Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most of the kitchen equipment and washing machine. We have checked in until 5 pm due to work situation, but you are welcome to ask if you want earlier check in. 300m to store and bus. The bus runs approximately every 30 minutes to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2km to beautiful Buøya with several great beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, own lockable door.

The garage loft has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room with dining table/chairs. In the living room there is a Hemnes daybed with good mattresses (sleeps 2). Max 6 persons.

You can also rent a bike at the tourist office and test out long and very beautiful bike paths in and around Grimstad. The house is old and protected, here you find peace of mind. ❤️

Liten hybel i et rolig område nær Grimstad sentrum. Ett soverom med dobbeltseng (150 cm), samt sovesofa med plass til én til (gi beskjed på forhånd om dette er aktuelt). Badet, med dusj, har tilkomst fra soverommet. Liten kjøkkenkrok med kjøleskap, vannkoker og mikrobølgeovn (ikke stekeovn/kokeplate). Parkering rett utenfor hybelen. Det tar 10 minutter å gå og 2 minutter å kjøre til Grimstad sentrum. Til UiA er det 30 min å gå, men det er gode bussforbindelser like i nærheten.

Located 50 m from the city beach in Grimstad. The apartment is located on the ground floor with a slab (concrete slabs) screened with hedges. Child friendly. 5 min walk to shopping centre and 10 min to guest harbour, boat rental and idyllic Grimstad city centre. 10 min walk to University of Agder. Nice and quiet. Room for 1 car in garage basement. Other parking facilities outside. Need a wafer in the window to park in the caravan parking lots.

In the living room there is both a seating area and a dining area. There is the possibility of inserting a cot if needed. There is access to the garden on the outside of the apartment. Access to the bathing/seafront is agreed with the host.
