5 Stars – Wonderful Stay! Yuriy was a fantastic host—very attentive and quick to respond to any questions I had, which made our stay smooth and enjoyable. The home was extremely clean, comfortable, and felt just like home from the moment we arrived. My family and I especially loved the pool—it was a highlight of our trip! We had a great time and will definitely be booking this rental again for future visits to Jacksonville. Highly recommend!

We truly enjoyed Andrew’s place. It looked exactly like the photos. He was such a great host. Any questions or concerns we had, he would respond right away. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway, Andrew’s place is what you are looking for! The scenery was beautiful and the pool was a great bonus for the little ones! We tried fishing but didn’t catch much of anything. Hopefully better luck next time but we will definitely be back again!

Great stay in a quiet neighborhood with a screened-in pool, hammocks, and plenty of space! The kitchen had real pots and pans, the Roku TVs kept everyone entertained, and the host was super responsive. The main bathroom shower had the pressure of a pressure washer — exfoliating and terrifying — an adjustable head would be nice. TV in the primary bedroom wasn’t in a great spot, and the hot tub/jetted tub were MIA or just mysterious. Grill looked like it had seen one too many BBQs, and the outdoor trash bins were full when we arrived. Could use more spoons, an oven mitt, and small kitchen staples (foil, wrap, cooking spray, pizza pan). Despite the quirks, we had a great time and would definitely come back — next time with spoons and a helmet for the shower.

Had a great time at The White House. Was in Green Cove Springs for a graduation. The house easily held 4 families, all from out of town. The spacious patio was perfect for the kids to play/adults to relax. The host, Albert, was easy to communicate with both prior to and during our stay. 10/10 recommendation staying here. Can’t wait to go back

Really beautiful memorable stay

We loved staying here and will for sure be back. Our little house was so perfect. It is in a great area with tons to do all around. Allison and Jay's home provided a guidebook to help show what to do and what there is around which helped tremendously!

There is a painstaking attention to detail in this homey hideaway. The turquoise -- from the shower mat to the Keurig -- are surprisingly cheery and not overdone! The privacy and location are unparalleled ; anything I could possibly need is here. Thank you for a restful haven while I explore this piece of the Florida coast. Betsy Dunlevy, Goshen, NY

My wife and I really enjoyed staying here. The kitchen was a bit sparse but exactly what we needed to make some meals at home. The pool was great and the grill super useful. Great all around and close enough to everything!

Thank You So Much Edward and Glenna, because we really really enjoyed it. We felt like we were home and they were super super friendly. They were really amazing. They greeted us really well once we got there and they were showing us the map to go around the area and the neighborhood they were really respectful. They always greet us in the morning in the afternoon. It was an amazing place and I really really recommended to everyone who wants to travel to Saint Augustine. It’s really worth it. Everything’s walkable distance and they were polite. I will definitely come back with my friend. We enjoyed it. It was really peaceful. They’re really quiet and they were just really amazing. What an amazing stay! Everything was just as described and more. My girls really enjoyed the space and the pool. Place was clean and comfortable. Nakita was very responsive and friendly. I would definitely stay here again!

Ashley’s place was great! It was conveniently located near a Walmart, gas stations, and the highway. The amenities were exactly as described. The pool area and gym were clean, well maintained, and peaceful to use. The apartment itself was spotless. Ashley was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this location to others.

We loved the location, the decor, the available extras! ( like games, towels and bathroom extras) she communicated very well and was super helpful. Just to make you aware there is a business below the loft so you are above them. The stay was great and the private parking space in the back was helpful!

We very much enjoyed our stay! The condo was amazing. The pools were very clean and peaceful. Our host was very responsive and kind. The walk to the beach wasn’t that bad at all! I loved the security features and felt safe with my daughters. I would recommend this condo to friends, and would stay here again.

This location had exactly what my husband and I were looking for. Gorgeous views from the location and beach front access made all the difference during the day. Stress free weekend and comfy cozy atmosphere. We were 5 min from really cute local restaurants and grocery store. Probably 20 min from dt but honestly we felt little need to venture out once we arrived here. Great place to unwind and unplug. We cannot wait to come back again!

Perfect location to beach and walkable to restaurants and coffee shops. Loved having beach chairs, beach mats & umbrella available. We also appreciated the 2 ceiling fans. Everything was very clean and spacious.

Very cute clean, used the bikes…came in for a perfect beach ride or community ride. I absolutely would like to go back and recommend a stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Jordan's place. The place was comfortable, clean, quiet and had lots to do within walking distance. We will definitely be looking this place up next time we are in the area.
