Newly refurbished apartment located in idyllic Strømsbubjag only 7-8 min walk along the water into the city centre. There is 1 parking space belonging to the apartment located on the ground floor of the dwelling. Small marina next door, garden at the front of the home. The residence is located in a quiet residential area so consideration must be given to neighbours, partying is not allowed. There are two apartments in the house with separate entrance to each of the apartments. Wifi and electricity are included in the rent. Animals and no smoking due to allergies

From this central accommodation one has easy access to "everything". Apartment building from 2017. Two bedrooms w/ double bed in each room, bathroom and guest toilet, living room and kitchen in one. Dining table. Terrace. Parking. No smoking or animals. Unfortunately, you don't have equipment for toddlers, so you may have to bring this yourself. Walking distance to swimming beaches/ hiking areas 8-10 min walk to Grimstad city center Approx. 20 min drive to Dyreparken About 35 minutes to Kr. sand and Kjevik airport About 20 minutes to Arendal

Welcome to Østre Aas farm.

In the middle of the forest, our farm is located on a hill in scenic surroundings with very good sun conditions. Over the last year, we have completely renovated the brewer's house on the farm and are now ready to welcome guests here. The apartment is suitable for 2 adults and up to 3 children. The old bakery oven is kept and the cozy rustic style. At the same time here you are all of modern facilities through new bathroom and kitchen. The place is 30 min from Kristiansand Zoo and 15 min from the cozy southern village of Lillesand

New holiday home on Søndeled! Great location in quiet residential area with nice neighbors and views of Søndeled fjord. We have large patio with several seating areas around the house and barbecue available. Endless with hiking areas in beautiful southern nature just outside the door. Cozy community with convenience stores in 10 minutes walk from the house. A perfect holiday home in the heart of Sørlandet- 30 min from Kragerø and 20 min from Risør Electricity is added. It was a great stay. Location is really central, close to the restaurants, bars but also within a walking distance from great hiking paths to Odderoya for example. Also contact with Ann Florelyn was very smooth, she was always respondng quickly and the check-in and check-out went smoothly. I can surely recommend the place.

We enjoyed our second visit to Jon’s comfortable flat in a very pleasant location. It has a beach view from the balcony and easy walking access to the Kristiansand waterfront and the main town. It was an ideal base for both visiting and hosting our family who live in nearby Søm.

An absolutely amazing apartment that exceeded all expectations! Modern, spacious and elegantly decorated, with everything one needs for a comfortable stay. Thank you very much for all the information and tips Lise. The house is fully furnished! We loved our stay in Mandal/Lindesnes with sun and 22/23 degrees Celsius. The lighthouse of Lindesnes "Lindesnes Fyr" is definitely worth a visit. The Mandal/Lindesnes area has plenty of possibilities for various hiking tours ranging from light to sturdy. Mandal has a nice stand.

We had a fantastic stay in Terje’s house. He was a great communicator and it was perfect for 2 Young families to have a long weekend away and only 20 mins drive from Dyreparken. Make sure you have bedsheets and towels with you and I am sure you will be very happy there. Great place and Great understanding host - highly recommended.
