Cabin with access to 14 foot boat

Original and nice cabin in a very lovely area of Grimstad. Sun until late evening. Access to both boat and kajakk in the harbor, only 200 meters away. (the boat is 14 feet with 6 hk engine). The garden is charming with different seats, grill and fireplaces. It is also possible to rent during winter. There is a heatpump and electric ovens and heating cables at the bathroom. We take 250 extra in payment for electrisity during winter season. Tenants must bring linen and towels.

Liten hybel i et rolig område nær Grimstad sentrum. Ett soverom med dobbeltseng (150 cm), samt sovesofa med plass til én til (gi beskjed på forhånd om dette er aktuelt). Badet, med dusj, har tilkomst fra soverommet. Liten kjøkkenkrok med kjøleskap, vannkoker og mikrobølgeovn (ikke stekeovn/kokeplate). Parkering rett utenfor hybelen. Det tar 10 minutter å gå og 2 minutter å kjøre til Grimstad sentrum. Til UiA er det 30 min å gå, men det er gode bussforbindelser like i nærheten.

Perfect spot for a small family or alone by the sea. The boathouse is from the 70s and is traditionally built. Here you can enjoy the sea view, take a bath or lie in the sun. The boat house is simply furnished with all you need of kitchenware, dishes towels and dusting cloths. In addition, there is toilet paper.
