Beautiful home with everything you need for a good time. The couches were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils. Outdoor amenities has patio furniture with plenty of seating. The firepit was easily accessible, and the hot tub was a great addition. All the bathrooms were clean and had everything as listed. The host was very responsive, and provided us with clear instructions promptly before check in and prior to check out. Overall, our party had a fantastic time, will stay again!

Had a great few days away for my husband's birthday! Emily's place was exactly as described and was very cozy. Hot tub and a fenced backyard for our puppy was a great bonus!

This cottage was great! We appreciated the super well-equipped kitchen, as well as all of the items available for kids. It was a relaxing week with great views of the lake from the cottage, hot tub, and fire pit. Very thankful they were able to accommodate us on short notice and will happily try and come back again!

Anastasia was so helpful and I felt as though she really cared. I extended my stay and she was so supportive and kind. The house is a beautiful heritage home with so much charm. The drive in to the house takes you into a fairy tale. I really felt at peace the 2 days I was there. The host so graciously had all the spices we would need while cooking and an amazing piano and ukulele to make music. The house truly makes you feel like you are one with nature. I will be booking again because 2 days was not enough. It’s a cozy place to enjoy the weekend with your loved ones. I enjoyed seeing ontario through this stay. Thanks A💕

The only thing better than this stay, were the hosts. Absolutely fantastic experience and we felt very at home. Many trails for our dogs to enjoy and for the human enjoyment, comfy beds, lots of seating, and a fire pit. The property is meticulously kept and a must see. We will definitely be going back!

We had a great time at Brian's place! The amenities were excellent and the lake was gorgeous, especially at sunrise and sunset. If you walk out a bit at night you can also get a great view of the stars. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and we really appreciated being able to buy propane and wood at the shop. The bathroom was also really clean and it was nice that there was hot water.

Great place! Very cozy. It is obviously a place they cherish and go to on a regular basis. Nice attention to details and to guests' well being. Loved it.

This cabin rental is beautiful. The river is so peaceful sounding and you have everything you need to relax and enjoy a quick little get away. We stayed as guests for a wedding near by and it accommodated me as a single well in the smaller cabin and my friend and her baby in the larger cabin. This was an excellent find! Scott was communicative and professional and everything was easy.

We stayed at Riverwood Retreat for a quick overnight getaway and it was absolutely perfect. The cottage is beautifully designed—modern yet cozy, with thoughtful touches throughout. We especially loved the wood-burning fireplace and walking down to the river. It felt like a true escape into nature. The bed was super comfortable, everything was spotless, and the check-in was seamless. Highly recommend for a quiet, romantic retreat!

Tracey’s place exceeded all expectations! The cottage was absolutely perfect. Cozy, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully equipped. The kitchen was impressively well stocked, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the outdoor space was simply amazing. This charming cabin had everything we needed and matched the listing description perfectly. Plus, the location couldn’t have been better. just a short 5 minute walk to the public beach. We can’t recommend it highly enough!

What a place! Highly recommended stay. We're stuck in cities due to work but love nature and lack the ability to own a cottage, so places like these give us the dose of nature we need to get through it all...lol This is a cozy little cabin with comforts of a Ritz...toilet with water, heat with thermostat, a sink, WiFi, pull out couch to watch anything on a projector...and did I mention the amazing firepit with stargazing tree cut-out of a pine tree forest...and 2 GREAT hammocks. You wake up to a sunset over a green field while hearing the robins (we also saw some cows and a deer!) The local town and shops are fun to go to as well....trails are also GREAT - especially Inglis falls. I highly highly recommend this place to anyone. Matthew and Meg answered all questions promptly and efficiently A+ experience ALL AROUND. Cant wait to go back. Thanks!

Our party of 9 (4 adults, 4 children and an infant) had a lovely winter stay at Meredith’s cabin. It’s beautifully decorated, super cozy with the wood burning fire and very spacious. The large basket of clean bath towels was a little luxury. Meredith had some thoughtful touches like valentines chocolates, hot chocolate and marshmallows out for us upon arrival. Our kids had a blast playing around the property in the snow, and the view is so peaceful. We hope to return again soon!

Luz was an amazing host. She was extremely responsive and friendly. Her and her husband greeted us at checkin and even helped us bring our belongings to the cabin. They own a beautiful property with beautiful animals. The cabin is a short walk from her house, making it private, and offered beautiful views. The cabin was so sweet and cozy — it looks exactly like the photos. The host offers firewood, water, colouring books, cards, puzzles and more, as well as cooking utensils! There was everything we needed making our weekend getaway a great one. The views were beautiful this time of year as well. Would definitely recommend. Thanks for having us!

It was a charming place. Perfect for anyone spending time with people who belong to Beaver Valley Ski Club. A very homey and cozy chalet. Its setting is lovely. Beds were comfortable, lots of warm throws, well equipped for cooking, beautiful big dining table. A great Airbnb!

We had a lovely winter weekend getaway and James’ place was a exactly what we needed. The cottage is cute and cozy, and is tucked away on a quiet road. We will definitely be back! James is super responsive and provided some great local recommendations.

Alison's place is so great. We booked it to host a family reunion after the loss of a family member. It was such a special time and there was room for multiple things happening at once. Some people playing cards, others conversing in the sun room, others down by the river with little kids splashing in the shallow flow. It was a perfect and laid back setting. Rustic enough that you don't need to worry with young kids, but cozy enough that it felt like a home away from home. Just what we needed. Thank you :)

It was a very short stay at this property but we had an exceptional experience staying near the nature. We would love to return if visiting this area again. We knew that the room is small, amenities are basic but loved to experience this difference. Everything was as per description. We brought our ready-to-eat food and cooler for the short stay (recommended) as there is no separate kitchen, you can BBQ outside the house though. the area is very quiet and going out for a short drive around is a good experience.
