Holiday rentals with a patio in Green County

The rental is almost the entire basement, with kitchen and sitting area in one room and a bedroom in the other. Being a basement, it’s pretty damp. The outside gardens are beautiful, and the sitting area was peaceful.

the place is absolutely gorgeous and well talented care of. it's about 50 min from Galena and other surrounding territories, but South Wayne it's self is very quiet and not much to do.

We were so excited to find Cynthia’s place! Our family gets together yearly for Christmas in June and we we’re lucky enough to find Cynthia’s place last minute! It was perfect for what we needed! A space for our 12 year old and dog friendly! Really loved that she provided a small pack of water! That was a nice touch! Thank you! We will be back!

We stayed at Bees on Main as a sort of restful mom retreat before our friend has her third child. It was perfect. Truly, Laura thought through all of the details with intention and put together a space that you want to spend time in. A space that goes beyond just a tidy place to crash. Coming from Denver but hailing originally from a small town in MN I was surprisingly delighted with Stoughton and it's smalltown charms. Wildwood coffee, which was just steps from the airbnb was a place we were excited to visit multiple times during our weekend stay. It is a charming and has excellent food and coffee. The thoughtfulness and quality of Bees on Main and Wildwood alone could have sustained our trip, but we also were pleasantly surprised by the farmers market and other sweet shops all on the same road! Between time in Madison and Stoughton, our little retreat was a great success. Thank you Laura for going above and beyond in creating Bees on Main! It is truly a honey of a place :)

Spacious. Great location.

I loved the comfortable bed and all the amenities of the kitchen. I wanted to bake and needed a home that had an oven, price very reasonable as close to what I would have paid for hotel but with more space. Realized after I started cooking that the previous occupant had taken pots and pans. Host had new ones purchased and brought over quickly so I didn’t have to leave to get some. Very responsive and checked in with me daily. I will try to use again as I travel to this area monthly for work and it met all of my needs.

Worth the rate, wonderful place, not the best neighborhood but you get what you pay for. Had a great stay. It was an amazing apartment. WiFi was good. Kitchenette was great. Really enjoyed the stay.

Only stayed for a night for a wedding and we were so sad we didn’t come the night before too because of how nice the apartment was and location. Very peaceful area. 30 minutes to Madison. So clean and comfortable! Comfortable bed and lots of blankets if needed. Loved that it was dog friendly, you would never be able to tell other dogs have been there due to the cleanliness. Highly recommend! P.s. do yourself a favor and go to the coffee shop across the street and get their egg and sausage sandwich. AMAZING!

Michelle is a great host. Very communicative and helpful. We loved the snacks Michelle so kindly had ready for our family when we arrived! Paoli place is cozy with comfortable mattresses. With a peaceful view of the backyard we were able to watch various birds, squirrels and even a deer right from the kitchen window. Great walking trail nearby and close to a grocery store, coffee shop and cafes.

We really felt at home and relaxed here. Very quiet neighborhood. We will definitely stay here again.

What a great stay for my wedding day to get ready with my bridal party! It was clean, lots of room to get ready, the perfect amount of beds! We had a great time!

I’m Glad I found their house. It was well furnished, peaceful, and I love the glass walls. Perfect place for a family of 6.

Owner is excellent with communication. Had zero issues with place and will book again. Place is an older home but spotless! I live within an hour but had some fellows Bmx racers come in from the west coast and wanted to stay closer to the track. It was 15 minutes away and super safe and quiet neighborhood. Neighbors were super friendly and probably appreciated the fact we were barely there. Very close to food grocery etc. an absolute perfect neighborhood. I will be booking again for future events.

The cabin was amazing, especially the open space. Our dog Minnie tends to be an anxious dog and she doesn’t like to be outdoors but for some reason she came alive in this backyard. She had so much fun running around. She wanted to be outside 24/7. My wife and I had to work Monday through Friday during our stay and the cabin was well equipped to be able yo get work done. Overall, it was one of the best stays I had so far.

Comfortable and spacious home -- nice outdoor areas, including porch and yard. Quiet neighborhood, yet very close to everything in Madison. Great pet-friendly place. Thank you.

Our party of 5 (ages 51-85) had a wonderful stay in Deborah's house. The bedrooms are large and comfortable, and there is a lot of space for working, playing, and eating. The river views are just amazing! The kitchen is very well equipped and has everything one may need. We visited Frank Lloyd Wright's Laurent House and Anderson Japanese Gardens in Rockford, both highly recommended. Overall, this is a great place, and we hope to come again next year.
