The apartment was perfect. Clean, without any smell etc. The sofa and bed were clean and comfortable. you can find everything you need. There are enough kitchenware, other necessary stuff such as hair dryer, vacuum cleaner,iron ,etc. Everything was well-thought out. The host Giga was very friendly and nice person. He even allowed us to check-out later as we were with a baby and it was comfortable for us to stay at apartment before flight. The location was good - not far from sea side. However, a litle bit noizy place. But it can be easily solved with closing windows. I am fully satisfied with our stay at this apartment.

I really liked it at Maria's, - a hospitable hostess, she will easily prompt and tell you everything you need to see. A beautiful neighborhood with old courtyards, many restaurants for every taste, five minutes' walk to the beginning of the boulevard and the shore. Wherever you go, there is beauty. One of the disadvantages is that this area is currently undergoing renovation, and the streets are blocked with scaffolding here and there. But where it has already been restored, it looks very beautiful. I have very positive impressions, I will come back.

Great apartment for your stay in Batumi! All the necessary amenities, everything is clean and tidy. For Belarus, a surprise in the form of Belarusian goods stores in the same house. From the balcony you can see the sea and the mountains. Not the first coastline, but still top!

Everything is as described. We made the check-in easily. The comfort and cleanliness were good. The view is nice. Although it was festive, it was crowded, but we did not have much trouble with the elevator. To say the downsides, it's a pity that there is no parking around the huge block buildings. Street-wide cars were parked, we couldn't find parking nearby, we had to park a little far. It was difficult with the luggage. They need to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Also, it took us 2 hours to get out on the holiday. Thank you Andreye for explaining everything clearly.

My husband and I stayed at David's place for over a month. The location is very local. it's a great experience. the apt is very comfortable and the views from the balcony are spectacular. many night we were able to watch the fireworks. there is a grocery store across the street and many restaurants near by. it is an easy walk to the Black sea. Bolt taxi service is inexpensive and make it easy to get to main attractions. all major attractions are 30-50 min walk from the apt. we truly enjoyed our time here.

A newly renovated apartment with a very spacious and comfortable kitchen, comfortable beds, a good terrace to relax and enjoy the old Batumi and its charm. It is on the 4th floor with an elevator. Very good location. There is a supermarket on the building's ground floor. The apartment was very clean. Owner Lina was always on hand and willing to help if necessary.

The apartment is well-situated with convenient access to local attractions. It was clean and as described. A good choice for a stay in the area.

The accommodation was as described. It features a very spacious living room, a kitchen, and 2 large bedrooms. There is ample furniture, making it suitable for a large family to comfortably stay. The kitchen is also equipped with all the necessary amenities. The views from the windows are magnificent. The hosts are very responsive and quick to address any questions. You will also have the opportunity to sit in the courtyard and enjoy a cup of coffee with this wonderful family. The dog and cat were equally friendly. A store with a wide assortment is located 200 meters away. Overall, if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you will like it here.

We spent honeymoon together with my wife and our relatives so we chose Rene’s house for staying in Kobuleti. It was a such pleasure to be the guests of Rene.The house is situated in cozy and calm place almost on the Black Sea shore. It’s about 2 mins from house to the beach by walk. Clean bed linen, rooms etc. You can feel there as at home. Thank you Rene and to your father for hospitality ! Highly recommended!

The location is great. The place is suitable for a large group, the only disadvantage is that the toilet and kitchen are in a separate room. And the host himself was very friendly and friendly! We had a lovely chat and had a great time.

My husband and I loved our stay with Madona. She was super sweet and helpful. The space is beautiful and spacious. The space is very large and comfortable. It has everything you need for a stay in Batumi. The bathroom is spacious and the shower is great. The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud and we didn't want to get up. The apartment is so centrally located, easy to get to with lots to do around. There is also free parking on the street. Madona was also super sweet - she took care of everything to make sure we were always happy and comfortable. She also let us check out a little later than scheduled (which was helpful) It's great value for the money. Madona is very sweet. Overall, we highly recommend staying here.

The apartment was simply great – beautifully furnished, cozy and equipped with everything you need. The area is totally quiet, perfect for switching off. And yet, you can get to the center in no time by car. The hosts were incredibly friendly, warm and attentive. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with freshly prepared Turkish coffee and a delicious iced coffee - a wonderful start! Throughout our stay, they made every effort to ensure that we lacked nothing. If there were more than 5 stars, they would absolutely deserve them! We will be happy to come back.

We really enjoyed our stay over there. It’s not so far away from downtown. Kids loved to play in a yard and there is playground right in front of the house. The taxi is really cheap to go anywhere. 5 minutes to walk for food or groceries stores. Apartment is really clean and we felt like we are staying home.

Maka was very welcoming and helpful. The airbnb is spacious, confortable and is in perfect location in the center of the old town of Batumi, with tons of beautiful sights around, great cafes, restaurants, bars, and the beach. I highly recommend for your stay in Batumi

Suzana and her family are lovely people and great hosts. We were arriving in Batumi at 4:00 at night on the day before our actual booking date. Suzana on her own initiative offered us that extra night, woke up and welcomed us right in the middle of the night. And she did not even want any money for it! The apartment is renovated and clean. The beds are big and comfortable. It is located in a quiet street, surrounded with fruit trees. It is about half an hour walk from the sea, and you need a car or taxi to get to the city centre. Yet, there is no problem with parking like in the centre. It is easy and cheap to get everywhere by taxi. For those and many other reasons, I chose this location instead of overcrowded and overpriced city centre.

Lika is a great host, check-in and check-out went smoothly, also she additionally provided everything we need. The apartment has beautiful sea view and you can walk to the beach in just a minute. But on some days at night, loud music from restaurants on the beach is possible until about 1 a.m.

The apartment is ideally located. Between major hotels where there are much less people on the beach. From the door to the sea - three minutes! The apartment is clean, the furniture is new, the bed is huge with a nice mattress. The apartment itself is very spacious, the kitchen has all the necessary utensils. View from the window 10/10. We will miss the morning coffee for a long time on this balcony overlooking the sea and the mountains (yeah, you can't see them in the photo, they are to the left and very beautiful) The host got a baby crib at our request. Special thanks for that! We are very glad that we rented this apartment. The best part of our vacation!

the vacation was at the highest level. Lovely location of the apartment, in the center of Old Batumi, great atmosphere. Everything is within walking distance. I stayed with children, it was comfortable. The apartment is clean and good.

The apartment is quite satisfied. The apartment is near the construction site. There is a faucet in front of the windows to the left. If you do not check in with toilet paper, shampoo or soap. It was possible to refill for a moderate amount. Unfortunately I didn't have a shampoo, just a shower gel.

Stayed already second time in Sergios place! Its absolutely awesome and I will come again.

Apartment is very clean and in a good location. Walking distance from most attractions. Maia is super friendly and responsive and neighborhood is very friendly as well. We were a family of five and found the apartment suitable for all of our needs
