Rent our small cozy house of 110 sqm with garden and small older sunny southwest facing terrace. Two bedrooms, one very large (we call it the "suite" :) ) + one smaller, possibility of extra bed. Large bathroom from 2023 with two showers and sinks. Clever electric charger. The house is 5 min walking distance from the beach, 3 min walking distance from Karlslunde St - S-train to Copenhagen (25 min) + Køge (15 min). Unfortunately, due to allergies, pets are not welcome. Due to safety, the house is not suitable for smaller children.

Apartment in a rural setting

Relax in this unique and tranquil home nestled in a beautiful rural setting, with views out over horse folds and fields. The apartment is suitable for 2 adults and possibly two children. There is a double bed, a sofa bed as well as an extra sofa in the apartment. The apartment is on the 1st floor. Kitchen and bath are on the ground floor. Shopping and the beach are 4 km away. Scenic walks are available right outside the door The apartment is located on an agricultural property where there are horses, dogs, chickens, etc.

In the apartment there is room for 4 guests and the possibility of an extra bed. There is coffee/tea for free use and if you need to do laundry it is possible. There are always clean linens and towels for use. The apartment is equipped with everything in service and kitchen equipment. The apartment is right on the highway exit. It is located in an industrial neighborhood but close to the lake. The apartment is not accessible friendly as you are going up to the 2nd floor, take the apartment and there is no elevator!!!!

New Modern House by Sandy Beach

We have designed and built this modern house, By Greve Beach - only 20 min from the center of Copenhagen. The heart of the house is the spacious kitchen and the designer staircase. Down stairs there is also a cosy tv-room, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, at back entrance with washing facilities and a single toilet by the main entrance. Upstairs is the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, incl. a tub. The really nice, shallow and sandy beach is just down the road.

I nederste etage er et soveværelse, et bryggers og et badeværelse med dobbeltbrus, badekar, sauna og direkte udgang til terrasse i haven. På 1. Sal findes køkken og spisestue, på 2. Sal tv stue og kontorplads, og soveværelse på 3. Sal med fantastisk udsigt. Møllen ligger 30 minutters kørsel fra København

Der er IKKE køkken, men der er - microovn - airfryer - trykkoger til te og kaffe - Nespresso maskine - køleskab - kulgrill - EL grill. 64 kvm, egen indgang, ugenert terrasse på 36 kvm hvor solen kan nydes. 2 x dobbeltseng 160 x 200. NB: SENGELINNED: Pude, dynebetræk og håndklæder skal I selv medbringe. Kan dog bestilles særskilt for 20 euro pr. person. Vi lægger nyvaskede lagener på til jer. VELKOMMEN

Central apartment in quiet surroundings

Private ground floor apartment close to public transport and beach. There is coffee/tea for free use and always clean bed linen and towels. The apartment is bright and spacious and is located in green surroundings 450 meters from Hundige station and a short walk from the water. From Hundige station you can take the E-train and be in Copenhagen in 20 min. There is free parking. Please note my cat will not be home during your stay.

Belling in the idyllic Greve village. The house is 87 sqm. The bedroom is furnished with a continental bed for extra comfort and with blackout roller blinds. There is a smaller kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge/freezer and service. In the bathroom there is a very large shower cubicle as well as a nice bathtub. There is lightning fast internet. Minimum age of guests 25 years of age. No children, smokers or animals.
