We were very glad & appreciative to have a 1-night stay option for 6 of us to attend a Monday night Packer game instead of having to book a 2-night minimum required stay at a hotel with inflated prices. Chad's home is very cozy and was the perfect space for us & if we have another evening game in the future we will be staying here again.

We had a wonderful stay! Thanks for letting us stay a bit longer so I could enjoy a warm shower after the marathon. And thank you for letting us bring our dog. He had a great time too!

Very well kept quaint apt in town. Great hopping off point to go further on the peninsula or walk around Sturgeon Bay.

Beautiful place to stay for any upcoming wedding or event. Lots of room and a beautiful space. The only complaint would be the people living downstairs are extremely loud, that may have been a one off. I’m not sure.

Clear instructions for parking and very easy check-in. It was actually closer to college Ave than we realized making out Saturday plans entirely walkable. We love it was pet friendly and we had our two dogs with us. There was a nice park right across the street for them to stretch their legs. Jodi’s place was incredibly clean and amenities were just right.

I love this home. My family loves this home. Everything is labeled and instructions for the home are clear. The decor is thoughtful, functional and lovely to be around. So many properties these days look like someone got a gift card to TJ Maxx. That is not this. The kitchen is fully stocked with useful items. The beds are comfortable with televisions in each bedroom. If you arrive late, don’t worry. The owners leave enough items to relax in the evening or get you started in the morning. It’s a nice, quiet neighborhood, close to everything, with off street parking. It’s hard to get a reservation because this is such a great place. It is my first choice when I stay in Appleton. Unfortunately, this was the first Air B n B I ever stayed in. I thought they were all like this. They are not. The small, personal touches really set this property apart.

Nice place and great location

This home was great for our group stay. The house was clean upon arrival and Mike and Colleen made it easy to check-in. The house manual was nice to have for reference if we had any questions. We loved the backyard! The patio and fire table were great for the evenings and the fenced in backyard was perfect for the kids in our group to run around and play during the day. All the extra touches like shampoo/conditioner in the bathrooms and extra charging cords in case you forget yours are a nice touch. We loved our stay!

Great experience overall. Very clean, great amenities. We loved the use of the fire pit! Would absolutely recommend staying here for anyone looking for a beautiful and comfortable home.

I appreciated how the true essence of the house was maintained but brought to life with warm, vibrant colors and modern updates. The upstairs loft was very cozy and inviting. The kitchen had everything and more that you could need for cooking and preparing meals. The coffee corner was comfortable and a great area to relax in. I really appreciated the work that went into this home and having the photo album of the restoration was so fun to look through. I highly recommend.

We had a great stay! The beds were super comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to bars, restaurants, and everything we needed. The space was spotless, and the host was incredibly responsive. When one of my friends accidentally left clothing behind, she reached out right away and offered to help get it back to us. We also had a late-night mishap trying to get in (totally our fault!), and she responded immediately to help us out. Highly recommend!

We had such a great stay at Alex and Ynez’s place! We were in town for a wedding and the house was perfect for our group of 6. The beds were comfy, the outdoor space was so cute, a pack and play was provided, and the location made getting to Lambeau a breeze. Check in was simple and Alex & Ynez were excellent with communication. Everything was clean, and thoughtfully set up. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful place. Peaceful. Close to the water in Egg Harbor. Many restaurants, and local happenings right near the unit. The unit was clean and comfortable and exactly as described. We will hope to be back!

I came for the IMSA race and everywhere was booked. Found this place and was very happy! The price was what I found to be the right price and the place was perfect. It was very comfortable and clean with everything you need. I met the owner personally and they were very friendly and welcoming. For next year’s race, I will be back :)

I have lost count of how many times we have now stayed at Mike's Summit Beach Escape. It is wonderful each time. He continues to make small upgrades and he has a knack for knowing what is needed for guests to feel at home. The location is perfect and by now, we have established friendships with some of the residents there. We already look forward to our next stay!
