Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Grez-Doiceau

After 8 years on Airbnb, this is my first long review. The window was broken, and due to strong wind I caught a bad flu that I’m still recovering from. The host was very rude. I stayed two nights, and on the last night I asked for the WiFi password—he replied by demanding to know when I was leaving and insisted on checkout by 11 a.m. I had planned everything assuming I could stay until 2 p.m., and politely asked if that was possible. He responded aggressively, threatened to report me to Airbnb, and falsely claimed he let me check in early (I arrived at 3 p.m., on time). I left by 10:30 a.m. regardless. I’ve stayed in many countries through Airbnb and never encountered this level of disrespect. I’m not writing this to hurt his business, but to encourage a little more politeness and professionalism in how guests are treated.

Lovely apartment in the pedestrian area. Directly above an organic bakery with a great breakfast. We enjoyed the beautiful days.

Everything is as described and photographed. Very cozy apartment. Close to the park, and you can get to the attractions by subway and on foot ;). Sarah described everything beautifully in the guide: what to see, what restaurants to visit. I consider the stay to be very successful 😊

We were meeting my son in Waterloo, so this place was in a great location for us. Everything was fine in this apartment big enough for two people, a grocery store nearby as well as a few restaurants within walking distance are available. The only thing we liked a little less was the bed that was pretty soft. Otherwise, nothing to repeat.

NIce, spacious apartment with great lighting options and warm interior. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom (on the lower level of the apt) was spacious. Neighborhood is quiet while also having good access to trams, restaurants, and multiple supermarkets. Highly recommend!

Very nice, quiet and charming area. We had all the desired amenities and we were well settled. The bed was very comfortable and we slept very well. We would have liked fewer steps to climb hahaha but phew! We made it. There was a small problem with parking but Géraldine had other options and we were able to park 10 minutes' walk away, which was very reasonable. In short! We had a great stay at Géraldine's, I recommend this accommodation 😊

We stayed at Anne's farm for a weekend. What a nice communication in advance, we got quick answers to all questions. Anne was also a committed host during the stay. The rooms were stylish and neatly decorated with an eye for small details around dogs and children. Lots of room to play and fun activities. Everyone immediately received a lot of positive energy from it. All in all, a very nice weekend in which we really enjoyed ourselves together!

Great stay in a beautiful setting!

Filip's place is really highly recommended, the house is a dream and the amenities are really great. You will find everything you need. The location is also really nice, you can explore many cities in the area or you can explore the beautiful surroundings by bike. We will be happy to come back, thank you so much for the nice time :)

It is very close to the airport and very convenient to go to the airport. We stay here every time we travel from China to Europe or leave from Europe. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. It is very convenient and the room is comfortable.Totally recommend it.

Had a brilliant time here, beautiful house and garden. Swimming pool & hot tub were a great addition. Perfect break for the two of us and Frédéric was the perfect host. Would highly recommend!

Our 4-day family weekend was awesome! Atypical accommodation, spacious, warm, all of which we like 🥰 a terrace to enjoy the beautiful weather and a trampoline and swing that our daughter loved🤗. We had a wonderful stay at Kaat´s place!! It was wonderfully located and had everything that we needed. You could walk into the city, but there is also a bus stop nearby. It was wonderful to have the outside space as well. The stairs going up to the top bedroom are steep, just for information if anyone has a hard time with stairs. But the main bedroom is right across from the bathroom. Kaat was available for questions that we had. Would love to go back when we are in Leuven again!!

Olivier was helpful and responsive, and it was a great place to stay for a few days. The bathroom and elevator up were admittedly a bit tight, but it was enough space to maneuver with just the two of us. This location is located very close to Merode station which was handy to get around. It can be a bit loud if there are concerts in the nearby park (as was the case for our stay), but they ended well before midnight so it was not a major problem. Definitely recommended if you can book this AirBnB!

Large,clean and modern apartment. Easy walking distance to attractions, shopping and restaurants. Building access was easy with a large elevator and electric key codes. It was a good fit for 4 of us and had a full size fridge for food stuffs.

I had a great stay! The location was perfect—walkable to everything I needed and easy to get around. The host was very communicative and helpful throughout the stay, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The place was clean, comfortable, and just as described. I would definitely stay here again!

This was our second stay at Lieve's place during the past few months because of the exceptional accommodations, location, and excellent hospitality. Lieve's Airbnb continues to be one of the best, if not THE best, place we have stayed at in many years at Airbnbs. The place is immaculately clean, has all the comforts of home, and is within easy walking distance to many restaurants and all the great places you may want to see. Best of all, you will experience Lieve's warm hospitality. During both stays, she greeted us upon our arrival with a warm smile and a box of excellent Belgian chocolate, which we enjoyed immensely. She provided complete instructions for everything in the apartment. She was responsive to any requests we had during our stay. She even arranged for a taxi to take us to the train station for our departure. You will be hard pressed to find a better place than this Airbnb in Brussels. We are already planning on returning and staying at Lieve's place.

Stayed at Yves' place in Hasselt a while ago. Very nice appartement with a beautiful view of a small park right in the centre of Hasselt. Yves was very responsive and gave us some extra recommendations. Overall a really great experience and I would definitly book this place again if I revisit Hasselt!
