Home away from home

Located less than 2 miles from the Appleton airport, and 32 miles from Lambeau, this executive home sits on a quiet cul de sac. There are 3 bedrooms on the main floor, two with queen sized beds and there is a bathroom in between them. The master suite sits on the opposite end of the house. In the basement is a rec room and a 4th bedroom and 1/2 bath. There’s a beautiful yard and deck and big fire pit. A great place to stay for EAA or Packers games (take a shuttle bus for about $30 each).

We are 20 minutes to Appleton and Oshkosh and about 50 minutes to Green Bay. We are also 7 miles from downtown Fremont and the Wolf River known for it's fishing and boating activities.

This living space is in the lower level of our ranch home, which is located in a lovely and safe neighborhood. The furnishings in this area are mostly antique pieces that came from special family members. You may also use the screen porch and patio for relaxing in the spring/summer. You will have a private entrance through the garage so you can come and go as you like. The kitchen is furnished so you may cook. There are also many restaurants close by. Ask us if you need anything!

Our family enjoyed staying at Mary's place. The place was clean, had easy instructions, the host was quick to respond with any questions. The beds/pillows were very comfortable and had great accommodations! We would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Phillip was great right from the start when I first looked into staying in Neenah. The house is a quaint little 2 bedroom all refinished beautifully. The beds and linens are beyond comfortable, I've never stayed anywhere where I slept so well because of how cozy the bedding was! I'm going to miss the duvet and wish I knew where he purchased it so I could buy one for my home. The house was neat, and had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable. We two seniors with our grandchildren came to attend EAA AirVenture, my 11 years young granddaughter selected this place from pictures, and was she right? The place is beautifully located in a very quiet neighborhood of Clayton. Excellent landscape, single level house with 3 rooms, 2 baths and large living and well stocked kitchen. She had even kept milk in the fridge and lots of chilled water bottles. Rooms, furniture, fixers, beds, bathrooms all are world class. The place is just 30 minutes drive North of Oshkosh, so no maddening crowds or constant aircraft thunders. Very near to beautiful town of Neenah, with excellent restaurants, beautiful glass museum, kayaking. Highly recommended

Host kindly accommodated us with some miscommunication in the booking process. Accommodations were accurately described. Could have elaborated on the incredible opportunity to kayak in a largely undeveloped river backwater system. Caught a meal of walleyes off the dock while watching eagles, egrets and lots of other birds. Host provided an anniversary treat for us which was appreciated. We will look to do this again when the opportunity presents.
