Newly built holiday home (2012) in the The Netherlands, the Netherlands, and Amsterdam with 6 x 2 pers. bedrooms + 6 x bathroom. Central location, in the middle of the Netherlands, close to the A2/A12. Free parking and free WiFi throughout the house. Bus stop right at the door. NOTE: We have a minimum age of our guests aged 21, unless they are part of a family.

Our farmhouse is located in a beautiful rural area on a quiet road in the outskirts of Roosendaal. On the 1st floor is a spacious living room, an open kitchen with dining area, a double bed and two single beds on the loft. On the ground floor are the toilet and the bathroom with a bath and a separate shower. You have a private front door, you can park at the door and you can sit outside. There is a large trampoline, playhouses, playground and we have goats, rabbits and chickens.

The story goes back to 1847 where the first generation of our family started making original Gouda Cheese. We still make it the same way and we are proud of it. Welcome to ‘de Hoogt’ in Oud Alblas, a monumental farmhouse in the Alblasserwaard. You can stay at "de Hoogt" in our bed and breakfast. On our property is‘ the Terpschuur ’which we have transformed into a beautiful cottage, where we ourselves during the renovation of the farm for more than two years, they enjoyed living in. ‘ De Terpschuur’ is a 4 person cottage with shower, toilet, kitchen and 2 bedrooms. "de Hoogt" is also a "Peace Point" for cyclists and hikers.

Be welcome for a wonderfully relaxing stay on the farm! You will spend the night in the oldest building in the yard; the haystack. Would you or your children really want to experience the farm life? Be free to take a look and get to know the love between humans and animals. But you have also the right place for a relaxed stay. Enjoy the beautiful view which leads to the Markermeer, use the reading materials or take a seat on your terrace where the cows pass you.

Two bedrooms, one mezzazine, sleeps 6 people. Please note the mezzazine has a steep ladder. We prefer to host families or people with reviews. 30 minute drive to Amsterdam, Alkmaar and Zaandam. Closer are Edam, Volendam and Marken.

De Varkensschuur, op landgoed "de kleine Valkeneng" is een rustiek, sfeervol en knus vakantiehuis. Het is opgetrokken uit zware balken en houten betimmeringen. Het huis ligt volledig in het groen met uitzicht op weilanden en bossen. Er is een houtkachel aanwezig, waarvoor men zelf droog hout dient mee te nemen.
