The apartment was perfect. Clean, without any smell etc. The sofa and bed were clean and comfortable. you can find everything you need. There are enough kitchenware, other necessary stuff such as hair dryer, vacuum cleaner,iron ,etc. Everything was well-thought out. The host Giga was very friendly and nice person. He even allowed us to check-out later as we were with a baby and it was comfortable for us to stay at apartment before flight. The location was good - not far from sea side. However, a litle bit noizy place. But it can be easily solved with closing windows. I am fully satisfied with our stay at this apartment.

Очень понравилось у Марии, - гостеприимная хозяйка, легко подскажет и расскажет все что надо посмотреть. Красивейший район со старыми двориками, много ресторанов на любой вкус, до начала бульвара и берега пять минут пешком. В какую сторону ни пойдешь - везде красота. Из минусов - сейчас происходит ремонт этого района, то тут то там улочки заставлены строительными лесами. Зато где уже отреставрировано - выглядит очень красиво. Остались очень положительные впечатления, еще вернусь.

Посчастливилось нам найти эту чудесную квартиру! Путешествовали двумя семьями: четверо взрослых и трое детей. Все прекрасно разместились, до моря 10мин пешком, до центра тоже прогуляться минут 15! Сама квартира очень красивая, обустроена со вкусом и душой! Большая кухня - столовая, большой балкон - вообще находка, тут мы проводили вечера! Огромная благодарность радушным хозяевам! Приедем ещё!

Отличная квартира для вашего проживания в Батуми! Все необходимые удобства, все чисто и опрятно. Для Беларусов сюрприз в виде магазинов беларуских товаров в этом же доме. С балкона видно море и горы. Не первая береговая линия, но все равно топ!

Un apartamento recién renovado con una cocina muy amplia y comoda, camas comodas, una buenas terraza para relajarte y disfrutar del viejo Batumi y su encanto. Es un 4to piso con ascensor. Muy buena ubicación. Hay un supermercado en la planta baja del edificio. El piso estaba muy limpio. La propietaria Lina siempre estuvo pendiente y dispuesta ayudar en el caso necesario.

Очень классная квартира! Находится в лучшем комплексе во всем Батуми. Море в шаговой доступности. Бассейн на территории. Сама квартира безумно уютная. Все обставлено так, будто ты находишься дома. Вкусно пахнет. Очень уютно. Хозяйка подарила бутылочку вина при заезде, что очень приятно. А также предоставила большое кол-во полотенец, в тч пляжные, что очень удобно. Также в квартире было все, что нужно для удобства: стиралка, капсулы для стирки, сушилка, бокалы для вина, чистая посуда. Все очень понравилось! Единственный минус, это наличие плесени в душе(( Видимо из-за высокой влажности. Но в остальном в квартире было безумно чисто, что редко бывает.

The apartment is well-situated with convenient access to local attractions. It was clean and as described. A good choice for a stay in the area.

The accommodation was as described. It features a very spacious living room, a kitchen, and 2 large bedrooms. There is ample furniture, making it suitable for a large family to comfortably stay. The kitchen is also equipped with all the necessary amenities. The views from the windows are magnificent. The hosts are very responsive and quick to address any questions. You will also have the opportunity to sit in the courtyard and enjoy a cup of coffee with this wonderful family. The dog and cat were equally friendly. A store with a wide assortment is located 200 meters away. Overall, if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you will like it here.

Все прошло отлично, очень добрые хозяева Встретили нас из аэропорта и помогли добраться до дома. Дома уютно, чисто, вокруг много зелени, приятный сад. Пешком можно дойти до набережной и всего нужного, рядом аэропорт. Спасибо Сюзанне и ее семье за уют и гостеприимство ❤️ Всего вам доброго

Чудесное пребывание в Шекветили! С самого начала арендодатели были чрезвычайно гостеприимными и отзывчивыми. Они были готовы ответить на все наши вопросы. Дом был чистым, уютным и просторным, с прекрасным видом на лес. Местоположение дома было идеальным - всего в нескольких минутах ходьбы от пляжа. Это тихое и спокойное место, идеально подходит для отдыха.

Местоположение жилья отличное. Жилье подходит под большую компанию, единственный минус, это, что туалет и кухня в отдельном помещении. А сам хозяин был очень дружелюбный и доброжелательный! Мы прекрасно пообщались и провели время.

We had a wonderful time in Madonas apartment. Directly in the center of Batumi, so it was easy to reach all the important spots of the city, it was still calming cozy to hang out. Next time I’m hoping to stay for more than one night :-)

We visited Batumi only for a few hours, as our main goal was to explore nature and the national parks, but we stayed at Megi’s place and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Megi was incredibly helpful and communicative from the start. The house itself is huge, spotlessly clean, and located in a peaceful area - perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Getting there was smooth thanks to Megi’s assistance. The road isn’t visible on Google Maps, but we received clear instructions and helpful photos to guide us through the last few hundred meters. When we arrived, the host was waiting for us, gave us a warm welcome, showed us around the house, and explained how everything works. We highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a quiet retreat near Batumi!

We really enjoyed our stay over there. It’s not so far away from downtown. Kids loved to play in a yard and there is playground right in front of the house. The taxi is really cheap to go anywhere. 5 minutes to walk for food or groceries stores. Apartment is really clean and we felt like we are staying home.

Maka was very welcoming and helpful. The airbnb is spacious, confortable and is in perfect location in the center of the old town of Batumi, with tons of beautiful sights around, great cafes, restaurants, bars, and the beach. I highly recommend for your stay in Batumi

Lika is a great host, check-in and check-out went smoothly, also she additionally provided everything we need. The apartment has beautiful sea view and you can walk to the beach in just a minute. But on some days at night, loud music from restaurants on the beach is possible until about 1 a.m.

Квартира расположена идеально. Между крупных отелей, где на пляже намного меньше людей. От двери до моря - три минуты! Квартира чистая, мебель новая, кровать огромная с хорошим матрасом. Сама квартира очень просторная, на кухне есть вся необходимая посуда. Вид из окна 10/10. Мы еще долго будем скучать по утреннему кофе на этом балконе с видом на море и горы (ага на фото их не видно, они левее и очень красивые) Хозяин добыл по нашей просьбе детскую кроватку. За это отдельное спасибо! Мы очень рады, что сняли именно эту квартиру. Самая удачная часть нашего отпуска!

Eleonora's apartment had a great view, a comfortable bed, and was quiet. I enjoyed my stay there and highly recommend it.

Красивый вид из окна. Внутри так же все стильно. Уютное жилье. Все необходимое для кухни и стирки есть. Белье в достаточном количестве. Единственно, подтекает душевая кабина, было бы неплохо исправить.

Stayed already second time in Sergios place! Its absolutely awesome and I will come again.

Apartment is very clean and in a good location. Walking distance from most attractions. Maia is super friendly and responsive and neighborhood is very friendly as well. We were a family of five and found the apartment suitable for all of our needs
