The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

The wooden pond district is located in a quiet residential area to the adjacent museum yard and the museum harbor. There are restaurants and bars on the waterfront within walking distance. Further via a pedestrian bridge, the historic city center can be reached in a few minutes' walk with the market square and all the various shopping, doctor's offices and other daily needs offers. Bicycles can be parked on the property. Shopping is within walking distance. The city center with many historical sights, the fishing village of Wieck as well as the beach and the ruins of the Eldena Monastery are easily accessible by public transport or by bicycle.

Peace and relaxation for a small family not far from the Greifswalder Bodden. Cozy house with 80 square meters of living space in the middle of a natural garden in the idyllic village of Hanshagen, not far from the small Baltic Sea resort Lubmin halfway between the islands of Rügen and Usedom near Greifswald. Hanshagen is located in an extensive forest area and invites you to hikes, walks, bike rides, blueberry and mushroom picking.

It is only a 10-minute walk from the houses to the Pensin water hiking rest area and the small beach on the Peene. You can take day trips to the Baltic Sea or to the lake district with Lake Kummerow or the Müritz. The Peene offers the opportunity for water hiking all the way to the Baltic Sea.

The terrace to the rear courtyard is accessible via the bedroom and you can enjoy the evening sun there. There is a bakery in the house. Downtown, train station and supermarket are within walking distance.

We have a lovingly furnished mobile home for you. The whole mobile home is about 47 square meters with an adjoining large terrace with seating furniture and a parasol. The mobile home is located on an approx. 1000 sqm property surrounded by greenery. The entire property is fenced and has 1 parking space. It is located in a traffic-calmed zone, right on the Baltic Sea Coastal Cycle Route.
