We had an amazing stay at Todd and Erin's place! It was much better than the pictures and description. The view is absolutely outstanding. A great neighborhood with super friendly people and the community pool and hot tub were a great bonus. Can not say enough good things about this place. Thank you so much for having us!

We have stayed in close to 20 Airbnb’s and I have to say that this was the cleanest one we have ever stayed in. The place was absolutely spotless. Besides that the decor was on point and we had everything we needed and more!! Great location for visiting Arches and Canyonlands.

Our stay at this Airbnb was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully prepared everything was. Justin went above and beyond with getting us there and in the home. The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to see, yet tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet at the end of the day. This place exceeded our expectations in every way. If you're looking for a comfortable, well-maintained, and memorable place to stay, look no further. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality getaway experience!

Awesome house that could host a big group! Two large sets of couches, nice backyard with huge hot tub. And it’s also walking distance (a little bit of a walk) to Main Street where you’ll find everything you need. And close a little trail to walk your dog down to the river and a locals BMX bike course. Perfect house for a Moab gateway with friends and family.

We LOVED Lulus place! Communication was excellent. Home was clean with everything you could need, especially in the kitchen. Beds were comfy. Home was very clean. The neighbourhood is quiet and beautiful. It was great to have pool access and a large garage to store our dirt bikes and equipment. Nice patio in the back yard. There were 5 of us total and there was more than enough space. Only a short 5 minute drive to downtown! We will 100% stay here again! Thanks again Lulu!!

Perfect location. Near restaurants, national and state parks. Keith and Cindy's place is beautifully decorated and comes with all the amenities. Their home is comfortable and spacious. Would definitely stay here again if I return to Moab.

Neil was spot on about his rental!!! It was beautiful and a great location. Our family would stay again Neil was always helpful and kept us update on everything. Neil Thank you for everything!!

The views from the front and back of the property are fantastic. Everything is great, the only minor quibble I had was the harsh smelling chemicals used to clean the kitchen floors, not very friendly to people with allergies; had to air the living room area for half a day for the smell to dissipate.

To say this place is stunning would be selling it short. it is easily the best place to stay in Moab. Jeff was an excellent host who was responsive, kind, and very welcoming. I cannot wait to stay here again.

Absolutely loved our stay at Shelley’s place. I’m pretty sure I want to build a home just like it. It was a perfect private location with so much to do just out the back door. We will definitely make this a regular location for us as we visit Moab. Shelley even left us a nice snack of fresh salmon and salmon pate one evening after returning from a hike. Can’t say enough about how great the location was.

This was such a great place to stay! This space was very comfortable! With lots of amenities in case we forgot anything. There were clear instructions on how everything worked. I was traveling with dogs. This home made that easy. They had dog beds, food dishes, doggy bags, kennels, and treats! For the humans, it was lovely and relaxing! The backyard patio was perfect for grilling and eating. The hot tub was lovely! I felt right at home! Thank you

Such a unique and amazing place to stay! Everything was exceptionally clean and tidy, and having a private bathroom next to the dome was perfect. It was easy to find as you can see the domes from the main road. Would definitely stay again.

loved the location; centrally located & accessible to hwy to easily access needles & natural bridges & arches, dead horse SP, & island in the sky plus other trails & scenic drives & local grocery store. great value for 8 people. (3 bathrooms/2 showers & washing machine etc); off street PKG for 2 vehicles; liked family space layout, ping pong was fun, quiet neighborhood; we had an issue with the door lock and Patrick responded immediately and it was fixed super fast

Loved it!

We got married at a venue nearby and we are SO happy we stayed here. It was spotless, roomy, and there are so many windows that let natural light in (which we love), with a stunning view in the background. Super easy and quick drive to the downtown area but still far enough away where it’s away from the commotion. 10/10 recommend staying here. I hope other guests take care of this place when they stay because it was absolutely perfect for our stay. Shawn also was very responsive when we needed anything. Plus he was flexible with the checkout. Thank you Shawn!!

Wonderful place for family to gather that hasn’t seen each other in a long time!! After playing all day we had a perfect spot to cook together and play games together!! It was truly set up to feel like home!!

Me, my husband, & our friend really fell in love with Kristine's house. We came here to go bouldering at Joe's Valley for a few days & it was a great location for that + near grocery stores & other shops. Very peaceful area. We enjoyed eating & hanging out outside the patio area. Kristine responded at a timely manner to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Sally's house was lovely, very well appointed and equipped. Very clean. The beds were comfortable, and it was located in a very quiet street. We did feel the photos were a bit misleading with the kitchen/living room space, a lot smaller than what we were expecting, and the upstairs bathroom is a jack and jill so not ideal for sharing with another couple. The second bathroom is downstairs so was a bit of a trek in the night.

Lovely home, great for a family and exploring Moab! Peaceful and quiet neighborhood was perfect to relax at after a busy day of hiking at Arches and Canyonlands. Host was very responsive. The adventure guidebook was fantastic, so many excellent recommendations and information!

The house is a great basecamp for all the area has to offer. About 20 minutes to The Arches gate, about 55 minutes to the Canyonlands gate at islands in the sky. Just a few minutes to downtown Moab. The pool was great, the kids loved the slide and the house was incredibly clean. The neighborhood seems newer and there are several homes under construction but not noisy with work when we were there. One note, the larger master bedroom and the kids bedroom get very hot in the morning in the summer when the sun hits then. Make sure the blackout shades are down.
