Mansion holiday rentals in Greensboro

We loved staying at Artopia Retreat for our son's graduation from Elon University. The house was beautiful and spacious, with hardwood floors and great artwork in all the rooms created by a local artist. We had 3 generations of family members (8 people total) who enjoyed the layout of the home with comfortable beds for all, great backyard, excellent kitchen stocked with everything we needed plus dining room and plenty of bathrooms. It's great to have a bedroom/bathroom on the first floor for grandparents with mobility issues. There is a Harris-Teeter, Starbuck's, Panera Bread and other restaurants just around the corner (about a mile) from the house; we did not discover these until the last day of our stay. We will definitely consider staying here again and possibly rent the basement as well to include more family members.

The house fit our group perfectly. It is a true AirBNB, meaning it is clean and ready for guests, not filled with personal effects like other rentals can sometimes be. The neighborhood is safe, peaceful and convenient to GSO and local restaurants (Try the Oyster Bar!). The hosts were efficient and responsive. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

the place was beautiful and felt like home. it was free of clutter and for a person with 3 boys under 5 that was a blessing. the beds were very comfortable and the house had everything you needed, down to kids life jackets for the canoes. we were busy with a wedding all weekend so we did not get to take advantage of the peace of walking around the farm but I highly recommend Brides check this place out as a possible venue. the hosts were so polite. My 2 year old got marker on one of the couches and I did not realize it in all the chaos of the weekend, it came clean but the hosts had every right to be angry with us about this and charge me addiiontal money, but they were so very gracious. I highly recommend this place and will be referring all my fellow associates in the wedding planning world to promote this gem!

No complaints at all about this place. The house matches the description so it's a very new and clean house in a lovely, quiet location. Very easy to check-in and communicate with the owners.

Relaxing backporch and yard! Master bathroom tub was AMAZING! Location was awesome, great restaurant and shopping.

Shelley's place was great! It was really clean, modern, and peaceful. We had a group of 3 adults and it was much cheaper than getting three hotel rooms for the weekend.

Our family was in Gboro for a b-day celebration (Mom’s 90th!). The home was clean, comfortable and relaxing. We loved the variety of things to do from the jacuzzi to playing pool. We would definitely stay here again, thank you.

I’m so glad I chose to stay at Stacia’s place! The home was beautifully furnished and incredibly comfortable. The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare meals, and each bedroom was equipped with its own TV, ceiling fan, and a cozy bed. The check-in and check-out instructions were very clear, making the entire process seamless. Most importantly, Stacia was the most responsive host I’ve ever had! The space in this house is amazing. We would definitely rent it again. We could not get every burner to work on the stove and because of the area we were amongst, cobb webs & spiders. I’m not sure how often the house is used and if that’s a factor.

Liz was very responsive. Checked in on us the morning after we arrived. House is clean with updated features. We had 10 people there comfortably. Can’t say enough good things.

The house was spacious, beautiful, and clean. The living room couch was super comfortable and provided room for everyone. We loved have Roku in basically every room/bedroom, made life easier with the kids. The beds were very comfortable with lots of pillows. My only recommendation would be to add some more throw blankets as most of the house runs cold. The room above the garage that has 2 beds runs a little warm though and those blankets were the best, so soft and comfortable. The outdoor space was beautiful. The deck is huge and great for hanging out on, the in ground pool was clean and pretty and the hot tub was great! We ran into an issue with the pool heater and Jeremy was incredibly understanding and responsive. Another bonus is the backyard is completely fenced in. All around it was a perfect space for 2 families of 4 to vacation!

We came for my daughter’s graduation at Wake Forest. We would have preferred to stay in Winston-Salem, but there was nothing available. This AirBnB is about 1/2hr from campus, so not too bad. There are a lot of chain restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The house itself is very roomy. The kitchen is well stocked with almost every small appliance, pots/pans, baking sheets you can think of. The Master bedroom on the first floor was huge. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs, but only 1 full bath, which we felt there should be a second bathroom upstairs. The upstairs loft was huge, and the 4 recliners were very comfy. The neighborhood is residential, and we saw a lot of families when we went for a stroll. It was more fun and economical to be together in the AirBnB versus multiple hotel rooms for multiple days. We didn’t explore High Point, so can’t say if there are any interesting attractions nearby. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here!

We were there in early spring so could not take advantage of all of the amenities. I am not sure the mini basketball court is mentioned in the description. So cute! My husband loved the firepit and grilled chicken one night. House is in an established neighborhood.

INVITING!! This home was absolutely beautiful. There were so many unique touches that sparked conversation and made the experience memorable. YES! I’m holding back but it’s a lot of stunning conversational pieces. My daughter graduated from NC A&T and Ms.Ryan was amazing, kind, responsive, super friendly and so welcoming. She went the extra mile to accommodate my guest for a dinner party. She even had the tablecloth with the school colors laid out. Which made it extra special. This was my 1st time using Airbnb and OMG!! Ms. Ryan I couldn’t have asked for a better host. From the bottom of my heart I Appreciate everything you have done. Thank you. I Highly Recommend!!
