environnement très agréable au milieu de la nature, calme et paisible. Hôtes réactifs et disponibles. Le positionnement géographique central permet un accès facile à tous les lieux touristiques de la région.

Our stay in Eric’s house was perfect. Stepping out into the heart of the old town was a wonderful experience every time. The location could not be more central to restaurants shops and bars. We will certainly stay again.

Maisonnette pleine de charme idéal pour y passer quelques au calme, près de nombreuses activités, restaurant, commerces et chemin de randonné ! Je recommande !!

If you are looking for a quiet but spacious property with sense of freedom this property is perfect. Its large living space offers separation even if travelling in larger groups. It is very secluded so own transport is a must. That said, a short drive into Sarlat is a must. A huge selection of restaurants, bars and local markets and the most picturesque town I think I have ever seen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre amis dans cette maison propre, agréable et bien équipée. Le sauna et la piscine chauffée ont vraiment ajouté un petit plus qui a rendu notre week-end encore plus plaisant. Thomas était très sympathique et toujours réactif. On s’est tout de suite sentis à l’aise. Merci encore, on recommande vivement !

Logement très propre très fonctionnel et qui correspond totalement à la description donnée. logement confortable décoré avec sobriété et goût. Terrasse très agréable étant donné l'excellente météo dont nous avons profité. bien équipé en ustensile de cuisine. ;Cave à disposition très pratique pour nous qui avions des VTT.

Quel charme en arrivant à Marcillac-Saint-Quentin ! L'allée révèle un parc arboré et soigné avec une grande piscine partagée. Un accueil exceptionnel de la part de Mariette et Jacques ! Mariette discrète, attentionnée, d'une grande douceur et générosité a le sens de l'accueil. La maison en pierre apparente, dispose d'un jardin privatif avec table, transats et BBQ. - Au RDC, la fraîcheur est la bienvenue : Cuisine équipée, Salon Louis Philippe, mobilier rénové. Majestueuse cheminée ouverte, prête à être allumée. Encore une belle attention. - À l'étage 2 chambres spacieuses, soignées elles aussi. Literie et linge de qualité. Plaisir dès le matin d'ouvrir les fenêtres, d'écouter le chant des oiseaux et d'observer l'écureuil sauter d'arbre en arbre. La maison située à 10 min de Sarlat, non loin de Lascaux, est parfaite pour se reconnecter à la nature. C'est un havre de paix avec une belle énergie. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! Je recommande vivement.

Nous n’avons pas eu la chance de rencontrer Éric en personne, mais la communication a été excellente : fluide, claire, et il s’est montré très disponible et à l’écoute. La maison est parfaitement équipée, avec de beaux volumes intérieurs, confortables et décorés avec goût. L’extérieur est tout aussi agréable, avec une grande piscine et une jolie terrasse ombragée près de la cuisine, idéale pour des déjeuners en plein air. Tout pour passer un excellent séjour en famille ! Merci encore, Éric.

Great place to stay - lots of garden around the house to relax in and fabulous pool. Beautiful surroundings and good base for exploring the Dordogne. Tim and Nathalie were great hosts and we enjoyed the buffet on our arrival and the pizzas later in the week.

I can’t say enough about how beautiful this place is. It is bigger and grander than it looks in the photos and the view is stunning! It has lots of gorgeous bedrooms and we enjoyed having big meals in the dining room. The house is located on top of a hill with a view of the Dordogne River and very close to beautiful villages, caves, and nature.

We stayed here in June 2025. The villa was absolutely fantastic. The location is ideal for a short drive to local towns like Sarlat, but is nestled away over looking the dordogne river! Didier was extremely helpful and proactive with communication. I could not have chosen a better place to stay.
