Mile from Historic downtown Gilbert with food, bars and entertainment. Located two miles from Banner Gateway Hospital. We are just off the U.S. 60 and Val Vista road. Severe pet allergy! Our beautiful single level open concept home makes gatherings functional and comfortable. 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 2 living room areas, 2 dining areas and a large kitchen make for plenty of room to spread out. The back yard has a fully covered patio with fenced pool, BBQ area and outdoor fireplace. Across the street is a park for the little ones. Enjoy some friendly competition on the table shuffleboard, game console with 50k+ preloaded games, or a round of golf at the neighborhood course.
